Hi everyone ! My name is Vijay (pronounced as VJ), I'm of South Indian origin and a Permanent Resident of Australia since 2014. I'm 36yo :). I'm looking for a room around Inner Sydney (Camperdown, Ultimo, Newtown, Glebe, Redfern and Forest Lodge.. anything within a distance of about 10 kms from University of Sydney Camperdown campus. I will be a post graduate student from July 2017 until the 30th of June 2018 at University of Sydney and I would like to find a place I could call home with nice and respectful roomies :) (3/4 persons including me max). Would prefer longer lease for approximately 44 weeks. Do not possess a vehicle and no requirement for parking space. I would like to move in last week of July 2017, presently working full time at Adelaide but I won't mind to come down to Sydney on week ends for room inspection and to make the lease deal. A bit about myself: Will be pursuing full time Masters at University of Sydney. Friendly going easy person who values and respects the privacy of his roommates and property owners. Non-smoker and light social drinker. I could say more but if you have any questions, feel free to contact me ! Thanks, Vijay

Hi there flatmates! Just landed in Sydney from London and need to find my new home! I'm in serviced accommodation through work until the end June and will be looking to move in after that. Clean and tidy and I'll be working long hours in the week so you won't see too much of me. I'll be social and exploring with my weekends. I'm always an easy sell for a beer, either indoors or at a pub. NO party house please.
Hey All So i have just recently finished Uni and i'm looking to venture over from Perth towards the end of July. Ideally, i'm after a reasonably affordable room to rent with hopes of living with some easy going, social housemates. I am making the move over solo and would love to meet some new people that i can chill out with. I am very much an active person, love a good workout, hike or stroll. But also love to head out to grab a coffee, drink or just chill. Extremely considerate and respectful of others and i am very much a tidy person - bonus points right!
I am French and just arrived in Sydney for work purpose. I know almost nothing about Sydney but I am really looking forward to discovering this city and meeting nice people. My work is located in Glebe, so I would prefer to live close by in order to not spend too much time in transport (as I used to do in France :s). I am also looking for a fully furnished room if possible. I am working 5 days a week and will often finish late. I am tidy and respectful. I like to have my own space but also to share nice diner or beer with easy going people. I am not against partying outside also time to time. I love to discover new places, people and cultures. People who know me say I am very good audience ! :)
In dire need of a secure long-term room for myself and my dog... My dog is a short haired American Staffy- He is very respectable, highly trained, toilet trained and will respect your space. He is a good dog and you will know that the instant you meet him.. I keep him clean always so he does not smell and has a silky smooth coat..He is a indoor dog and loves a good walk or throw ball. He is 5yrs old and knows the rules., he sleeps in the same room as me on his bed. He does nothing wrong and he is a great addition to any home that likes animals. I am a great housemate, and my dog is an even better house mate. I'm easy to fit in and not a party guy.. I don't mind having occasional gatherings at all at home..I like watching movies, playing video games, going bowling, Fishing, riding bikes or even some games of pool.. I am clean and tidy & happy as the next guy. I work part-time at the moment, and I am a respectable house mate.. I can cook, clean and routinely do my house duties with ease. I welcome team ups with someone as I would like to move Asap.. If you would like a great flatmate with an amazing dog, I am right here.. please give us a room.. Hi there! I am a university student originally from Hong Kong, studying to be a health professional. My current housemate will be moving at the end of June 2017 so I am looking to find a private room to stay or someone to team up and rent a new place together. I am still in uni but full time on placement (aka working 4 days/week). I don't smoke and I don't bring people over to party. I like reading, watching tv/movies and exploring good food and coffee around the area in my free time. I like occasional dinner together with housemates but I enjoy quiet nights in my room too. Please get back to me if you are interested in being housemates with me and if you are a clean and tidy person (e.g. picking up after yourself in common areas) Looking forward to hearing from you :)
We are both full-time PhD science students, each on scholarship, and are also both casual academics at UTS. We are looking for tidy and respectful housemates to welcome us into their home! :) Looking to move somewhere in or around the city/inner west, so not too far from work. Our budget is $220pw each (so $440 together), including bills. We have a sweet, small and very well-behaved cat that who is very timid at first, but once she trusts you loves to shower you with affection. She loves laying in the sun so if you have a yard (no matter how small) that's a bonus. We aren't at home much as we have fairly chaotic schedules between teaching and our PhDs. We also frequently spend time with Joel's family, but when we get the chance we do like to relax and enjoy home-time. We are looking to live with like-minded, mature people around the same age bracket (20-30yo). Housemates must be considerate and able to clean up after themselves as there's nothing that will send us crazy faster than conversations outside my door at 1am on a weeknight, or an ever-accumulating layer of dirt. We are very sociable and would love to move in with people that we can enjoy a few beers/ciders with, but also value and respect privacy and alone-time too.
