I'm an easygoing person who is considerate and respectful. I would like to live with a likeminded individual or individuals, whom I can trust. My interests include helping other people, music, art, photography, yoga, the ocean, nature and dancing. I am everything friendly - not a judger of anyone's choices and I'm not worried whether you are vegan, vegetarian or eat meat. I prefer not to live with smokers and I am only interested whether you are a kind and considerate person to live with whom I can trust. I love animals, especially dogs and horses and I like to spend as much time in nature as possible, exploring the World. I love having a laugh and some fun and am health conscious. I am very loyal, but not stupid and am friendly and kind. I've just returned to Sydney, my home. Best wishes Julie ** Not meant to be a nasty description - just true. Beware the baldy 60 something year old guy walking around stuffing his face with a pastry and coffee along Coogee Bay Road this morning. He was nasty to me first thing and if he does the same thing to someone else - just ignore him and send him over to the Northern Beaches. **
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile. P.S: I won't be able to move asap. So ideally would work if you're looking for someone to move in after a month or so. I will need to let my housemate know I'm moving out, allow him time to give notice to landlord and start looking for a place. So my move date is 3-7 weeks from when I find a place I like.
I'm a great cook, funny, tidy and very easygoing. I'm out of the house most days so you'll have lots of privacy. I'm currently looking for a job so I need my flat mate/s to be okay with if I get a job that requires me to work late. Cheers!!

I arrive on September 1st 2017 to Sydney. I'm looking anywhere outside of Sydney. I have been approved for Australian Citizenship and coming back home from Toronto Canada. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!
Hi there, I am a young working professional who's looking to move out to escape the daily commute! A current graduate that recently entered the corporate world, I currently work in the CBD. I enjoy minimalistic ways of living - all I really need is a bed, desk and chair. I'm after a clean and convenient studio or 1 bedroom apartment for me to come home after work, chill out, work on my side businesses and sleep before I grind at work the next day. I have a small puppy who lives with me (I can keep her back home if need be). Happy to bring my partner along or live alone. I also have friends working in the CBD if you have the whole place available for rent - I can help make that work! I'm super flexible with the dates of move out - I can always return home in the Western Suburbs if needed :) On my days off, I like to gym, play footy, board games and go on food adventures. Feel free to ping me if you think you have the place - happy to chat :)
