Hi hi I'm a 27 year old Londoner that recently made the globe-trot to Melbourne. I am looking for my proper home here but do have a place at the moment (so move in dates can be flexible - Septemberish would be ideal) Particularly interested in living in the inner suburbs - Brunswick/Fitzroy/Carlton/North Melbourne/Collingwood etc Working full time (occasionally on nights but do not worry about having to keep quiet in the day time as I am ranked 3rd best in Europe at sleeping) If you are looking for a new friend to complete your pad-experience then I am your man: - down for chilling - down for house meals (home cooked/out/take away - I'm about that food life) - down for events - festivals/live music/galleries/film - down for getting a sweat on - climbing/football (someone said you call it soccer here)/gym - down for beer/wine/tequila/sake and everything that comes with it - and also down for keeping to myself in my room from time to time Bonus - I've been doing this shared living business for 9 years - I know the good housemate etiquette well Hit me up!
My names Alexandra, I currently work as a psychiatric nurse. I am a super chilled person who likes to read and sleep but who also enjoys cool company every now and then. I don’t party, very relaxed and fitness oriented. I’m a bit of a clean freak, I have a 4 year old small jack russel cross who is a lover of people and other dogs.
Hey Guys My partner Max and I are looking into moving closer to the City for Work and Uni in the next month or two. I am returning to Uni next year to study my Masters in Health Science- Osteopathy. I am really creative person and passionate about all forms of art and gardening. I also work part time with my partner on his business, designing and facilitating warehouses interiors with new and recycled pallet racking. Most of his clients are in the western suburbs but really he works all over Melbourne. So we are pretty flexible with location. We would love to either move into a share house or team up with someone/couple who is like minded and not regularly into drugs/party scene. (We both don't drink however we do smoke.) Someone who is clean and respectful of our space and belongings but also up for chats and a good friendly house dynamic ✨ We have been looking at 3 bedroom houses as we would prefer an office/study space in the house. However we are flexible with this. We also have furniture for two bedrooms (if required we can furnish your room and increase rent slightly). Also If required, we have living room furniture and appliances, a washing machine, dryer and two fridges.... To keep our food separate? and no food fights haha ;) However if we move into a share house we are happy to put our goods in storage! We would prefer a more modern space with lots of sunlight, heating & cooling and a backyard/courtyard. 🌱🍁🌞 dishwasher is a bonus 🐶🐱 Rescued Furry Friends: We have a 4 yo dog Billie she is a Mastiff x Staffy. Billie is a quiet, loving, lazy dog unless someone is at the door, her bark makes a good doorbell. She warms up to people very quickly and loves a cuddle. Jai is a domestic short haired cat 7yo. He is an absolute champion, mostly indoors and also very affectionate once he gets to know you. They are not high maintenance at all; really chilled and good company! They spend most of the time sleeping and chilling in our bedroom. We groom the regularly and clean up after them and ourselves!
Hey everyone! I am looking for a furnished private room to rent for a long term stay. Or at the very least a bed and BIR (a desk would be awesome too lol). Preferably in Brunswick, Ascot Vale, St Kilda, South Yarra, Elwood or anywhere that’s less than an hour from Southbank via public transport. Also, internet is a must! I arrive in Melbourne on the 13th of September and hope to move in as soon as I arrive. My budget is $700pcm, but of course the lower the better. 😬 A little bit about myself: I am an international student from Singapore, mid-20s and I will be studying Filmmaking this coming September. I like to spend my free time watching movies, sports and exploring new places with my camera(be it cool hipster cafes or jungle trekking). I'm pretty chill and sociable, some say funny but that's up to you to decide 😉. I don’t consider myself as a party person but I do enjoy music festivals and a few drinks every now and then. I'm respectful and tidy therefore I pay bills on time and clean up after myself. I’m also LGBTQ friendly and I don’t mind pets at all. 😬🐒 Now, as I am still in Singapore, I am not able to do a viewing in person. But I'm totally down for a video call interview/viewing if you are open to that idea. 😃 Cheers, Jerry 🤙🏼 :)
My name is Paul and I'm 41. I am originally from Adelaide, and have recently moved over to Melbourne to make a fresh start, and to join my brothers who have already moved here. I am currently working in hospitality, but have completed a Bachelor of Science degree and am looking for work in this area. I have lived in shared accommodation since I was 26, so I get along with all types of people. I'm tidy, considerate and respectful of my housemates, and am happy to clean communal areas. I enjoy occasional dinners with my housemates if the house I move into does, but generally like to cook for myself during the week. I enjoy coming home and being able to catch up with my housemates and talk about what's been going on. There are also times when I need personal space and am looking for people who are the same. So I am looking for housemates who are the right balance of independence and have their own social lives, but also are happy to hang out for a chat or a drink at the end of the day if we're all around. On weekends, I like socialising and going out with friends for coffee or beers.
We all three guys are from Japan and know one another since we were in Highschool. We need one room 3 beds or 3 rooms and one bed each total budget per week is $540 for 3 people We all play music instrument so music lover would be best! We are pretty down to earth and love to engage with other people's interest as well as sharing our own. Any helps appreciated! Thanks!
Hey there! We are a couple that's been together for over two years now and we would really like to move out to be closer to work/school, which would be anywhere close to the city really. I (Aida) am studying animal studies hoping to be a zookeeper and my partner (Neihana) works full time at a Gym. We are very sociable and peaceful people with lots to laugh about! I am also a neat freak so you won't have any problems with our tidiness. We would love to foster or adopt an animal some day but of course it isn't necessary so we are open to anything! Please feel free to message me to find out more about us!
Originally from Ireland but have been in Australia a couple of years. I'm very active, enjoying playing basketball and hitting up the gym. I am carless, so try and ride everywhere, including to work in the Docklands where I work for a digital agency. I enjoy socialising over a pint of Guinness and keen to find a place where all the housemates get involved (Guinness optional).

Working in the hospitality also is my passion. Sometimes I love to enjoy being alone with music or sketching but I would like to hang out with friends to get some coffees as I love to make a coffee. I’m 25 years old and work full time as an Estimator for a Builder in Collingwood. I am pretty chilled out, clean and tidy. I enjoy hanging with mates and heading to festivals/bars but also appreciate down time at home. I am never opposed to a bev and a boogie after work or on the weekend. I like to be active, bake and sometimes just chill out in the hammock with a book. I’m always up for a good chat and a bit of banter. Ideally looking for a roommate(s) to move in with end of September/ start of October.
Studying Digital Media at RMIT and need to find a place ideally in the city "area".. I'm a Canadian Israeli who just just moved to Melbourne after travelling all around the world. (lived in 5 countries and traveled over 30 haha..) I like to run, hike, cook, read, drink, and simply have fun. I'll definitely be an entertaining addition to the apt. Looking for normal fun peeps! ;)
We are Pez and Megan, just moved to Melbourne. Pez is a writer and musician in the indie folk rock variety and Megan is American and an artist and tattooist. We've most recently been living in New Orleans and traveling a bit and are now ready for a move into a longer term place that can act as more of a base to our creative ambitions. We've both lived in a lot of shared housing and are really accommodating and laid back housemates. We hope to be pretty busy with our creative projects this coming year but always down to hang out at home and go out together now and then. We're both vegetarian, do a lot of cooking at home, and are pretty happy to spend our days off drawing, painting, reading, making music, playing music etc - trying to surround ourselves in our passion. We're always down for a drink and a relaxed night at home or to go out to a gig together now and then. We're curious-types having done years of travel and adventure but are ready to settle into a community, which we're hoping to find in Melbourne for at least a year.
From Geelong but wanna finally make the move up to Melbourne to reduce my commute to work. Love a yarn, but also love my quiet time. Love a beer, but also love a quiet vino. Happy to catch up at the pub to see if you'd like to live with me.
I am a work full-time Monday to Friday. I like to cook or relax at home on the weekends. I am not a party person and I am quiet, neat and tidy. I am planning to move into new place around 20th September as I have to give notice to my current rental place I would like to pay $250 Maximum including all bills such as internet, gas, water and electricity...etc. I also have a car, so will prefer under cover car park. or off street parking with cover.
I've just moved to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home, not a house to live in. I'm friendly, bubbly, energetic and enjoy having fun with friends. I'm tidy and respectful of others personal space. I love exercising and looking forward to exploring the sites and culinary delights of Melbourne on weekends, as I work full time Monday to Friday in customer service.
Originally from Adelaide and new to Melbourne, looking for friendly, tidy, fun, respectful and social house to call home for the next few years. Have been working in engineering for many years now and like to do travel, sports, riding, reading, cooking in my spare time.
I’m friendly, caring, adventurous and down to earth. Love cooking and chilling out at home. Not much of a party goer but love a good night out here and there. I’m clean, tidy and love making my space homely and cosy. I’m mindful and respectful of others I live with and have lived with both guys and girls. I have just started studying Nutritional Medicine so I’m into healthy eating and trying to get back into exercise. Love taking my dog Sheeva for walks and adventuring in my van. I work mainly night shift at the casino on the weekends and during the week is my time to study, exercise, cook and relax.

Hi there! My name is Ivy. I'm 23 and from the US on a working holiday. I'm traveling with my boyfriend Chris, who is from the UK. We're both super laidback and looking to find a place preferably with another couple. We're both looking for a good time, but also a nice place to relax during our time in Australia. Both of us are clean, enjoy cooking, going out for drinks and food, and are always down to explore new places.
