Hi, I'll be moving from London to Sydney in March 2017. I love the outdoors which is one of the primary reasons for my move! I enjoy the beach, hanging out with friends, exploring new places, wine and music. As I'll be new to the country I reckon the initial weeks are going to be all about settling in, exploring the city and job hunting !! I'm easy going and fun to be around. I keep things very clean (borderline OCD!!!) and love meeting new people. Looking for friendly flatmates between ages 26-40. Would prefer a furnished place.
I am traveler and an incoming post graduate student at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (Sydney Campus). I love music, mostly do my tasks/studying while listening. Love to talk about different places in the world. I love interacting with people but can be quiet if needs privacy. East to get along with. Very clean and tidy person.
25 years old. Writer/journalist/musicians/hospitality worker. Great to talk to about anything music, most notably hip hop and electronic. Love a drink and a good time.
I am a young I.T professional. I work from home 3 days out of the week and am an active and avid gamer. I seldom leave my "cave" when I am working or gaming and enjoy going out on the rare occasion over the weekend. I don't smoke but I do vape religiously. I am also South African so I love making dishes that I enjoy and miss from home. (I have been living in Sydney for three years) but would love to expand and meet some more people from all different backgrounds. On top of keeping to myself, I am tidy and also incredibly respectful of peoples living area. I love animals and I do not mind smokers at all. :)
Im a cheerful friendly girl from Finland living and working in Sydney! I'm clean person but don't mind a little mess either. I love to cook and enjoy healthy vegetarian food. I'm easygoing and open-minded but sometimes like to just hang out by myself as well. I'm working currently in a bar but back home I was a casino dealer. I looove board games!
We are both fun and happy go lucky people. Both of us are educated - Rachael is currently completing her nursing degree and working as a nurse and manages a McDonalds on a part time basis. Daniel is a special education teacher and is currently completing further uni studies in that field. Both of us grew up together going to the same primary school in western Sydney and would love to live in the city! We both play soccer and enjoy a good time - whether it be a night in playing games and laughing or a night out in the town.
My name is Alex, 25 years old and I'm a professional working in management for a Technology Consultancy. I've been living in Sydney since September 2016 after permanently relocated from London. I'm looking to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle while I'm in Australia and do some travelling around the country. I enjoy a great laugh with people and don't take anything too seriously. I'm very respectful of other people's belongings and would love the opportunity to meet new people. I like to eat out a lot and I'll be hoping to sample all the various treats Sydney has to offer. I'm looking for somewhere that is fully furnished. As a quick summary, I'd be looking for a modern place that has: • Fully furnished bedroom • Ideally own air con unit in bedroom • Covered (secure) parking available for a motorbike (access to a garage. A full parking space isn’t required) • Fast internet • Reasonable amount of storage space available • Ideally own bathroom
I'm a 25 year old professional that works full time Monday-Friday. I'm clean, social and I like to cook.
Clean living, don't drink, don't smoke, studying masters at sydney uni, like to play footy, cricket, surf and go to the gym. Have a part time job in a sports store. Have recently moved from Perth WA.
Quiet, friendly, non smoking and organised person. Respecting other privacy. A truly animal lover. Books are bestfriend, coffee is a lover. Love to make friends and pretty easy going personality.
20 year old Australian, currently living in northern NSW and making the move to Sydney on the 5th of march for a full time government job in brookvale. I'm respectful clean and friendly. Looking for a place to call home and wouldn't mind living with people I can call friends too and enjoy a glass of wine with. If you think this suits you please swing me a message! :)
Melbourne is my second home where Singapore is my hometown. I'm moving from Melbourne to work as a designer in an advertising agency. Outside of work, I have quite a few other interests as well, the center and core being dance -- I'm a Waacker if anyone knows that dance style. I also deeply appreciate anyone with a sense of humour because I can be quite silly sometimes! At home, I keep things organised, clean and tidy. I live asian-household; shoes-off style. I'm quite particular about my home so I don't actually bring friends over -- no worries about having a ruckus in the house. I'm responsible for my own share of things and am a very understanding person -- for when not-so-nice situations arise -- I'm always open to talk things out. I pretty much just go about doing my own things at home. I don't impose on people's privacy and would say that I have pretty good manners and standard of consideration. Of course, I'm also open to hanging out as well when I can afford the time :)
Currently moved from Perth to study acting at a school in Alexandria, also working at a clothes shop in broadway... so anywhere close to both of these places would be perfect! Sold my car when I moved over so no carport needed, but also need somewhere close to public transport. A very, very very clean person!!! Will give you space because I need to study, but happy to socialise too! :) Need to move in asap and also have my own furniture :)
I'm a 28 year old full time working professional in the pharmaceutical industry. I'm originally from Melbourne, and moved to Sydney for work back in September. I'm quiet, tidy, friendly, very easygoing and considerate of other people's personal space, belongings. I'm only looking at rooms with an ensuite or private bathroom.
Hi! I'm Christian. I'm 32 and work full time as operations manager for a consultancy/membership organisation. I grew up on a farm and have lived in many parts of the world since then. I am looking for a long term place with some cool people of similar age. I have a bed and a few other things. I also have a motorbike which I would like to keep off street but not too fussed about that. I like going out, seeing music, traveling, the outdoors and movies.
*LOOKING TO MOVE IN APRIL* Hi I'm Saskia! I recently moved to Sydney from London. I wanted to live abroad and get some sunshine for once in my life and hopefully explore a little bit of Australia at the same time but ideally concentrate on work and would like to make some roots here in Sydney! I'm friendly, laid back/down to earth, clean/tidy, respectful of others/noise levels and I enjoy cooking. I like going out for a few drinks or to a gig with friends but I'm not a clubber anymore :) Love the outdoors and the sea. I'm a Printed Textiles Designer and looking to get into Interior Design here in Australia. Hoping to meet like minded people to share a house with. X

I am here on a working holiday visa from the UK. I have just been offered some stable work here in Sydney so am looking for somewhere suitable to stay. I work 9-5ish Monday to Friday. I'm 25 years young. Friendly and sociable but also enjoy my own space and am therefore mindful of others. I am very clean and respectful. Just looking for a home away from home and hoping to meet some friendly faces along the way!
We are both Chinese female from Malaysia and Singapore who are doing our postgrad course in USyd. We are both easy-going and cheerful who love to keep our place clean and neat. Most importantly we respect privacy and I'm sure we are going to be very nice housemates under one roof ;)
Hello there! I am currently staying in Chippendale. I am thinking of moving out; to find another new place, meet new people :). Looking for some places in the neighboring suburbs near to Chippendale. About me - I usually get busy during the week, so don't get to spend time away from work during the weekdays [apart from my evening gym routine]. On the weekends, I like to be outdoors, catching up with my friends for a few drinks, have good conversations, watch live music, play some outdoor sports. If you are looking for someone who socializes well, is responsible, financially secure, easy to get along with, then look no further :) I am hoping to find flat mates who are like-minded, laid back, employed, responsible, sociable and at the same time respectful of others' privacy, and enjoys a few drinks over the weekend.
-I'm 27 and from Mumbai. I'm moving out of my home for the first time, so I'm pretty excited (and nervous). I'm a musician and a writer and I will be studying architectural acoustics for two years at USyd. Why you'd like me at your place: -I'm very concerned about hygiene, space, silence, and healthy eating. -I cook (Indian and Continental). -I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally and I do not do any drugs. -I will be working part time too so I will be out most days on weekdays.
I've recently moved back to Australia after a stint working overseas, I'm now working full time and looking for a place to share in Sydney. I haven't lived in Sydney for about six years, so i'm keen to join a reasonably social household and meet some new people.
I am currently attending Syd U, completing my BA. I used to work previously in Worker's Comp and in the employment industry in Sydney before deciding to quit to go back to school. I am incredibly friendly and easy going. I do like my privacy but more then happy to have a meal or drinks with fellow housemates. I do love to cook and love cooking for people.
Hi, My name's James. I'm 30. I work in a creative agency in Surry Hills and I'm looking for a shared house or team up to start a new house. Outside of work I love electronic music, the arts and keeping active — I'm learning to surf at the moment with limited success. I'd love to live with a group of like minded people who don't mind sharing a drink or dinner, rather than staying in their room.
I am friendly, tidy person and respect privacy. Easy to get along with. Currently full time IT professional in India. I am also an Australian Permanent Resident.
I am a Masters by Research student in the university of Sydney, a writer, a columnist, and a good listener as well. I always respect other people's privacy, and I am an avid reader and loves film and music and gym.
I'm Gabby although only young i have only been renting Sydney for the past two years and i have just finished my diploma in Interior design and settling into a full time job. I'm a quiet and respectful person to live with, i hardly ever go out or drink and usually keep to myself after work especially when working some weekends. I'm looking for somewhere for a reduced commute time to the city vs where i currently am, and would love if the people i lived with followed the same rule on respect and cleanliness.
I am a New Zealander moving to Sydney to do postgrad study and some part-time work on the side. I've flatted for 4 years now, and I am clean and easy to get along with. I am independent but I'm also looking for a group I can hang out with and get to know. In my spare time I like to surf, play guitar and cook.
I'm in Sydney for the next few months (March'17) doing a full-time web-dev course in the city. I'm an easy going and friendly 29yr old from UK, but not very social as this course is the reason I'm here and I'll be pretty focussed on that weektime and most weekends (until I'm burnt out ). I'm neat and tidy, and like to keep my space clean. When I can get away from the studies I love the outdoors, nature, and travel, movie geek, can cook, like to read, and enjoy most sports especially water-based.
Hey, I'm a 25yo in the television industry, working 4 days on, 3 days off. Generally I'll just play games or watch netflix and relax after work. Out studios are relocating to Pyrmont some time this year so I'm looking for a place around there, preferably the south side of the bridge. The most fun and exciting thing about me is that I'm actually clean, tidy and pick up after myself! I can cook a bit aswell but I'm no gourmet chef but I do come with a bonus fridge/freezer combo if it works for your (our?) home! In my spare time I like to be painfully average at drawing, photography and playing music. I also read novels and comics at a snails pace. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm putting myself out there to find someone who's considerate, professional and who can have a laugh. I'm not looking for a party house, been there done that. My focus is my work and saving for my next big overseas trip, however a nice home cooked meal made by yours truly and a glass of wine wouldn't go astray. I'm very clean (some may say a little OCD) and organised. I think I'm very considerate of people's feelings which I think is important when sharing. Would love to get a coffee and put a face to the name.
Heyy there future roommates!! Just planning to move closer to my work as am a full time chef and a student as well. I'm a relaxed guy who is not home most of the time but wouldn't mind some drinks while at home. I have a Harly so a parking spot will do well as well but is not mandatory. ;)
I'm 23 and originally from England but I have been in Australia just under a year now. Currently working full time as a Projects Contracts Officer and I'm planning to stay in Sydney for about 6 months. Maybe longer if my work will have me :) I'm always up for going out and having a good time but then of course can be super chilled. Looking for flat mates who are similar, enjoy a glass of wine or a movie marathon. But of course can have their own time and their thing.
Hi I'm James, A single 34 year old Bar Supervisor living in Coogee. You'll find me to be a respectful and easy going guy. I've been sharing for over a decade now and know how to co-exist with flatties, keep it tidy and respect privacy. I'm looking for somewhere around the Eastern Beaches or towards the cbd so I can be close to work and the Ocean. I enjoy a bit of swimming, surfing (amateurish) or just relaxing by the water. I start early through the week so I'm usually gone by 6am, finished by 2-3pm and Friday, Saturday nights I mix cocktails at Mrs Sippy in Double Bay. That doesn't leave a whole lot of room for partying but I'm definitely up for the Sunday Sesh, and enjoy a wine in the evening through the week... Oh, if there's a decent stove/oven in the place I will cook (for the whole house) too. Give me a shout, I'm ready to move asap...
Hiya, My name is Amy and I am a 27 year old Brit, working and living in Sydney and looking for a short term place in Glebe with my friend Andrea. Both Andrea and I are super housemates; friendly, considerate but love getting to know people who are interested in meeting new faces. We are respectful, clean and enjoy a chat over a glass of vino or rustling up dinner with fellow housemates. Give us a shout if you think we'd be suitable :) Thanks, Amy

I'm hoping to not only find a flatmate or flatmates but also friends since I do not know that many people here yet.

Happy to share meal one in a while or go for drinks. Most of the time I will study most of the time and I like to chill at home when I don't have class or go to cafe.
