I'm easy going, friendly, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I work as an IT consultant in one of the big four. I enjoy going out with friends but also like my quiet time and movie nights in :) I am looking for a room for myself. My preference is Wollicreek, Arncliff, Turella, Saint Peters, Edgecliffe
We are a couple of Colombians, who come to Sydney with the intention of studying and working, we are organized, clean, friendly and; we like music and we seek to live in a nice and quiet place.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
Easygoing, honest and reliable with rent. Don't drink, smoke or do drugs. Respectful of others and their space. I want a place where I can relax Im pretty healthy and into fitness, meditation, camping. Personal trainer Older cars, and helpful of others Whilst don't have a problem if you want to social drink etc. But definitely not interested in a party house or any type of drug use. Cheers Michael
Im a chill person with high energy and a thirst for philosophy. First and foremost I'm community driven. I am part of the dance community and the E-sports community. I'm also competitive in both! I travel around during the year gaming and dancing nationally! I'm currently working in Duty Free Retail at the airport, which means I can sometimes be out early, but I'm usually at home on my off days chilling or out training in dance. I'm vegan and I usually practice meditation so I can be calm at home. But that doesn't mean I don't have a sense of humour. I'm always ready to be there for people, otherwise I'm doing my own thing allowing myself to always be learning something; building knowledge. Currently I'm looking for a place close to public transport as I don't drive. I'm looking for places closer towards both the airport and the city as I'm usually travelling in between, preferably an apartment thats easy to access near a train station.

Hello! I'm a graduate designer at a landscape architecture/planning firm. I have lived in England, Ireland and Australia. I am a very friendly, considerate and mature person - I am social and an animal lover. I would ideally love to live somewhere with friendly housemates in their 20s, that is close to nature and not too far from Green Square (where I work). I work full time - sometimes longish hours, so I won't be home that much during the week. In my spare time I enjoy adventuring, creative pursuits and attending community events. I am an open minded person and am always up for a kitchen boogie. I am respectful of everyone's personal space. So to summarise me:: - full time landscape architect - seeking sharehouse with professionals/students in 20s, ideally 3-4 people - open minded, friendly - vegan (of course i don't mind what your diet is!) - respectful of personal space - clean person - social (would like to live somewhere where I could invite friends over on occasion) - non -smoker, no drugs - animal lover (if i could adopt a pet in the future this would be a definite plus!) - move date flexible, looking for long term If you have any spots available /any questions don't hesitate to send me a message :) Thank you!
Hi there, I'm a 21 yr old Construction professional working in the city / full-time student. Moving from the Sutherland Shire, looking to find somewhere closer to work. About me: - I work 5-6 days and long hours, leave early, home late. - When free I'm always down for: a drink, night out, a gig, pub feed, netflix binge or BBQ. - Love travelling!!! Been to 32 countries on 6 continents - Try to keep fit by going to the gym, but that's a constant struggle - Love animals so if you have pets that's a bonus. Don't have any of my own. - Like being social but also keep to myself sometimes. - Clean and respectful of others space - Easy going About my future place: - Private room, unfurnished / furnished are both ok. - Preferably located close to public transport. - Car parking is an essential, either off-street, on-street if easily available or near a parking garage if in the city. Really just looking for a chill place that I can call home and become good friends with the people there.
I’m open minded, but at the same time will respect your privacy and need to de-compress. I keep to myself, but can be sociable. I’m quite busy with work, acting school, gym, yoga and my social life. I’m well-spoken, intelligent and very respectful of the need for personal space.
*UPDATE: Am in a temp sublet until late August/early September so will now be unable to move until last week of August/1st week of Sept 2018 at the earliest. Happy to discuss mutually agreeable arrangements though.* Hello friendos, My name is Ushter and I'm a "late 30-something" man/guy/dude who uses the pronouns he/him, and who is looking to move ASAP into an established share house, ideally with people in their 30s (or older). Me: I work full time for a trade union Mondays to Fridays, doing the 9-5 thing. I would call my ideas/way of thinking being what is called 'being a lefty'. I'm clean, tidy, hygienic, and am not (currently) hosting any alien plagues/beings. I'm sociable and don't mind the occasional chin wag but also like my own space and quiet time. I'm all about personal responsibility, mutual respect, and open communication between housemates. I am available to move ASAFP. (Thick of It reference). You: Please see section entitled "Me". Please let me know if I fit the profile of "suitable housemate" and/or if you know someone looking for a housemate like me. Cheers, Ushter
