Hello! My name is Joseph, I have been living in Sydney since 2016 (just over a year) and I have been moving around a lot! Mostly leasing places out myself. I am really looking to settle in one place now for a good chunk of time. That's where flatmates comes in! I work in film production. I love movies and music and reading and dinners and breakfast. I am responsible and very accustomed to shared living. I like making friends and genuinely connecting with people, I just think it makes life better to live. I was schooled in Queensland, but have been travelling around Australia and the world for the last few years. I am looking to settle in Sydney now for lifestyle and work reasons. I would love for a place to feel like home.
Hi I'm from Switzerland and will be here for one semester at the UTS. Well I'm a clean person, I can cook and will cook maybe sometimes in the evenings and on weekends, I like sport, in Switzerland I'm a pole vaulter and hopefully I find a track to exercise and I'd like to surf a little bit while I'm here ;)
Hi! I'm a layed back clean and tidy 30 year old girl. I'm into my fitness and eat healthy too. Not a party girl but don't mind a wine after work or over dinner. I easily get along with peaople but will also respect your space and privacy. If I'm not at the beach I'll be hanging with friends or off to yoga. Looking for a place to call my home :)
Hi everyone ! We are looking for an accomodation during our internship in Sydney. We are two French guys (one girl and one boys) who are friendly, tidy, respectful and would love share great moments with our futures room mates :) Yours, Annie and Jules
I am a social friendly girl from South Korea. I currently going to the college studying travel&tourism. I love artworks, music, movie, writing and dancing/singing too. I am a part-time student and also have a part-time job. My schedule is always busy, I spent a lot of time outside home. While I lived in U.K. for a few years, I met a lot of international people. Quite confident to get along with any flatmate as I am a very easygoing person! I am planning to stay in Sydney for a few years and looking for the okay place where I just can consider it as my home. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Very sick of failure of inspection because of the wrong information/different pictures. -No one in the living room please. If you don't write all the information honestly, you really waste someone's time and effort. -Please show the realistic pictures, guys. I don't mind to live in little old house, it doesn't bother me much. Just try to avoid to put the pictures of the brand-new house 2 years ago. That's illegal! 😂 -Not for the people who think they can rule the house. Remember that we pay the rent just like you. There are a lot of flatshare in Sydney. -As long as I like the place, I can pay more deposit or pay more in advance whatever, I always pay the rent on time. By the transaction, by cash, by paypal whatever, I am Very flexible with that.
Hey everyone, Recently moved out of my place in Paddington and staying at a friends until 22nd of August. I've been living in Sydney for around 9 months and working in the CBD as a Project/Business Manager. Realistically looking to move in on the 22nd and stay for around for 2-3 months. I'm 25, enjoy most sports, gym training and I'm generally a tidy person. Through the week I'll likely be at the gym and at the weekends I like to head out - either being active or in the pub (the pub also counts as being active). Would potentially stay longer than 2-3 months, accommodation is dependent on my work circumstances. Cheers, Pete
Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two (starting February 2018), however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am a friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing person. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) xx
Sydney sider born and bred. I'm 28 and I work full time as a product manager at an ecommerce store. I work with developers to make dreams come true. In my spare time I gym, read books, cook and wrestle (BJJ). I'm a pretty neat individual and while I'm always down for a chat I respect peoples privacy. If you want to know more just ask!
Hello!! Soon I will be moving to Sydney, UNSW for my Masters (Civil engineering). I am looking for affordable rooms/flat with awesome people to live in. I love photography, movie making and adventure freak. I am Nepali. Thanks
mature professional, polite, clean, non smoker. only require private room for about 11 nights/month. I work 10hr rotating shiftwork in Sydney and reside with my husband 2.5-3hrs north of Sydney.
Canadian living in Sydney (6 months into my Working Holiday) and looking for a place and new friends. I'm generally pretty quiet but enjoy a drink after work or some such relaxed time. Fairly tidy, very clean, and used to sharing a house. Extra points to any household that contains a pupper or a hair straightener.
LOOKING FOR TEAM UPS ONLY I'm looking for a fun and easy going flatemate that likes to socialise but also do their own thing. I am very house-proud so prefer to keep a neat, tidy and clean home that I can relax in and occasionally entertain I am originally from Sydney but have been living in Melbourne for the past 2 years, I'm returning to Sydney at the end of 2017. I wanted to put some feelers out for anyone that may be looking to move at the same time. I'll be returning to full-time work in real estate in the Eastern suburbs which keeps me busy during the week. On the weekends I enjoy spending my spare time with friends and family, trying new restaurants and bars and staying active. I've recently completed studying Interior Design, so this is a huge passion of mine. I'm looking to secure a lease, ideally on a 2-bedroom place. I have everything that is needed for a house and am happy to share all items. The other person would just require their bedroom furniture. I'd just ask that the other person is respectful of my furniture, etc. as I've invested a bit of money in it :) Oh, and I have a poodle named George. He's a big, cuddly teddy bear, house trained and loves everyone!
Hey everyone! I'm Amelia, I'm studying Psychology and French at Usyd and in my third year. I love art, music and writing. Basically your average artsy caffeine addict. I'm quiet and conscientious and study a lot. I am very clean and tidy and keen to live with a cat if anyone has one! I'm also keen to make good friends with my new housemates! Hopefully you like to have a glass of wine every now and then :) I'm also working part time so probably won't be home much during the day. Amelia
My name is Jan, 26 years old, and I am from Germany. I will continue my Master studies in Management at the University of Sydney this August. I am a social person, love to meet new people, active and into sports but also always down for a relaxed chat with a good glass of wine/beer. I am clean and used to live in several shared apartments, during my first years of work as well as my previous studies.
Hello! I'm a 25-year Irish girl from Dublin looking for a private room in the Inner West Sydney area. I've just arrived in Sydney and have been hopping around from sublet to sublet since I got here - so I'm now looking for something a bit more long-term (3-6 months+) in or around the Marrickville/Newtown area. A bit about me: - I've been in Australia since December on a Working Holiday Visa, but have finished my regional work so am planning on being in Sydney for the next year at least! - I'm currently working 9-5 in Administration/Customer Service (the joys of temp work!) - I can be both an introvert and an extrovert so am down with most living situations. I definitely am very social on the weekends and love going out for drinks; but I like to keep it quiet on week nights, when you'll most likely find me in the gym, cooking or just chilling out having some me time. It would be great if we could be friends rather than just housemates, but if you rather keeping to yourself, that's not a dealbreaker for me. - I'm super clean and respectful, always pay rent on time and I like to think I'm quite easy to get along with! - No pets here myself, but I'm a HUGE animal lover - so any pets you have would be a bonus rather than a problem :) I currently have a sublet in Saint Peters that is up at the end of August, so would be looking for a move in date between 20th-27th August. If I sound like a good match for your room/house/home, let me know!
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
My names Max and I'm moving to Sydney to start my career and am looking for somewhere to live in what will be my new city. Not sure exactly where I want to live as don't know Sydney well but will be working in Alexandria so that's a consideration for me. I'm an accounting graduate who loves to travel and meet new people, I'm a country boy at heart but have been living in inner city Melbourne in sharehouses while at uni so am an experienced housemate. Very respectful and love to cook, don't mind the odd chat and always down for a beer.
I'm a student at UNSW doing masters in IT. I've finished twp semesters, now 2 more to go, so ideally looking for long term. I'm super tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm considerate about others' privacy but also will join in occasionally for any excursions to the beach or so. Some other leisure activities include reading, yoga and Netflix. Also, I work part time in Domino's, so ones of the perks of working there is I occasionally get free food for my housemates. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I'm Campbell and I'm a 25 year old environmental scientist and I've just started work in Chatswood. I am moving up from Wollongong and looking for somewhere central and fun to live. I'm pretty passionate about the environment and I love the outdoors, so most weekends you'll find me doing something in the bush (moving to the city is going to be a big change!) I really love cooking and looking forward to making some new mates. I'll be pretty busy with work during the week but will be looking to enjoy myself on the weekend. Thanks in advance for the opportunity to look at your place!
Hi I am coming over to Sydney from NZ for a 10 week TV contract. I am looking for a relaxed homely place for the duration of my stay. I am pretty chilled, I enjoy my space but love a good chat and glass of wine as well.
