As a student studying abroad from New York City, I am very good and learning the ins and outs of a city quickly. I love to adventure and explore and I believe there is no better place to do that than in Sydney. I am very neat and will keep my area clean at all times. I love making new friends and get along with others very well.
Quiet type, non-smoker (no judging but cannot live with smoke), not the usual party type but would love to hang out with housemates occasionally. Looking forward to share a house with same age peers from different backgrounds. Also values and respects privacy. Avid reader :)
I'm respectful of other's spaces, and will definitely be overloaded with studies and work so I'll mostly keep to myself. I love to make my own meals, so I'll probably be in the kitchen for 5% of the time and the other 95% in my room.
I'm an Australia Awards postgraduate scholar studying at University of Sydney. My partner is a software engineer working at an edtech company located in Surry Hills. My study commences in December this year so I am looking for an 11-month lease. I am a quiet person who loves her alone time. I usually spend my free time reading books, watching documentaries on Netflix, and playing boardgames with other nerds like me. My partner and I LOVE cooking. We also like traveling and immersing in different cultures. I am looking for a bright room where I can study because I will spend most of my time at home writing papers and doing my homework. I am looking for housemates who are chill and tidy. We can offer good conversations about our country (the Philippines), Filipino food, delicious sushi rolls, and vegetarian sisig (look it up!).
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
I am a student who enjoys a good movie and a good walk as a way to have a nice relaxed evening after a long day! I have lived in a share places for 4 years now (including homestays and shared room). Now I am just simply looking for somewhere nice and chill where I can unwind after uni or work. I cannot describe myself as a party animal these days, but I do enjoy the occasional get-together or a Netflix binge. I am looking for something more than a “hole in the wall” where it can feel like home😊
Hey everyone! I'm a frenchy living since a few days in Sydney. I work full time in the CBD and would like to find a private room in a house/appartment with internationals people. I hope that I wil possible to share moments among flatmates (a drink, meal, cards or playstation games...) I like to go out with friends but I will have to be reasonable at least until Friday :) Otherwise I used to play rugby but I'm open to other sportive activities ! See you
Hi! My name is Mash, 22 y/o, and I'm an international student, studying Business, and living in Sydney for almost 3 years now! I like new experiences and meeting new people! I'm quite chilled, independent and very mature for my age (according to others). I speak three languages, and love to learn new ones! I work full time in a construction company where my role focuses on landscaping. In my living quarters, I tend to be very clean and organised, and enjoy my time at home so i like it to be fresh and lively. In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of things! I love eating/cooking gourmet food, swimming, hiking and tennis. I also appreciate cosy time at home, watching TV/Netflix and having a good chat, going out for brunch, and the rare night out. Flatmates are more than welcome to join me! Therefore, I'm looking for a place to call home where i get along and interact with flatmates, where open communication and trust are important. I'm not looking for just a room to crash in. That being said, I totally respect personal space and lives, and expect the same in return. Hoping to hear from you, Cheers Mash
Hi there, We're a young couple from New Zealand coming to Sydney to play hockey for Macquarie University. While in Oz we'll both be working, Danielle in retail and Sirac as a hockey coach and in hospitality. We're looking for a place until mid/late September that's close to public transport as we won't have a car while we are over there. Somewhere in the Macquarie Park or Pennant Hills areas would be ideal as that is where the hockey team is based, however we are willing to look elsewhere. We are not a party couple but are not apposed to a social gathering every now and then. As Sirac is aiming to go to the Olympics most of our free time is spent doing hockey related things however we do also enjoy spending time exploring and cooking together. We are both very tidy and are more than willing to help out around the house as needed (especially if it involves looking after your fur babies😊). We look forward to meeting you and creating memories together. - Sirac and Dani 🇳🇿 - - 🛫 - - > 🇦🇺
I’m friendly, very clean and like to make new friends.
Im Claudia from Spain, 24 yo currently living in Canberra since 3 months ago. Im nurse but im not working as that now although my visa allows me to work full time. Im an outside person but I also love Netflix sessions, board games or similar having some cheese and wine mostly if the weather outside is awful. Im very into concerts and music festivals, hiking, travel (I never say no to a new adventure) and photography. Im tidy, respectful, open minded, social and enjoy company. Im not a good cook (awful actually) but I can prepare an amazing Spanish omelette if that helps. Im not a partyhouse but I don’t mind having some friends over for a few glasses of wine/beer/mojitos/margaritas (etcetcetc) and a chat. Im looking for a place where people like sitting on the couch, having dinner together and talking about our days, but I also respect personal space as I also need mine. Let me know if your place sounds like a match!
I’m a 24 yo qualified chef originally from the blue mountains! I’m working mornings in St Leonard’s and looking for a new place a bit closer. I’m starting night time studying at both UNSW & USYD in February. (A uni bridging course along with two languages) I’ve got lots of hobbies but mostly eating, music, art and swimming. I’m really quiet during the weeknights (early riser) and mightn’t be home every night of the week. I’m pretty sociable and would be happy to share dinner, go for a beer and hang out but I also understand that privacy is important. I am very respectful of communal spaces and I always clean up after myself. I hope to hear from you and that we can work something out! 😊
Hello! We are two young professionals (one Aussie, one Brit) moving to Sydney from London for an adventure. We're both clean, tidy and considerate housemates and have been living together in flatshares for the last 4 years in London. We're looking for a home (not just a room!) where we can get to know our housemates but we appreciate everyone needs their own space too. We're both into our sport, like staying fit and enjoying the outdoors and are looking forward to eating and drinking our way around Sydney!
Hi! I'm 26, originally from Brisbane and moved to Sydney in 2016 for a marketing job in North Ryde. I'm currently living in Glebe but I’m going back to study so I need somewhere more affordable on a student wage. I will continue my marketing role part time while I study. I'm a tidy, considerate flat mate that'll give you space but is also keen to hang out or watch some Netflix. Ideally I'd like to live with someone in their 20s or early 30s. I do travel for work and personal trips a bit as well so when I’m in Syd weekends are a mix of chilling out at home, going out and about to hunt down delish food, gorgeous beaches and potentially some study in future. I’m well house trained, clean and tidy etc. I’m studying vet nursing this year so I definitely love animals and a furry housemate or two is definitely no problem:)
We are 3 girls from Spain, Colombia and Chile looking for RENT 3 beds with 2 toilets. We need PARKING for a motorbike. (Haymarket, Ultimo, Glebe, Redfern, Surrey Hills, Cleveland, Darlinghurst) (long term: 1 year)
I am organized with my things and clean after I go, cause I grew up with sort if an OCD mother. I like to be quiet and at peace when I am at home. But I also enjoy from time to time to have a social gathering within flatmates. My job was in Marketing so I am used to talking with different kinds of people. I am currently a student and part-time working. More inclined to arts as I love singing, dancing and guitar playing but very analytical and observant.
Myself Tully, and one of our best mates are all looking for a place to rent as we are all starting our studies at Macquarie Uni in February. We all came from the same high school , located in the Northern Rivers area and we are all excited to start our new path in Sydney. All of us are quiet and amicable individuals with a lot of personality. We all get on well with others and love meeting new people. Thank you!
