Hey :) I’m Siân, 24-year-old full-time student & part-time worker. I’m keen on renting somewhere in or close to the city & ideally a newly built house or apartment. Please note, my move date is March 11th (can probably go up to a week before this, or from the 1st of March for those with a month ending lease!) but pretty firm on the date as I am on the lease for my current place and it's just not really logical for me to be paying 2 x rent :) My two main must-haves are an inside laundry (where you won’t be fighting off spiders just to do your washing) and whole house air-conditioner (I’m not one to always have the air-con on, but spending the last two summers in houses that don’t have any air conditioning at all has made me realise you really do need one for those 34 degree nights!). I am a vego/vegan but not bothered by what someone who lives with me eats! I’m super clean, love reading, binge-watching new Netflix shows and chilling out with some music. I’m someone who can’t sit at home all day, and I’m constantly out doing something. I have two jobs and in my spare time I volunteer as a coordinator with Sea Shepherd, I'm also a full-time Communications and Media student at UniSA. Would love to find someone who is nice & clean as well as easy going and easy to live with. If this sounds like you, hit me up!
Hi there, my name is Karisa, I’m New in Adelaide. I’ve been living in Sydney for almost five years and moved here because of Work. I love yoga, exercising, making new friends, cooking, wine and a good movie. The place that I’ve been living is amazing and so my flatmate however she’s having a few guests over for the next months and the house will be too full and also because it’s been hard to get to work without a car from where I am now (Windsor Gardens). I’m happy to move from the 31st of January and minimum stay of three months would be excellent for me. Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Karisa
Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, or with clients and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running, riding, gym, various martial arts. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space (about 4 square metres) available for my tools, I would be very happy. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Amazon prime video Leather repair service Jar opening and top shelf reaching services A green thumb (figuratively, not literally) The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic*** to drama, gangstas, kleptomaniacs, neurotics, regular illicit drug users, people who form opinions without checking facts, people who throw their phones, the highly religious, mean drunks, and bees**** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you * While stocks last. ** Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. *** I break out in a serious case of NOPE **** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
Howdy future flatmate, I'm Grace and I'm seriously seeking out some independence. I lived abroad in France for a year in 2016 and have now spent almost a year back in the rents house in Adelaide. (Needless to say, I'm keen to move out again). Studying full time (currently business at flinders but might be changing that in 2018) and working part time. I like having my own space and time to myself, but also would enjoy being a part of a friendly house that shares some time together. I’m considerate and clean and absolutely happy to help out around the house. I love animals but have none, however considering a fish (subject to whether I can keep a plant alive, tbc.) Relevant fun facts: Earliest move in date January 2018, I play no musical instruments, have a car but would prefer to use public transport or walk (if convenient), vego-curious, spends some nights at boyfriend’s place, would like to improve my cooking skills, Irrelevant fun facts: I speak fluent French, love standup comedy, don’t like sitting on public transport when its busy, enjoy skyping friends abroad, and known for being indecisive but working on it :) My year abroad gave me experience in house sharing (so not a complete amateur). I’m super keen to find a good fit and for this experience to work out well for everyone involved. Overall, I’m uber accepting of others an I’m just looking for an easygoing household to be a part of. Look forward to meeting you! Grace xx
Hi! I'm a recent engineering graduate going to start full time work in Adelaide in 2018! Some of my hobbies include dance, figure skating and electronics. Fairly clean and tidy, and social, but respectful of people's privacy. Looking for other students and young professionals, hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm an easygoing person and usually get along with others pretty well, although I have my exceptions. I'm neat and clean but not obsessive. I also love cooking and have an interest in learning new recipes from around the world.
Returned home to study at unisa magill and looking for a relaxed but clean place to live. I like to keep to myself sometimes and love to be social at times. I keep fit, like to explore and stay healthy. I am creative and I like to paint. I practise yoga and can be quite flexible.

Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are friendly and outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
I (BB) am originally from Adelaide but have been working overseas for a travel company for a couple years now. My friend/colleague from said travel company (a British girl called Jemma) and I are in Adelaide to work at the fringe festival and would ideally like a furnished short-term place for the duration of the festival within walking distance of the Garden (happy to share a room with her provided it is twin bedding). We are great to live with because we're super easy going, always down for a laugh yet mindful of other peoples space and maintaining cleanliness.
Hi, I'm Taylah, aged 21 and running my own Personal Training business from Goodlife Health Clubs. I'm looking at moving out of home as simply I've outgrown living with my family and ready for my own space and independence. Don't let my age frighten you I'm not your usual 21 year old and am into my fitness and fitness competitions and not a party-goer. My Friend Darcie, also 21 and I are looking at finding a rental together but have been looking at some 3 bedroom appartments to reduce rental costs. Let me know if you'd be interested or if your looking for someone.
Hello! My name is Julie and I am 24 years old. I am an exchange student from Denmark and I will be studying full-time at the University of Adelaide from February till July, hence seeking a room for this period of time. (I am flexible with the dates) I am a social, easy going and open-minded person. A side from spending time studying, I love hanging out with friends, going to museums, reading and cooking/baking. Why choose to live with me? Well, I am easy to get along with, pleasant company (so my grandma says) and I am a good cook (and willing to share!) I will also be a considerate flatmate, who knows how to keep a home clean and nice. Let me know if you have just the right room for me! Sincerely, Julie
I am a Registerd Nurse working in the Adelaide CBD. I have previously lived in the CBD for 9 years and I love the Adelaide lifestyle. I am originally a country girl from the Mid North of SA. I love being active running, hiking and hitting the gym. I love the Adelaide Central Markets and cooking. I am a people person, but looking for my own little space to call home for a while.
Hi! I'm looking to team up with another chick and share a lease on a place close to the city. I live by myself at the moment so I have a lot of furniture to bring to the table! I'm only interested in moving into a new share house not an existing one. I work full time in the city in accounts for a law firm. My free time is spent out with friends, going to music festivals, camping, hiking, making terrariums, putting succulents in things, baking and more. This might make me sound like an outdoor person but I'm not. Most evenings I'm taking it easy watching TV or gaming. I am also a bit of a nerd. I haven't shared for a few years but I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm pretty flexible. I like to keep my apartment neat and tidy and I try not to let the dishes pile up too much and most importantly I pay all my bills on time! I'm hoping you'll be looking for the same thing!
I am easy going, friendly and respectful female. Non smoker, clean, tidy. I currently have part time job in hotel and I'm studying master of hospitality in Unisa. I appreciate to have my own space and I understand others want same. p.s. Im looking a room with private bathroom.
I am a full time PhD Student at The University of Adelaide. I am respectful, tidy, non-smoker and very social person. I enjoy playing soccer, hiking and going to the nature in my leisure time. I am clean and don't leave a mess, and will do my fair share to keep the house clean! I am not interested in a big share-house arrangement and would prefer to live with one or two other person. I'm looking for a somewher near the Adelaide Uni.
