Hi there, I'm looking for renting a private room with easy access to CBD to move in after 13 August 2017. I'm in 30s and working full time permanently in tax and accounting services in the city. I'm Vietnamese and I've lived here 4+ years. I'm non-smoker, clean and tidy, actively do house chores, pay rent on time, and respect everyone's space. Please inbox me if you have any available room. Thank you. Cheers, Jane
Hello, my name is Sandra. I'm 27 years old and working full time. I was recently transferred to Sydney for work and am currently commuting from Newcastle. I'm a friendly, happy, down to earth person. I enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine or scotch. I enjoy finding new hobbies (at the moment I'm apparently a writer making an attempt at the blogosphere). I'm clean, tidy and understand boundaries. As I'm new to the city I'd love to find somewhere to live, with people who could possibly show me around a little or at least provide me with the insider 'need to knows' of Sydney
Hi, I am Farid, a Civil Engineer from Mumbai. Moving to Sydney on 26th July and looking for either a private room or a shared room (no bunk beds) with all services like gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. I am a decent, clean and fun loving person. Have been living in a shared accommodation from past 4 years. No dramas and adjustable. I like to watch soccer, tv shows like friends, GOT, like to hangout with friends at weekend. I don't smoke or drink. Please let me know if you have a place. Regards Farid
My name is Ismaeil Al Fahim (we can work on a nickname), I am 18 years old and from the United Arab Emirates. I am a new student at the University of Sydney studying Commerce and Laws with a major in accounting. I'm a dedicated student and will spend much of my time either at the university or studying at home. When I'm not studying, I love to spend my time going to the beach, trying out the cafes, pubs, wine bars, and pubs or staying home reading, and watching movies. I also can be found at the gym (a new addition to my routine). I love food and therefore I also love to cook. I'm very easy going and kind of do my own thing, but definitely love to share a laugh and a deep conversation over a coffee or a drink. I like to keep everything clean and tidy but I'm no neatfreak either. I'm currently looking for a flat near the University of Sydney but would much rather have a flat mate and make friend than be by myself.
Both me and Jason are from the UK and are working full time. Very easy going, I'm the cook jason is the cleaner. Very relaxed chilled couple. We're currently saving to do the east coast In September so not party animals. Very respectful of others and sociable. Jason loves the gym so if you like to go please take him with you, and I prefer to go the gym not as often as him and prefer to watch series, seeing friends and relaxing. Both non smokers. Let me know if you'd like to know anything else :) ideally we would love to be in Bondi junction or near that area but we are open to other areas :) Interested in moving in around Dates interested - 1st September (or a few days earlier) and can only stay 4-6 weeks
I love to live in a clean place and maintain it so. I prefer living with chilled out people who live with mutual cooperation and love. I sometimes like to cook together and eat. I believe in having and giving one's own space.
Super friendly, humoristic and easy going - these are characteristics that describe me very well. I am a Swedish exchange student at UTS and will spend one semester in this beautiful city. Now I am looking for a nice place to stay and hopefully we will be like a great team! I like to exercise especially gym and ball sports, go out and play pool or something like that, cook delicious food and hang around and have fun chats. Furthermore I am a hard working student and spend a lot of time at my studies and that is my main focus during the semester.
I've lived out of home for nearly 10 years so you'll find me very schooled in how to be a cheerful, fair and interesting person to live with. I have a pretty awesome job in broadcast media so always quite busy with work and keeping track of local events. I love to chill out reading, watching TV, having social drinks or even spending time by myself. You'll get along with me pretty well - I'm always interested in meeting new people and being a genuine guy.
Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two (starting February 2018), however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am a friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing person. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) x
Hello, I'm from New Zealand and here to save money for 6 months before I head off to Germany on a WHV. I'm a very clean and tidy person and looking to move in with people who are also really clean. I work nights and weekends, love chilling out. Would prefer not to move in with just one couple(because it might be weird) but happy to if there are others in the house. Thank you
My name is Murilo. I'm from Brazil and I arrived in Sydney to study english. I'm easy going, friendly, cleaned and organized. I like to make new friends, to know a new culture, practice exercise, traveling and visit new places in Sydney.
I work pretty regular hours at a design school and have houseshared since my uni days. Ideally, I am looking for another 1 or 2 people to start a houseshare, or an unfurnished room. I am flexible with move dates and would consider most areas. I like for a house to feel like a home so it is important to be able to have a chat and share a glass of wine from time to time I find...also because I love to cook! Having said that, I am respectful of others and like to be out and about as well. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm an International student at Macquarie University, studying Accounting and Finance. I'm a Pakistani but brought up in South Africa and Zambia. I'm currently out of Straya and coming back on 29 July. Looking to move in as soon as I come back. I'm very easy going, dte, social, friendly, non-smoker, no pets, LGBT + and clean person. Length of stay would be long term.
I am a Belgian student who will be studying English linguistics and literature at Macquarie University as an international student for one semester. I am used to living together with other flatmates, so I am aware that it involves a certain commitment and good communication. I like to cook or have a drink together from time to time, but I need my privacy as well. Apart from a student, I am also a passionate dancer. A lot of my spare time goes to dance training, mainly contemporary. Would be great to find someone who thinks we could match!
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hi everybody, I’m a Parisian permanently moving to Sydney in September. I’m employed by a Consulting firm located in Pyrmont so I’m looking for a shared house closed to this area. I’m used to share accommodations as I lived a year in London, sharing a house with Aussies and European citizens. I consider myseld rather fun and easygoing but you’ll be the best ones to judge that point! If you like running and Swedish fit, I’m also the perfect sport companion! I’m clean and tidy and I expect my flatmates to have the same skills Additional expectations: make me familiar with the barbie protocol! – I don’t even know how to light a barbecue! See you soon, Clémence
