Hi! I am Vivian, a female 34 years old Peruvian lawyer studying a Master in Environmental Law at USyd. I am looking for a place to call home for the next 4 months since I will be going back to Peru after my Master finishes. Looking for a place close to Uni or if far compensated by lovely surroundings (close to water area, or green areas.. which are the reasons why I love Sydney!). Def has to be an airy, clean place with good sunlight. Love to meet new people, to do outdoors stuff, cook, share a glass of wine, but also respectful of privacy. I am looking for a 4 months rent. In July I will be travelling arriving the 31st and my boyfriend would stay for 5 days. So please let me know if that's ok with you. I could pay the bond right now. Would prefer a female flat and own bathroom but open to options. My budget: If own bathroom, up to $330 including all bills If shared bathroom, up to $270 including all bills. Cheers! :)
Hi there! I'm Taco, a Dutchie, and am over a year in Sydney now. After living in Collaroy (Northern Beaches) and Surry Hills, I'm looking for a winterproof room in another vibrant suburb. I'm in Sydney studying Travel and Tourism Management, which will last till November, so I'm looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months. Besides my study I work as a bartender. Since i've got to work a lot, i'm not looking for a partyhouse, although I love an occasional drink with my housemates! If I have any sparetime, I love to be outdoors, watch a movie/series (Netflix n chill it is!), or enjoy the Sydney life.
I am studying real estate and working as a bar tender. I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy cooking, cocktails and watching Netflix Spent nearly 10 years in New York and travelled quite a bit. Looking to share with a fun flatmate who also loves dogs (my labrador Bear is like a giant puppy). I am currently staying in Bondi Beach in a 2 bedroom apartment and have a spare room here but have to move out by the end of August. Potential for the right person to rent the other room while we look for a new place. Want to find a 2 bedroom pet friendly pad.
Working professional with a very busy schedule. Gym junkie, loves to cook, drinks occasionally, non smoker, easy going, not an obsessive cleaner but generally tidy. Loves a chat. Introvert at home extrovert socially.
Kia Ora, I am a New Zealander from the scenic multicultural cuisine hub of Auckland. Currently an accounts manager for a fast-moving consumer goods company based in Auckland, I will be moving to Sydney prior to the commencement of the semester in 31 July to pursue higher education at the University of Sydney. As such I am in search of accommodation within the CBD and the inner-city suburbs. Tidy and quiet yet always keen for a chat, I am looking for flatmate/s who are of similar characteristics. When not studying, I enjoy nature hikes, cultural explorations, photoshoots, discovering food spots and watching a good movie with friends. Feel free to contact me if you have a room available to rent within the CBD, if you are looking for flatmates/teamups, or should you have helpful tips for my search of accommodation. Have a great day!

Love travelling as much as I can, gathering experiences, meeting people to connect to, and strongly believe, a Journey is always happy n fun when shared with. I do cook and like to try out healthy, colorful and tasty recipes. I will be more than happy to share a meal or two with my housemates. Do my best to keep my surroundings tidy and clean. Almost forgot ;), interest close to my heart and happy hour ;) is, I love playing sports, doing intense workouts, hitting the gym as hard as I can, boot camps in outdoors as many as I can :) I do also meditate to retain that connection with myself, and to have the same with others too. Excited to be part of fun, sharing, playful atmosphere with awesome housemates and looking forward to be part of your family. Cheers, Praneeth G.
We are Jesse and Dani, 38 and 24. I (Jesse) have been in Sydney since November and have been in Australia mainly over the past five years. Dani is just moving back here from New Zealand (our home). We are looking for a large 1+ bedroom apartment, terrace or similar. I am a coms and engagement consultant, primarily in Government. Dani is a yoga teacher and artist. I also do art but I'm the main bread winner so I do a day job... plus I love what I do and it pays pretty well. We are both house proud and tidy, offer good references, and will take care of your property. Anything considered, pref 3 months minimum. We'd like to be in the Inner West, by the sea, or lower Northern Suburbs. It'd be amazing if there was a study and a garden(!) We can pay up to $650 neg/wk. We are happy to buy/provide our own furnishings but we are flexible if your place is semi or fully furnished. You'll like us - we are pretty nice and interesting people.
Hey Future Flatmate, Hey, you! Yes, you! Famoso here. Fam or Fammy (very endearing though) for short. Well, that’s how my friends call me. I will be moving to Sydney as an international student to earn my masters degree in University of Technology Sydney. Truth is, it's funny how equally sanguine and choleric I am. I tend to be lively, sociable, carefree, talkative at times but also sensitive enough to listen, and pleasure-seeking. I am warm-hearted and optimistic. I can make new friends easily, be imaginative and artistic, and often have many ideas. At the same time, I can show leadership, good at planning, and most of the times, practical and solution-oriented. Which is why I am really going to give my best shot at earning this degree. But regardless, I am very tolerant and loving on people. I work out quite often and by quite often, probably everyday would sound sufficient. I also live a very active life, do yoga, and love to sunbathe in the beach. I’m a photographer who’s quite daring on social media so please don’t be shocked. I’m actually prim and proper in real life. More so, I like to take things seriously but wait! Seriously fun. So we can laugh our hearts out everyday. I really do think it’s an amazing thing how the world can be very big yet meeting like-minded people who like to see this big world make it small. I like being in an avenue where I can see the world at least through the lenses of other people's eyes. It gives me such an adrenaline rush meeting people from different races, cultures, and perspectives. So hit me up, who knows, we could have the most memorable time as housemates! Cheers!
I am working full time as a Professional (town planner, people who plan towns) in Bondi Junction, 9 to 5 workdays. I am a very quiet person, looking for a sharing accommodation close to Surry Hills. I do cleaning not only my room but the common area, though I am pretty quiet, I still love chit chatting. Please drop me a line or allow me to bother you and start from there. Cheers Bruce
Hey my names Michael, Im 27 and I work in the finance industry - more specifically trading and asset management. I purchased a house that I've been living in for the past 4 years in Cheltenham but looking to make a move closer to the action Would consider myself a very outgoing person, enjoy being active - riding my bike and going to the gym almost daily, going out to dinner and events and meeting new people. I do work from home which requires fast internet and a space for my 7 screen computer but also travel to Sydney regularly for work also. I'm very respectful of peoples personal possessions and private space and i believe pretty easy to get along with as really not a lot bothers me at all I'm really looking for a residence with a wow factor (preferably furnished) to share with with 1-2 other people splitting a weekly cost of around $1000 - $1500 (500 each)
30 yo female Brit. Travelled for the past 3 months, looking to settle down and achieve proper adulthood by finding my own place with likeminded people and moving from my friends sofa bed. I enjoy good food, good wine, good conversation and good Netflix. I have completed this listing 3 times and it keeps deleting it. Fun
Private room or a room of 2 people MAXIMUM ONLY. I am looking for a convenient place in the city or in the surrounding suburbs, no more than 15 mins bus/train ride away. I'm working part-time/casual in retail with stable income. I enjoy quiet night ins with a six pack of beer and TV shows, and cooking. Accounting student who would need heaps of quiet time and alcohol because, duh, numbers. Wouldnt mind sharing meals and having substantial convos if we're likeminded. Or you know we can just sit comfortably in silence. That's probably even better. Darlinghurst, Newtown, Surry Hills, Ultimo would be a good fit to what I'm looking for but anywhere in Townhall would be perfect. Furnished, no dodgy terms and hidden bills please. Message me the room condition and price, and i'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you!

Hello, I'm Minh, young mature individual here to look for a decent size unfurnished room with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates mee. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers
