Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living at Numulgi in the hinterland looking after a house and some lovely dogs and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I make natural dyes and do botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
Minimalist who looks for a zen and inspiring place in town :) Hello! I'm Rosa (31), from a warm place, the Canary lslands, in Spain. I've been living in NZ for the last 2 and a half years. I’m already in Byron! I’m studying yoga teacher training in Byron Yoga Centre, just in Byron St, in town. I’m also working remotely as a Senior Designer for a creative agency based in Wellington, NZ! I’m staying in Lilly Pilly at the moment in a short term place till I leave for NZ in August. I’m applying for permanent residency in NZ which is exciting! that’s why I need to be in NZ for 30 days. I’m coming back to Byron on the 13th of September to stay for at least 9 months so I am on the search for a nice place to feel home! I love surfing. Seeing sunrises and sunsets. I also love arts and especially photography, drawing. I’m all about people, sharing. I love practicing active listening, having a chat about anything and everything regarding life with either a tea or a glass of wine, having a nice social time listening to some music, and maybe sharing some vege dinner as I'm vegetarian, becoming vegan, but I don't mind people cooking or eating meat at all! I have no time for Netflix :), but happy to watch a movie together. I'm looking for a nice, open-minded and inspiring place where it feels good to invite friends sometimes but I'm definitely not into crazy home parties. I am a really active person during the day but pretty chilled by night. I'm super flexible and easy going. I've been living in so many different environments, I know how to behave in community, I’m super tidy and considerate and have lots of common sense. I don’t need much, just a room with minimal furniture (I'd rather prefer space) where I can unroll my yoga mat, set up a candle and some nice incense and find some quietness to practice some meditation and yoga if it’s too cold to go to the beach (or either a living room with some space). Also, a place where I can study, read yoga books, do online homework and also uploading some graphic design files to dropbox with a good wifi. I’m practising minimalism, so I carry all my life belongings with me, up to 20kg. Plus a longboard I just got. (I sold or donated almost all I had in Spain and NZ). Ideally, I'd love to walk to the Byron Yoga Centre (yoga lessons) and the beach (surf). Let me know if I sound like I could be a good match!
Hi im Adam, i work part time as a Registered Nurse in a aged care home in Tweed Heads. So i work a variety of mornings, afternoons and the occasional night shift. Really easy going, relaxed. Im a good cook, and i enjoy cooking for other people and i do clean up after myself.
Hey I'm Jemma, Iv just recently moved to the GoldCoast for a change. I'm from the country but have been working in Canberra for the past 2 years. I work Full-time as a hairdresser and will be taking up outside of work study. I don't know very many people here so I don't have much of a social life. I do exercise and go to the gym to fill in my spare time. Most weekends I will be flying to Sydney or Canberra and training for work. I am a tidy person who will always clean up after myself. I don't mind animals. Message me what you have :)

Hey there! I'm Tessa and I'm from Texas, I lived in Melbourne for a little over a year and just recently made the move up to Byron. I'm a Beauty Therapist and also work in hospitality. I'm looking for a comfortable sharehouse close to the heart of Byron. I'm a great addition as I'm a very tidy and loyal housemate. Just looking for a few housemates with similar lifestyles. Let me know if you have a room up that you think I'd be a good fit for! :)

I am 18 years old, a full time uni student and a part time barista! I have always lived in the area however am looking to leave home and start living independently and closer to work and uni. I am extremely clean and tidy, can cook, work and/or have uni everyday so I am mostly only home in the evenings and go to bed quite early - I don't make much noise or enjoy the party scene at all but can definitely be social when the time is right.
Hi, my name is Sofi, i'm from Argentina and i really want to visit Australia. I'm super tidy and clean so that's not a problem, i dont smoke but i dont have problem with smokers. I hope to arrive in Australia march 2018
Hey! I'm a student in the UK and moving to Aus in Sept 2017 whilst studying Public Health. I'm looking to meet easygoing housemates that may be willing to show me a bit of the area, or explore together if you're also new! I love the outdoors, hiking, cycling, yoga and surfing, but also down for a dance and a drink. I'm vegan and really enjoy cooking and learning new things. Would love to meet similar people, with a laid back approach to life. Hoping to stay at least 6 months but very flexible, as I may move around depending on what's available :)
Hi I'm Rosie, I've recently moved back to the east coast from WA, I'm studying full time at Lismore SCU and working part time in a bar. I like making things, live music and having a bloody good time.
Hi! 😊 I'm a professional muso, gigging the East Coast on weekends. I'm currently also studying digital photography online and about to start another course at Kingscliffe Tafe starting in July. My friends say I'm funny, spiritual, creative, honest, respectful & communicative.. and I agree with them 😊 I've lived in sharehouses before and understand the dynamics of respecting personal & shared spaces, honest communication, financial responsibilities & contribution. I'd be away most weekends and in study mode most weekdays with spurts of social activities like dinners and enjoy bodyboarding and brisk walks when I can. I'm looking for either a big bedroom or space for music/camera/office use. A small studio if you will. Maybe a garage or study if bedroom isn't big enough. Anything else, just ask 😊
I'm a chilled, considerate and quietly sociable gay guy. I like good, nourishing food and am up for having the occasional meal together. I've been in Lismore for two months from WA and absolutely love it here. I'm well educated and reasonably well travelled and I like people.
Two aged carers working shifts looking for a cool place to shift to! Sarah - fun, beach going girl. Phoebe - nerdy gamer. We both enjoy a wine on the weekend but nothing too crazy! We have a staffy - he's a huge cuddler! And a rat. She's basically not there since she's so small!
I'm relocating from Canberra to the Byron area at at the end of Aug (earlier if possible) I have full time work as a carpenter there. I have a little Aussie bulldog girl and a chocolate amstaff boy as well as two female ferrets, so am looking for people that love animals and laughing. My time outside of work is spent writing/creating music, exercising and training the animals. If you enjoy joking/laughing, connecting, animals and are conscious then get in contact. Would ideally like to find somewhere within 20mins from Byron, on some acreage in the rainforest. 😊
We are two cousins from Argentina and love to travel. We're both very relaxed and simple, and really enjoy getting to know people :) We're getting to Australia after 5 months around India, Nepal and Myanmar, ready for our working holiday visa!
Hi everyone, I'm Elle, 30 female, originally from the Isle of Man. I am living in the goldcoast currently. I love Byron, huge soft spot for it so I'm looking to share with happy positive friendly vibes at home longterm. I spend a lot of my time in the hairdressing salon looking after people and creating which I mainly specialise in balayage and colouring which I'm very much passionate about. When I'm not doing that I'm usually chilling home, beach, ocean, swimming, dinning, fitness, yoga, live music, chilling with music zen. I love animals so I'm happy to have share with animals bonus 😀 Look forward to meeting you
