I am 39 years old, have a full-time job and have been employed by the same company for nearly 10 years. I am reliable, easy going, clean and tidy and would love to live with a like-minded person. I am an animal lover - so if you have pets I will love them lots. Even though I am a smoker, I have only ever smoked outside wherever I have lived and I very respectful of those who don't smoke. I have good habits, especially when it comes to doing the dishes, cleaning after myself and helping out with things that need doing. For fun, I love to enjoy a glass of wine, going to the movies, going out with friends for a dance or having quiet nights relaxing with friends or on my own. As mentioned above, I have a full-time job I love, working 5 days a week in the city. Even though I love my job, I also like time to relax.
I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
Easy going and social 19 year old looking for a chilled sharehouse. I've lived with housemates whilst studying and working abroad in Argentina for a year and Italy for 4 months so am used to a sharehouse environment Currently working as a personal assistant but will be studying Midwifery full time at UniSA City East next year. I really enjoy cooking and having a hit of tennis, and love a good night out every now and then. I'm vegetarian but have no problem living with a meat eater or vegan. Always down for a coffee or beer but also respectful of privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself :)
I am an Engineer moving to Adelaide to start a new job. I'm easy going, athlete, non-smoker, non-alcoholic. I like playing soccer, running and working out and open to make new friends. My work location is close to Unley, Adelaide, So I'm looking for a place around CBD for easy commutation. I don't have pets so I prefer pets-free house.
Hi I'm Scott, I'm a painter and artist who works a lot of the time. I like to relax or see friends in my spare time and love nature and cooking. I'm a clean, reliable and respectful guy who needs a place short term while I save for a bond for more appropriate longer term accommodation. Thankyou
I'm a french student in agronomy. I will do an internship in the university of Adelaide. It would start in September. I really like to meet new people, to do sport and to discover knew places.
Hello! Recent homeowner changing it up after a few years of overseas travel and looking for a nice modern place to rent with another similar minded person. I have all of my own new house furniture which I am happy to share! I work in the city as a professional and would like a place nearby. I have lived with others for the past 10 years and so I am familiar with social protocols like cleaning, noise and sharing. I enjoy socialising and would always be open to a drink or chat, however I'd respect your space. I value good speed internet, decent house space (shared and private) and our own bathrooms and carparks. Despite loving animals, I'd like to avoid pets for rental purposes. I am looking for a 9-12 month lease and would like someone on the same page. As I am under no time pressure, finding the right place/person is the priority. Ideally we'd find a place within the next month or so. Send me a message and let's discuss, Micheal
I've recently started working full-time as a psychologist. I'm easy-going and clean, but not too OCD. I also come with an adorable cat who is very placid and friendly. I like to cook veggie meals (but I don't mind being around meat either!) Looking for a place with at most two other people, let me know if you are interested!
Heya! My name is Simon, I'm a 28 year old male non-smoker currently looking for a new place to live and still save for home ownership. I have lived by myself for a number of years previously (positive rent track record). I work 8am-5pm as a software developer and also train/gym most weeknights. During the week it's likely I'm either out most of the time or not home until after 8pm. I'm generally pretty tidy but very approachable. Trust is an absolute must for me, the last thing I want is not being comfortable sharing a home with others. Tend to not have people over, and if I do it's usually only one or 2 friends (before or after going out). Love a few casual beers/wines at home on the couch. While sociable I am also a PC gamer :-), so I'm content being on my own for hours on end (good Internet a must but doesn't have to be NBN). Got all furnishings needed, and I tend to bulk meal prep on a Sunday/Monday. I have a car I do require off-street parking for, and have no issue with pets (have none of my own). Currently driving to work every day, but that won't be permanent so access to public transport into the city is important.
I’m looking for a place for me and my dog (sharpei X) who is outside in the day and inside when I’m home :) he’s friendly, good with other dogs and doesn’t really bark. I’m 26 and I work full time during the week. Plus some nights as a bartender. I’m looking for a relaxed place with friendly housemates. I’m clean and tidy but not a neat freak! I enjoy cooking, walking the dog, board games, Netflix/TV and a wine after work. I’m always up for a chat and I’m keen to find a place where we’re all comfortable to hang out, but can have our own space too :)
I am a tidy and clean person who respects other’s privacy. I am pretty flexible and easy going. I do not bring any company home and will not be of a nuisance in any way. If you have pets, I’ll love them. I love any form of outdoor activities. I am good at cleaning up as well(:
Hi everyone, myself and my husband Jeremy are looking for a room to rent while we are building our house or someone to team up with to create a new share house. We don't really have a "move in date" we are pretty flexible at this stage. Ideally- we are looking for somewhere that is $150-$200pw in rent that will allow us to both stay with our 2 well behaved dogs. If they do damage anything though, we will either fix or replace it. Diesel is a 6 year old male husky and Chloe is approximately 8 year old female boarder collie. Both are desexed and registered. We are not fussed on location if we are able to have a place that allows dogs. If we are unable to have our puppies stay with us somewhere close to CBD (Norwood, Glen Osmond, Kensington etc.) is preferable. As I would only be staying approx. 2-3 nights during the week as I would also need to look after our puppies while Jeremy stayed in the share house closer to work. A little bit about us.. we are in our mid 20s (25 and 28) and got married last year. We both work fulltime and often early starts or late finishes. We love all things sport but we also like to chill out and watch netflix as well. We are both non-smokers and hardly drink. We moved down from Queensland last year after I graduated from University. We know a few people around but are always up for making new friends. We like to chill out and have a chat but also like our own space. We are currently living apart with our dogs staying with my mum. Its working okay but it would be easier. If we were able to live together or at least a little closer together. look forward to hearing from you!
I am a super tidy and neat person! I always wipe down the kitchen counter when I finish making my meals! I am friendly, talkative, social, and am a good listener. I do like to have the odd convo with housemates but I also spend most of my time at home inside my room practicing my acoustic guitar or watching Netflix. I do have a two year old gorgeous cat called Senna who is my baby so am looking for a room for the two of us! He is litter trained.
My name is Liam I am a 30 year old vegan who is a school music teacher. I play in bands and have home recording equipment. I like cooking and sharing meals. Ideally I would like to live with other musicians who are happy to make a bit of noise but are respectful of each other when doing so. Would be good living in a creative household. I am a non smoker and have worked part time in the same job for almost 6 years.
I am a professional working for the Uni of Adelaide. I'm reliable, balanced, sober, polite, quiet, considerate and friendly. I'm up for a chat (especially if it involves a sense of humour and wit) but will not impose on anyone. I always clean up after myself, very quiet, pay my dues on time. I appreciate a clean environment but I am not a clean-freak. I indicated 4 months to stay, however, if everyone is happy, I am ready to stay for longer.
my name is Naomi 🙂 I'm 20 years old , I'm bubbly easy going ,I am tidy and clean up after myself, I am quite at times but also love a good chat and hangout.
Hey all. I'm a masters student at UniSA and work part-time at an Accounting firm. I generally keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such.
