I'm naturally very neat and tidy, caring and considerate to others. I think I have a good sense of humour and easy to get along with. If you want to know anything else please ask.
Hey, so I'm a very easy going guy whose lived with other housemates for years back in Ireland, where we had great fun and friendships over that time! I'm an Aussie-asian born and from Perth. Recently moved to Sydney and looking for long term stay with my bf, Andrew. Im a person with cultural upbringing meaning I'm all about being clean and fairly neat. I will make it easy and save you from reading a essay; I describe myself being creative & social as well as interest into yoga, fitness and outdoor activities. Andrew, bloke from Geelong, is a graphic designer. He's not a strong character so you will never get sick of him :). Think of him as a chilled aussie, barely complains and not fussy. We are looking for a private room in a shared house/flat with mates who enjoys casual drinks over dinner, sociable, clean and easy going. Staying 9 months plus further extension.
Hey guys, this is Eric, Im an international student who study software engineering in UTS university. Im looking for a single room that close to the city to stay long-term. I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good separate place for a couple with all independent requirements like kitchen and bath. Internet facility is also required. We have stayed with different Australian owners previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. We can commit for even 6 months if we find a good option and independent accommodation. Less than 6 month listing can also be considered if they are great. Looking forward. Cheers!
I'm a social policy person who's just starting a Phd at University of Syd so it's time to tighten the belt! I work part-time with clients including Monash University in Melbourne and tend to work from home a lot. I have some beautiful furniture and a lovely aesthetic, and enjoy good food, wine, design, conversation. Apart from working and studying, I do yoga regularly at a warehouse studio in Surry Hills, walk, swim, eat out and travel. I really enjoy a clean, light-filled, beautiful home to chill out in and would be happy to share the costs of a cleaner. I really like people who are generous, creative, respectful, fun and intelligent. Prefer to live with just one other person. I can't cook but I'd like to be able to! I have some beautiful cook books. Let's create a happy and relaxed home!

I am interested in an active lifestyle so am out and about on weekends or going out drinks/dinner but also love a quiet one in for a movie night. Tend to keep keep it chilled during the week too. I am originally from Melbourne (don't hold it against me :P) who relocated to Sydney 5 months back. I am an engineer currently working in sales/strategy for a Healthcare Consultancy...this means that I can fix things around the house, and get us mad discounts because I am a relentless haggler. I am a very easy going, reliable, flexible and sociable guy. In my opinion, living with a flatmate is more like sharing a home, as opposed to living in a hotel. This means that I am more than open to occasionally dining together and sharing groceries where appropriate. I also, however, have the utmost respect for your personal space. I work relatively late during the weekdays so I try to get out of the house during the weekends. I enjoy outdoor activities and going for bike rides (however, Sydney drivers are nuts!). Please feel free to message or call me directly if you would like to get in touch. Omkar

A bit about me: I’ve just moved to Sydney, I already have a few good friends here so quite independent but definitely up for making more. I’m going to be here for at least a year and plan to spend my weekends exploring Australia... Work can be pretty full on so I'm normally pretty chilled during the week but can be convinced to go for a drink/dinner now and then :)

Hi, I am Rhiannon and I have just moved to Sydney from Adelaide to take on a new role for work. I am looking for a private room for rent at the end of APRIL. The room would need to be big enough to fit my queen bed, beside tables and dresser and with a built in wardrobe. I would prefer own bathroom but am not bothered to share with another person either. I am an honest, tidy and trustworthy person with a good sense of humour/cheeky personality at times. Once you get to know me I am a social person that can adapt to a lot of different personalities but do also enjoy my quiet time by myself. I work Full Time and generally work Tuesday to Saturday. I am happy to share with Male or Females, preferably ages 25-40. I do not smoke but can tolerate smoking if it's done outside and away from me. When I'm not working I do like to go out to dinner to many different places, go on walks/hikes and have a drink or to when socialising. If your room or property meets most of my criteria and I am the kind of house mate you are looking for please feel free to message me with pics of the room and apartment available and any questions you may have. Thanks Rhi

I'm a 26 year old marketing professional who's making the move from Brisbane to Sydney, where I'll be working full-time in the CBD. I lead a fairly healthy and active lifestyle - generally get some exercise in before work in the morning, and love getting to the beach and being outdoors, but don't mind the odd drink here and there too. I consider myself to be a pretty chilled out and easygoing guy and am always up for being social and hanging out with friends! I've lived in share houses for many years now, so am a well house trained and super respectful housemate, and definitely value having a great group dynamic where everyone gets along.
I'm a postgraduate student. Harmonious and caring. Will go a great vegan meal to share. Happy to keep chill or work/study hard. I like a house tidy. Do yoga, go out on hikes, beaches..
Hey there! I'm a 28 year old Network and Systems Engineer from California. I had the pleasure of doing some work projects in Australia in my past job and enjoyed it so much that I made a permanent move to Sydney! It's been almost three years now and I've grown to love all that Sydney (and the inner west) has to offer. I'm a social, friendly individual that loves to explore and meet new people. On weekends I'm out and about, likely scuba diving, bushwalking, motorbiking, live comedy, etc. If the weather's bad, I'll be working on some software projects, reading, brewing beer, or indulging in Netflix. Have I mentioned that I have access to ALL US streaming services? I'll hook it up :). I work in an office mostly from 8-5pm Monday to Friday, and am traveling for work occasionally. I keep it low key during the week and relax at home after hitting the gym. As far as goods that I can contribute to a home, I have a large fridge, washing machine, large dining table with 6 chairs, 55 inch 4K TV, TV unit, and a couple pots/pans/etc. These are in a storage unit so if we don't need them, I can keep them there. I'm looking for a "home" like environment with my flatmate(s). Having friends over for dinner parties, and the occasional BBQ or event is more my style. I'm happy to socialise and have the occasional beer and/or dinner with the flatmate(s), but also respect everyone's right to unwind and have their privacy. I consider myself very clean and always pick up after myself in common areas as well as contribute to shared chores and responsibilities. It's easy when everyone communicates well and chips in for each other! Speaking of that, feel free to message me if you have any questions! Cheers.

Outside of work I love electronic music, the arts and keeping active — I'm learning to surf at the moment with limited success. I'd love to live with a group of like minded people who don't mind sharing a drink or dinner, rather than staying in their room.

I grew up in Ukraine but have since lived in 5 different countries, having moved to Sydney in June 2015. I work in CBD in finance and train quite a lot between CrossFit and long distance running. I grew up playing tennis professionally so athletics is a way of life for me. I don't party much, usually only when I travel, don't drink or smoke either.
Originally from Canada, in Sydney doing my Masters degree. Aside from my life of academia, I love to spend time outdoors (avid hiker), with friends, or just out chilling to a glass of wine with good company. I'm clean, fun, and friendly, and am looking for people who are the same. Cheers!
