Surching for a single room, need my privacy. Going to arrive in Australia, Sydney March 5th, leaving June 29th. I'm a clean person, easy going, quiet, nice, good for a chat, drink, movie, etc. But also like my own space and privacy and also respect others space and privacy. It's not easy to write a lot ad hoc down, but I can tell you most people like me right away.
We're a friendly couple from Maldives that just moved to Sydney to study our postgraduates. We'd make great flatmates for so many reasons! We're friendly, easy to get along with, we're also very tidy so you can expect a clean flat at all times. We're open to people of all faiths and beliefs. And most importantly, we always make sure we pay our rents and bills on time! :)
I am a university student studying at USYD and am wanting to move into the city from the Southern Highlands to be closer to University. I have completed a year of Law at Wollongong Uni and am now studying Secondary Education. I am a relaxed person who enjoys going to the gym and hanging with friends. I also work twice a week at a bar.
IT professional female in her early 30s. About me I eat and live healthy. Hit the gym at least 5 times a week. During my free time I spend time reading, watching movies/series, shopping and socializing with friends. I am respectful to other people's spaces, usually I keep to myself. However, do not mind sharing a light chat with my flatmate. I like keeping my home clean and tidy. Would prefer to share the place with female flatmates.
We are an easygoing french couple. We are brand new in Sydney as we arrived Friday 17 February. We are staying in Sydney to work and make money and don't know yet how many time we will stay. We are respectful of each others privacy. Friendly and openminded, it will be a pleasure for us to integrate a happy shared place :) See you soon guys!
HI I am an Indian studying in USYD as an architecture student . Looking for a place relatively closer to the uni .I am very friendly and open-hearted person . I keep my surrounding quite clean . I love to cook :)
I'm an international student that's been living here for a year. I'm really laid back yet organised and friendly. I'm keen to have a chat or a beer every now and then. Love music, films and good food.
I'm clean and tidy, fun to be around, open to discussion about problems. I love to cook and play piano for you! I'm working full time and pretty busy. But I like quiet weekends to relax (reading, yoga)... and I don't drink!
I am really looking for somewhere to call home and make friends with my housemates. I work full time and long hours so I am busy most of the week and keep pretty quiet. At the weekends, I like to chill out with a good book, have some wine and good food and listen to music. I am not a party animal, especially at home but I am social and like a good chat. I would like somewhere I can be comfortable and catch up with my housemates but also respectful of personal space. I like to think I am easy to get along with and relaxed. :)
I am very clean, love cooking and extremely independent. I am a filmmaker and will be studying for a PhD in film. I once in a while go dancing. I love listening to music. I would like to stay with a mature and like minded person.
I'm Agustin from Argentina, recently got a new job located near the CBD so I'm looking for a shared flat or house, ideally with my own room. I'm a computer engineer so I will be working full time from Mondays to Fridays. I'm an easy going, relaxed person, love to meet new people. Some of my interests are music, sports, movies, animals, technology, food, traveling.
I'm a social policy professional who's just starting a Phd at University of Syd so it's time to tighten the belt after years of living alone and enjoying the good life! Apart from working and studying, I do yoga regularly at a warehouse studio in Surry Hills, walk, swim, eat out, enjoy writers festivals and cultural events and travel. I enjoy a really clean, light-filled, beautiful home to chill out in. To that end, I'm more than happy to share the costs of a cleaner. I'm looking to share with people who are generous, creative, respectful, and intelligent i.e. please don't contact me if you are racist, sexist, or homophobic. I bring some beautiful furniture, art works, books, kitchen stuff, but also happy to work with what already exists/ what's needed. Prefer to live with just one other person if possible.
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Hi! I'm an easy-going, friendly 31 year old event manager who has just arrived in Sydney from the UK to work for a year.Hoping to find some chilled, tidy housemates who are up for a chat and the odd beer but I'm also quite happy in my own company so don't worry, I'm not looking to be babysat! :) Currently hostelling so can move in anytime (the sooner, the better...I'm too old for this!)
Hello there everyone, I am a 23-year old student from Munich, Germany studying at UTS and looking for a nice place to stay for the last few months of my semester. I am a fun person to hang out with and love any kind of sports (doing as well as watching - especially football aka. soccer) plus I am very reliable and tidy. We are not a couple so we would like to live in the same house but different rooms (so we're actually looking for two rooms :) ). Can't wait to meet you! :)
I'm an extremely comfortable person who gets along with almost anyone very easily. I've lived in Australia, India, UK and Netherlands before and I am coming back to Sydney for my masters at USYD. I'm actively into sports and consider myself a good cook. I am mostly out of the house during the days but like to chill on weekend evenings.
I'm a laid back, software engineer working in Surry Hills. Love to hike, go to the gym and play guitar. I'm clean around the house and love to chat, watch a movie or just hang out. I enjoy cooking and happy to share a meal or two. I like hosting dinner parties or low key drinks nights occasionally. Looking to move in with 1-2 young professionals.
Hi! My name's Michelle. I'm a social researcher and PhD candidate at Sydney Uni. I'm a warm person and am fairly easy to get along with. My idea of fun is a yoga/dance class, a SUP lesson, a picnic at the beach or an evening in discussing life and politics. I'm generally more of a dinner-with-friends socialiser than a big party person. I'm looking for a large room in a clean, quiet and harmonious home close to the Uni. I'm hoping to find somewhere that I can love and take pride in, so would be sure to pay on time, clean up after myself, pitch in etc. I'm mature, respectful and reliable, and would like to live with housemates who are similar in those ways. I'm independent, but would like to have a warm and comfortable relationship with my new housemates. It would be great if we could share the occasional meal, catch up every now and then for a chat, or spend the odd evening in enjoying a movie, some cheese on bickies and half-a-glass of wine. Let me know if you have a room and think there’s potential. I’m hoping to move in late March/early April and stay until at least the end of the year. Budget is around $300. Sadly I'm allergic to cats.
Hey all, I'm a professional consultant from Toronto, Canada here on a work visa. Looking for a place with nice folks. I'm an active guy who has spent time working for a food related start-up with a Michelin chef so I can whip up a few things! I've just recently arrived in Sydney and would love to meet you all. My move in date is also pretty flexible. Thanks!

I am currently looking for work, tried living it in Melbourne so coming back to Sydney. Looking to live in a social house but still happy to chill out, watch films and tv and still enjoy private space. Just wanting to get to know more people, I'm easy going, friendly, bubbly, loves to cook and food and drink in general, I like doing fun activities like puzzle rooms, bowling etc and happy to help out with maintaining a clean house.

Hello, my name is Elena, I'm Italian and I'm looking for a room (even to share) for a couple of months. I work 5 day a week from 7 am till 3/4 pm. I'm quite and tidy, I'm here to improve my English and visit this wonderful city :) And for making new friends too!
I am a relatively social person and enjoy parties, gatherings, etc. However I am also entirely happy in a quiet environment, and enjoy my own company. I have been told I am a good communicator and considerate in regard to others needs, and I am more than happy to accept my share of household chores. As a full-time uni student I will be spending most of my days on campus so probably won't be around all that much during weekdays. I have a broad range of interests including, but certainly not limited to, writing, reading, photography, parkour, and a passion for science. A few more thing in dot-points: - Open minded - Non-smoker - Up for a conversation whenever I'm awake - "Someone you want to have around the dinner table" ~ Emily (current housemate)

Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁
I am a 25 year old female norwegian exchange student at UTS studying marketing. I am looking for short term accomodation for 6-8 weeks from the 8th of march. I am a flexible and easy going person who has shared flats with others for most of my life. I take my studies seriousy, but in my freetime I enjoy exploring Sydney, spending time at the beach and spending my nights relaxing with netflix. I also love to cook and bake. I am 24 and from Manchester in the UK, I love socialising, going to the beach, cooking and just relaxing. Hi, my name is Jay and I'm looking forward to refreshing my career in software engineering at Australia. I'm looking for a place for a short-term stay until I do obtain a job. I'm also on the lookout for team-ups to make renting a whole property a viable option. I'm a no-complaints kind of person. I'm respectful and very easy to be with. I'm pretty social and my friends do tell me I'm fun to be with, although I tend to be weird sometimes and find myself frequently getting into funny and awkward situations. I can say that I'm interesting to hang out with at the least. I'm also all good for downtime chat. Coming from a job at a university as a research associate, and being a recent graduate myself, sharing living spaces with those taking up university studies is a plus! Bonus: As a software engineer, I presently create VR games for a living and will definitely miss doing so. Once I settle in with a comfortable daily program, I'll have my hands on an HTC Vive or a Microsoft Hololens at the place that I'm glad to share with everyone - it's tons of fun! Feel free to message me, even if you too are looking for a place yourself, I personally read all of them.
Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 20 years old. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place to move into short-term. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I work nights at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I am honest, organised and completely responsible. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I don't have any pets of my own but would love a place that has a cat or a dog for me to cuddle and love. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.

I'm a reserved and quiet guy who likes his wardrobe organised and his room tidy and clean (no kidding, sometimes I think I'm a freak). You really will only know me once we chat so why don't we?

I'm 22 years old, and an emerging actor/writer. That and casual work keeps me pretty busy, but in my downtime I'm keen on watching netflix or hanging out with friends. I run and cycle pretty much every day, I'm a vegan (not an annoying one though, it doesn't bother me at all if you eat meat). I like the occasional house party but I also really appreciate a calm, clean living space. The house be queer friendly, and not have cats (I'm allergic, but dogs are fine).
I'm a relaxed, friendly Canadian looking for a quiet, friendly and tidy place to call home, not just a place to sleep. I'm a very respectful flatmate, clean, pays bills on time and not a big partier. I like to have casual dinner/wine parties and then taking the party elsewhere. I spend my down time writing on my blog, reading and going out with friends. I like to keep fit and eat healthy, I'm a vegetarian but I'm not preachy about it. I love to be creative, I'm really into photography and I'm currently taking a graphic design course. I also hope to be around other fellow creatives to inspire me! Even better if they have a sense of humour as well :)
