I am an International Tourism Management Student from Germany and as part of my studies I will attend ICMS for one year from September 2017 - end of August 2018. Looking for a furnished private room . Since I only have classes three times a week I will be looking for a part time job while in Sydney so I wil be working next to my studies. I like to go out on the weekends but I also love lazy couch days or chilling at the beach. I love to travel a lot, so during my holidays I will most likely be gone for most of the times. I am also a big fan of sports. Especially tennis and ballet. I am an open minded person and I like socializing but I totally understand when people rather keep to themselves. Sometimes I also just need to be by myself so if you don't want to hang out constantly - no worries ;) :D I am excited to move to Sydney and can't wait to meet people from all over the world. :) Cheers ~ beccy
Hi! I am a law student from India, coming to Sydney for a month long stay, preferably in the main city. I am (or so I'd like to think) pretty accommodating, and easy to get along with. Also, I am really organised and I take good care of cleanliness & hygiene. PS. I make really good smoothies :D
Hi, I'm moving from Canberra to Sydney by 15th July, and I am looking for a furnished room in a share house of maximum 3-4 people. I just finished my masters and soon would start internship (3 days a week) at an IT company in Sydney CBD. I work part-time at coles (I would do night shifts between 10-2 am). I'm extremely neat and tidy, and I like to keep house neat and clean all the time. I used to stay at UC Village with 4 other people, I understand meaning of sharing the apartment/house :) I would take online lecture during the day (around 1 hour), so I would like it quiet. I'm not party animal at all, but would like to catch up on drinks occasionally. In my spare time I love to workout and explore new places around the city. Plz text me if you think you got a place for me. Cheers :)

Hey all, I'll be moving to Sydney on July 20th and I'm on a lookout for a shared house for myself for 3-4 weeks until my boyfriend arrives in Sydney in early August. After he comes in we'll be also looking for a shared house that will accept us as a couple. I'm a recent graduate with a year of marketing experience in a multinational. My boyfriend has been working in the editorial business for the past 2 years. We're both well educated open-minded young people.
We are a couple that is looking for a place to stay for 3 to 6 months. We are friendly, clean, quiet, respect other people's privacy. We arrive in Sydney on 10th of July and are interested in your accommodation if it is available then. Thank you in advance, Leona and Stanko
I'm social and bubbly but I like to have my space and I also respect others' space. I work a lot so I'm not home often, sometimes I work on the weekends too. I want my home to be my oasis for rest and sometimes for social dinners (not a party person) with my soon to be new flatmates or friends. :)
My name is Nathan (28yo) and I'm a professional working in the media industry currently based in Brisbane. I've recently been given a new appointment within the company and for this reason, am now required to relocate to Sydney. I work full time and usually spend the hours before and after out and about exercising. I'm interested in a 6 month arrangement commencing the second week of July. I'm not after a party house, but rather a place to call home. I'm a reader, thinker, and problem solver and don't mind socialising. You can count on me to be self-sufficient, independent and extremely clean. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking, photography, travelling and fitness. You can always count on me for a solid conversation, laughs and fun.
People who know me say I am a very bubbly person who is also very mature for their age. I want to find the best suitable person to live with as I believe you need to able to feel very comfortable in your own space. Can be very social and would love to get to know you more than as strangers in the same house. Would enjoy the occasional shared dinner/wine/tv of a night but I also love my own quiet time. I chat all day long in my role at work so sometimes I just like a quiet chill out and binge watch whatever tv shows I'm into at that time. I work full time at a prestige global company. I do like to keep my living space very clean without clutter. Taking it in turns with the cleaning and household maintenance. Very respectful and honest person. What I enjoy doing in my spare time/weekends; F45 Rosebery, catching up for meals or a drink with friends, family, beach, holidays, trying new restaurants and cafes, movies the list goes on. Looking to move out ASAP. Looking forward to hearing from you x

Hey - my name is Tim! I am moving from Brisbane to Sydney for work towards the end of July. I am looking to rent a room with a great housemate (or housemates!) close to the CBD (Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Potts Point, that sort of area). Ideally looking for something from $300 - $350 but happy to pay a little more if the place is awesome (max $420ish). A little about me: - I am a 27-year-old young professional who works for a tech company in the CBD - I am super easy to get along with and adaptable to the vibe of the house - A clean, tidy and respectful housemate - Love keeping fit and active, eating semi healthy and being adventurous on weekends - Enjoy having a few drinks on a weekend as well, but always respectful of other housemate/s - I travel a bit for work as well and sometimes work late, but when I am home happy to either socialise or keep to myself - Animal lover, but no pets of my own, so a house with a pet would be a nice bonus! Ideally looking for a housemate (or housemates) that have similar interests to me and roughly around the same age. Male or female is all good with me :) If you think you have a room that might be suitable I would love to chat to you and come check out your place. Cheers, Tim :)

I am a serious, hard-worker and calm person with many hobbies including taking photos, drawing and playing the piano. I would love to spend my 4 months in Sydney with some other students or young people of my age, and I intend to take advantage of my free time there to discover the city and possibly the country.
Hi, I come from Taiwan and will be a student at the University of Sydney. I had flatmates in Taiwan and Thailand, and respect others' personal space and privacy. I'm looking for a short term furnished rental between 17 August and 14 September (my current housemates are having overseas guests so I'm doing them a favour by freeing up more of the house). I'm a professional working at a trading company - one of those ones where we shave microseconds off so we can do slightly better trades. It's the best job I've ever had, which I honestly wasn't expecting! I like cycling, bushwalking, singing (not at home, don't worry), and art. I also play the piano so if you have one that'd be awesome.
Recently finished my studies and will be starting full-time work soon so looking for a place that I can call home. I'm 25, female, easy going and sociable with lots of experience in house sharing. I enjoy animation (though not limited to), eating and board games. Looking to live with professionals in their mid-20 to 30s. I am hoping to find a place by mid/latest end-August though this may be earlier so date is flexible till December so 5/6 months.
