We are looking for a room in a clean, tidy and cosy place to share with friendly people. We came from Brazil, and Daniela is studying bachelor degree and working. Daniel is an engineer working full-time. Thanks
I just started working as a vet after graduating last year. Quite independent since young and been living with others since I’ve been studying overseas half of my life. So I’m responsible with domestic chores. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m considerate with the people I live with. I am approachable and happy for chats but can be an introvert who loves my personal space and time occasionally. Looking for all female accomodation only
Hi, I'm a clean, considerate and tidy person who's up for a laugh and a chat about whatever. I'm also respectful of other people's space and belongings so no need to worry about me stealing your last piece of pizza in fridge! I’m a young professional who works in the City so won't be home during the day.
We are a very clean an quiet couple we been together 5 years, we been living in Sydney for a year and we love this city, we just arrive from a 2 month trip from Europe and we are finding again one place to settle down. We love to talk in English o practicing. Also we are very responsable an clean.
Hi I have recently moved back to Syd for a job and need accommodation near Kogarah that’s easily accessible with public transport. May want to stay longer than 6 months. I have lived in shared accomodation previously whilst at uni so I understand the rules that apply in order to keep the peace. I’m easy going and keep a clean space. I love hanging out, watching Netflix, listening to music, drawing and recently getting back into fitness.
I'm looking for a studio, granny flat or a private room in a small share house. In the case of a share house, this would preferably be an all-female, all-over-25 household with my own bathroom. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful, and I'm leaving my current place because my flatmate is not clean, tidy or respectful. Although I'm more than happy to share a coffee, beer, meal or movie etc now and then, I'm also a very private person and need to be allowed to do my own thing most of the time without being judged. My main commitment at the moment is full-time uni, which takes up most of my week (5 months to go until I graduate). I study from home, so I'm very quiet and am not looking for a party house (although of course I have no issue with other people listening to music, watching movies or generally doing their thing). I also do ad-hoc contract work as a delivery driver. In my spare time I play soccer, draw/paint, (try to) play the guitar, catch up with friends, and spoil other people's pets. Due to some bad experiences living in share houses, I'd like to live in a place where everyone's names are on the lease (or a written sub-letting agreement can be made), agreements about bond are in writing, reasonable boundaries are negotiated and respected, and some sort of chore roster is considered good communication rather than pedantic. And of course rent comes first no matter what. I have to give 3 weeks vacate notice at my current place, and I like to have a 1 week overlap to allow time for the move and final clean, so I would be looking to move 2 weeks after being approved. Please feel free to contact me if it sounds like we might be a good match :-)
I am super busy which means I won't have much time to socialise, I'm still open to anything. I like to live in a clean home, so I will keep things neat and tidy. Studying at SAE Qantm at Central in the city and working as a Traffic Controller. I am looking to turn a new leaf, healthy eating and going to the gym while cutting down on my video game sessions.
heya im 27 from NZ. ive been living in enmore for the past 5 years but my lease is up. ive been a chef for 10 years and currently cooking around the marrickville area. i have a small malteese shitzu 2 year old dog, Nahla. shes very freindly and loves a good pat generally will just be pretty chill and nap. i love a good chat as much as my quiet time after work. cheers shaun
I work full time in the city and looking for a share house which I can call home. My two main interests are cooking and ten-pin bowling, and I don't mind going out for a meal or a couple of drinks every now and then, however I am also respectful of personal space and the cleanliness of common areas so I don't mind doing some of the housework. I dont like feeling like a stranger in my own home so I at least want to meet one of the people I could be living with, if you're only after someone to pay the rent and have no interest whatsoever in being sociable (although I mostly keep to myself), then I am the wrong person for your place.
I am a recent graduate and aiming to start a professional life in Sydney. I am a laid-back person who tends to keep to myself most of the time. We can be friends and hang out if you are willing. However, if you prefer to embrace your privacy, I can respect that too. Don't hesitate to give me a holler.
Hey there, I'm a 21 yr old qld girl moved up to Sydney, I do work full time as a flight attendant so somthing relatively close to airport. I'm a fun gal, easy going, like to hit the town and a cheeky moscato, and always down for a night on the couch. I like to keep things clean and tidy as long as your not living in your own filth I'm more then happy. Defiantly looking for a private room only. Somewhere to call home, not just crash after a long day at work.
Hey I am looking for a few friendly, respectful and working/studying people to team up to rent a sharehouse or join existing lease. About me: I am working a computer programmer, coming to Sydney for work. So it would be nice to team up with some IT students or professionals. I am a hard worker, but don't mind to socialise from time to time. I don't smoke and hardly ever (once-twice per year) drink any alcohol. I am a clean, reliable, easy going person and respect others' privacy. I enjoy hiking and bush-walking as well as conversations with a cup of tea :-) Feel free to contact me if you keen to team up or have a spare room. I am looking for short term stay(a week or two) now as I am not sure about which job offer I'll accept. So any location within 40 km from Sydney CBD suits me now.
I'm a 25 year old, easy-going gal looking for a place close to the city. I'm a student (studying environmental science) and work full-time in the financial sector. I enjoy having drinks on the weekend, I am a smoker however I would never smoke indoors. I also require my own bathroom. I'm very tidy, can cook moderately well and won't be home a lot.
Hey, We are Justin and Joshua!! We are looking for a Double Room or Studio either furnished or unfurnished. Our own bathroom would be great! as well as some form of parking as we have 2x cars. Our Combined Budget is approx $400 week. We are organised tidy people both working/studying.! :) Joshua is finishing up his studies to become a teacher and I work in Retail Merchandising. We are friendly people and very easy to get along with. We enjoy our privacy and are respectful of noise levels and cleanliness. So we're looking to live somewhere that reflects these values! Even better if you're gay friendly :) NOT into party houses.. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find somewhere amazing to live!
Moved to Sydney recently for a job in Kogarah. I can offer you a laugh, cause god knows I have nothing else. I make a mean frozen meal, and my best housemate qualities are; changing the toilet paper roll, and paying my rent on time. I do have morbidly obese pet rats, they are super clean and love people. They will be in a cage in my room, so you won't know they are there...unless you want a cuddle.
