Hello future housemate(s)! I'm a full time, second year Arts student majoring in women's studies and art curating at Flinders Uni. I'm also an intern at JamFactory Craft and Design in Adelaide city. I currently work casually as a barista/waitress. I'm easy going, open-minded, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. I like to give things my own arty flare but I'm also very conscious and considerate of others. I'm quite social so I'd definitely be keen to hang out, but I also respect people's self time and boundaries. I am passionate about art, women's rights, music, travel, learning and am keen to meet new people! I love crafty things, indoor plants, music and food! I also have a small freelance apparel embroidering business which I try and balance with my uni :) Looking forward to hearing from you soon! :)
I have a great personality. Very easygoing, mature, been a butcher for over 15years in a retail butcher shop so i am good at talking to anybody. Love my footy and enjoy a bbq and beer on the odd occasion. 😜
i work full time as a TA in metal fabrication on dry docks in port adelaide (so depending on the job i do get quite dirty. i like to read, have a barbie or a good meal at the end of the day. I'm relaxed and laid back. i enjoy a small drink every now and again. i am clean, neat and quiet (on the rare occasion).
Hellloooo My name is Elise... I am seeking to find a room somewhere not too far from the city ASAP!!! I work 20-30 hours a week in the retail industry and am also completing my Bachelors degree in Psychology. When I’m not working or studying I’m usually hanging out with friends or off to the gym or adventuring on a hiking trail. I am very tidy, well mannered, easy going, kind, and respectful of others. Ideally would like to live with like minded young professionals who are either working or studying. Also would prefer an all female household! Sorry guys!!!
Hi, I am Theep from Sri Lanka! I'm moving to Adelaide on 1st week of August with my wife. We're a young couple, very friendly & new to Australia. However, I do have experience in living in a shared accommodation for more than 6 years (ever since I was studying in Europe). We'd love to hear from you if you have a place which we can rent out for 6 months. Thanks!
Hi! I'm a UK Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Forensic Medic and trainee Psychologist. I've been offered a job with the South Australia Ambulance Service and have a provisional date and location as Adelaide mid July. I'm a bit nerdy and study a lot (currently in the middle of 2 x MSc degrees) and will obviously be working nights so I'm quite a quiet soul. That's not to say I'm no fun: I'm hilarious obvs :-) I'm also trans so need to stay somewhere LGBT friendly in a location where I won't be killed ha. I'm pretty easy going, like cooking and looking forward to having more of a work life balance - I'm currently working around 18 hours a day seven days a week here in the UK. Ideally I'm looking for a nice room (furnished if possible) in a nice house for six months or longer while I find my feet, get everything sorted and figure out where I want to be. Obviously coming from the UK means I'm starting from scratch and won't have a reference as such as I've my own place here but I can get some character references from folk. I've completed my health check for government Visa purposes which was fine although I haven't yet received the official green light. I've also had the green light from occupational health so I'm working on the assumption that it's a go - it'll take something pretty cataclysmic to stop it all! Please don't think I'm a dick if I don't respond quickly: I'm so busy that it can take me a few days (plus for some reason some emails have been diverted to my spam folder). Thanks byeeeee
Hiya! I'm 23 years old and in my final year of a Bachelor of Media degree :) I am a pretty easy going person and usually like to relax at home in my down time because I spend most of my working on the phones at the Advertiser! But, am usually pretty keen for a social chat at home too if people are around. I like to paint or do other kinds of crafts in my spare time, when I'm not sifting my way through numerous TV shows. I think as long as there is open communication and respectfulness of each other I am pretty easy to live with, but I think that should just be common sense stuff haha Send me a message if you think we'd get on as housemates or want to know more! :)
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
Hey all My name is Steven I'm 23 and from the UK. I've just left the army and now backpacking around but for the next few months am working in construction in and around Adelaide. Currently in a shared house that sucks so looking to move asap. I'm a clean gut like to keep everything spotless I guess that s the army in me but love to have a laugh drinks at the weekend and all that.
My partner of 2 years, Ainsley and I are looking into renting a room together. I am 22, studying primary teaching at Flinders uni in my fourth year, and work 2 casual jobs. I’m originally from Darwin and love travelling, returning to Australia about a year ago from a 6 month semester abroad in Europe. My partner is 23 and has recently finished his degree and works full time in project management. He is originally from England and has lived in Australia for 4 years. We are both respectful, tidy people that enjoy going out for a bite and are busy people. We both love Adelaide and see ourselves here permanently. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
Hi, My name is Georgia! I'm currently looking for a house that my cheeky kitten and I can call home. I have a vast rental history and have lived in multiple settings, but I'm now looking for something a little more stable! I work in two different hospitality jobs and am also studying nursing at tafe which means I am quite busy, but also appreciate the time I have at home. I'm a very kind-hearted, open minded and easy going person, and I'm looking to move into somewhere I can make friends and share thoughts and ideas. I also love eating and talking about food, being creative, and enjoy a few glasses of wine any night of the week!
My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for a medium/large room or even two smaller rooms for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a full time student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $350 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $250 max. Can move from about 27th April or maybe earlier.
I’m quite easy going and usually get along well with other people. Also I love to maintain my place to be tidy and clean. In my spare time, I love baking or cooking so I would love the place that got good kitchen. Also, I have just recently moved from Melbourne so I also would love to socialise with new friends.

Im looking to rent a room in the city fringe area I’m not too fussed about the exact location just close to the city. I’m recently single and looking for fun easy going people to live with. I’m friendly, polite and happy to share the work load with cooking and cleaning. I don’t smoke and I’m only a very light drinker. I’m 18, super tidy, and respectful! I work part time as a waitress/bartender and will be starting uni mid year. I’m super easy going and enjoy fashion, watching movies, reading, shopping, listening to music, coffee dates, and spontaneous adventures! Looking for a room in a house full of super chilled out, open minded people! Preferably all gals!
Originally from regional NSW/VIC, I am looking for a great, new place in Adelaide from mid/late May-June (happy to be flexible) while I complete my final semester of study at UofA. I'm a mature 22 year old who currently works in fashion and is passionate about travelling to new and exciting destinations as well as have a great love for dogs (and cats)! I enjoy cooking and if I find myself stressed, I often take a break and bake - perks for you if you like muffins and cakes! I've previously lived within a number of families overseas, similar to a homestay situation, as well as independently. I'm considerate to those around me and like to keep both my room and common areas clean and tidy. I appreciate my own space while studying, but also happy to join you on the couch for a TV series or for a glass of wine and cheese platter after a big day! Ideally, I am looking for a female only place (will happily consider male housemates too!) where I can park my car, is close to public transport into the city and find housemates who have similar values and expectations. Would love to hear from you!
We are laid back, friendly and respectful individuals. Both work for ourselves so are very motivated and reliable people. Currently looking at renting our own place and hoping to find someone wanting to rent a room. Looking in the northern suburbs, close to the CBS. Max price pp $180wk
