I am a disability pensioner and I am very clean and tidy and I am easy going and friendly and down to earth. I like conversation with others but I also like my own space and time to myself. I love to share in the cooking and cleaning and I enjoy the outdoors and gardening. I have a good sense of humor and I am a social drinker.I prefer to find a place with a single woman or a single female parent with 1 or 2 children.
Hi , my name is darren and im receiving disability support pension from Centrelink. So i am not working. I do not wish for any judgemental or critical people please as i have clinical depression and also other health issues. But saying all this im a genuine decent person who likes order and tidiness. I am searching for a good granny flat to rent. I am quite reliable and pay my rent on time for as long as i can recall,in fact I am more reliable than people with full time permanent jobs. and im quite insistant on this because im highly aware that society has there judgements and criticisms on people who dont have a job etc etc,or even people with health issues like myself. I currently live in the miranda area sydney and have lived here for around 3 years.I do have good references from past owners that i can give. I can pay from $200 per week to a maximum amount of $310.Please also note I do not have a car or drivers license and will require nearby public transport. Thanks for your time and effort in reading my profile and maybe considering me for a new place to live.
Hey! I'm a happy fun active roommate who enjoys the fine things in life such as the beach, gym, yoga and socializing. I'm currently an Accounting student who works as a courtesy bus driver so most of the time I'm in the library or taking drunk people home. I'm clean, tidy and respectful and would love to live with like-minded people to have a place to call home.

Hi there! Im a mature, responsible, friendly, helpful, reliable and resourceful person who is looking for a place to call home. I do have one must, it is the fact that I have a daughter who lives with her mum but occasionally may stay with me (in my room unless the place can easily, hassle free accommodate) once in a while. I study full time both at Tafe and at home, I also work casually around 20\40 hours a week (depending on study requirements) Preferably I would like a place with couples or females (purely for my daughter if you can understand) I love to cook, am clean, tidy, and very handy with everything (jack of all trades, king of some ie: chef) I do own a trailer and a boat, currently they reside at friends places, if they can be accommodated for, great! If not, no matter. I do have a tool bench (2.4m long) and some tools, again, these reside at friends places, but if it can be accommodated for, great! If not, not to much of a problem. I do have some of my own furniture (TV, bed, bar fridge) and my own transportation. My interests are > Trying to do yoga, attempting to play classical guitar (quietly) gardening, repairing \building \inventing, cooking, body boarding, fishing, nature and life! I don't smoke and gave up drinking (so I prefer non smoking, and non party house) I am looking to move anytime from November, and have to move by January. And basically anywhere on the coast, (of course cheaper the rent the better) budget for 150/170 pw. Throw me a message if you have a space and think I'm suitable, or if you think teaming up would be of interest, no age barred. Liam.
We are great people , happy , fun and looking to find a great new place to call home . We both work in aged care nursing , one part time one casual . We like spending time at the beach , camping, markets, travel and spending our spare time at home . We are mostly homebodies and like the quiet life . We are both non smokers and only social drinkers . We are not into loud partying nor people who are . We are really looking for our own place , not really sharing for now . If you think we could be suitable for your place let us know . Denn and Margie
I am a mature working full-time and studying a diploma of child care. I work split shifts up early home late, study during the day. Have family near by. I lead a busy life style. I work in child care. I laugh a lot and I am fun to be around. I respect other people's privacy and space. I am a non-smoker and I do not drink alcohol. I am not loud and I enjoy my own company. I respect the kitchen space and fridge space and can share with anyone. I have lived alone but I prefer the company of others.I do not chat a lot but if you want to chat happy to have conversations. I respect my own space and I am clean and tidy and leave things how they were. I do not make a mess and I also respect washing machine times and rules of the home. I am available to move mid January 2019. Cheers.
Easy going mature man, quiet, polite and respectful. I'm from the UK and have been living in Australia for several years! I'm looking for a peaceful, tidy place to call home. I don't have much furniture, only work-related items as I work as a DJ and manage an internet-based radio station. I respect the privacy that everyone needs in shared accommodation. Good hygiene is a high priority for me, so you'll have no problems having dirty items left out for days! I do suffer from heart failure, so living in a drama-free zone is an importance to me! I would need a large bedroom to hold my equipment or storage area to park my PA System. I will be at home most of the time and enjoy the company of pets if you have them. I generally keep on top of any cleaning around the place that I see may need to be done.
Gday guys , I am very tidy , thoughtful and respectful. Tidy, Clean, Gamer but respectful of sound, Puppy cuddles included (Cosmo is very friendly) and down for a few drinks and fun but not a party animal either, so no worries there :D My move date is very flexible at the moment. Hello! A little about me, I work as a freelance animator/motion graphics designer. I have just completed my farm work picking strawberries to extend my visa for a second year. I love art, music, films, the beach, cycling. I go to the gym 4/5 days a week, and currently looking to stay in the Sunshine Coast for the next couple of months for the summer. I am a laid back and considerate person, I have lived in house shares for the past 9 years during University and then when I moved to London before heading out to Australia in March 2018, so I am used to the share house dynamic. I enjoy being social with a drink or watching a film, but equally enjoy having my own space and so I respect that of others also. I am also very clean and considerate. I am looking for somewhere quiet and welcoming to stay whilst I work and explore all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer!

Hey! I’m making the move from a tiny country town to the Sunny Coast in January! I’am a very friendly, outgoing, adventurous and mature 19 year old. I’m not into partying, drinking, smoking or drugs and I am always cleaning up after myself and making sure everything is spotless. I have a gorgeous female staffy that means the absolute world to me, so I’m after a house with a very secure fenced yard. She has grown up with other dogs and children and wouldn’t hurt a fly! I will be studying and working. During my spare time I love to explore new places, hike, visit the beach and often throw in a bit of exercise in my spare time. If you have a place I can call home, please don’t hesitate to message me :)
I will move to Australia in 2019 to do a master in social work. I love to work with people, and right now I work as a social worker in a children school in Norway. I hope to get to know heaps of cool people and I would also love to go out for some beers now and then. On my spare time I play roller derby, run and hang out with friends. (I am allergic to cats and dogs...)
I am quiet, tidy and dont smoke, drink heavily or party. I work 30+ hours a week, and spend my spare time relaxing or going to the beach. I need somewhere i am welcomed and feel comfortable living, and i will participate in all household chores and activities however do enjoy alone time. This will be my first rentshare, so apologies if i am a little nervous. Feel free to ask anything.
I am relocating to the Sunshine Coast from Darwin due to work. I am pretty quiet and like to keep mostly to myself but do enjoy having a bit of a chit-chat and sharing the occasional dinner, board game, beer or movie night. I am very tidy and won't be bringing much with me when I move up so won't add clutter to the house. I always pay rent / bills when they arrive rather than when they are due and have never paid anything late. I think I am quite a nice, easy-going housemate. My main thing is that I have a beautiful, friendly, sweet dog that will be moving to the Sunshine Coast with me. She is a sheepdog x and absolutely loves other dogs (but not cats). She is my priority so I really want to move somewhere with a backyard. I would prefer to live in a house with another dog or, at least, with housemates who are happy to let her come in and out when they are home.
Hi guys, We are a young couple, both 25, returning from a few months of travelling abroad and hopefully looking to team up with another couple and find an awesome house close to the beach! I'm back to work full time in early september as a building Surveyor and Maria will be working part time as a hairdresser while finishing off a course part time. We are both active and like to spend a lot of our time at the beach or away camping. We also have a lot of friends and family down on the Gold Coast so we will spend a lot of weekends away. We enjoy our own privacy but we also enjoy a bbq or shared dinner with a few drinks. With regards to the shared area of the house we are definitely respectful of our housemates! We would like to find someone with similar views that likes to share the cleaning evenly and can keep the place tidy :) We are looking for anywhere within walking distance of the beach between Noosa and Mooloolaba. We are still away on holiday at the moment so please send us a message on here , we can't receive texts. We will be back in Noosa the first weekend of September so will be happy to check out any potential places then. Looking to move in around the 15th of September or later. Feel free to send us a message on here Daniel Eichhorn & Maria.
I'm a full time student who is moving from Hervey Bay to the Sunshine Coast. I study Psychology. I am a neat person, I keep to myself at times but love to socialise. Not looking to rent a room until November
