I’m a 22 year old student and freelance writer who also works part time in the CBD. I’m tidy and pay rent on time, and while I appreciate my own space and peace and quiet, I also enjoy conversation and company. I’m looking for a like-minded household who are respectful and LGBT+ friendly. I’m eco conscious and try to live a resourceful lifestyle so access to public transport would be great! I’m looking for a place in or around the CBD from end of March/start of April. IMPORTANT: I’m looking for spaces that are predominantly women/GNC and LGBTQIA+ folk, please do not message me if your household does not fit this criteria
I am a quiet and friendly woman looking for shared accomodation in Mitcham area or suburbs close. I work full time and keep to myself. I spend time outdoors and at the gym mostly. I may be required to catch public transport.
I am studying education, working in a school. I am easy going, like to read, have a good chat, cook, and garden.
Hi there. My name is Maggie and I'm a 19-year-old uni student who study paramedics at Flinders University and looking for a place thats close to city or Marion or Glenelg or not too far away from uni haha. I'm tidy, neat and quiet(sometimes can be chatty), but also very funny. I do love my time to myself, but I also want to be able to chat and hangout with my flatmates. I'm a foodie who love cooking and sharing good stuff with flatmates. Love spending time on beach with friends but also quite enjoy watching Netflix at home. Love skating and other sports. love to travel, explore, try new things especially anything thats exciting pls don't hesitate to contact me Cheers
Hi there! We're two full time students at Adelaide Uni. Both of us have bubbly, cheerful personalities and happy to meet new people. Shannon has just moved from rural Victoria to study languages and Sophie is moving from Brighton closer to the city and is studying health sciences. We're both clean, tidy and respectful and both very good with our money. We'll both be pretty busy with uni but enjoy relaxing and socialising.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for a medium/large room or even two smaller rooms for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a full time student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $350 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $250 max. Can move from about 27th April or maybe earlier.
Hi, I'm Maike, a student from Germany, and I'm going to study at the uni of Adelaide for 6 months. At home in Germany I live in a shared flat as well and I would say I am a quiet and tidy person when it comes to living together. I will probably be studying, working and exploring Adelaide, and Australia in general, most of the time anyway. But I really like living with a flat mate. You get to know new people you might not normally meet and there is someone to talk to when you get home from a long day. And I am also open for other suburbs but I don't know the names so I just put some of them in my listing.
My name is Lidia and I am from Spain even though I am currently a PhD student at the University of Nottingham (UK). I'm going to Adelaide to do a 7-month placemnet at the Australian Wine Research Institute. I consider myself an easy person to live with, I'm tidy and friendly, but I'm not a party animal. During my stay in Adelaide I would like to do some tourism and for sure, to go to see the whales. I love cats!
Hiya! I'm 23 years old and in my final year of a Bachelor of Media degree :) I am a pretty easy going person and usually like to relax at home in my down time because I spend most of my working on the phones at the Advertiser! But, am usually pretty keen for a social chat at home too if people are around. I like to paint or do other kinds of crafts in my spare time, when I'm not sifting my way through numerous TV shows. I think as long as there is open communication and respectfulness of each other I am pretty easy to live with, but I think that should just be common sense stuff haha Send me a message if you think we'd get on as housemates or want to know more! :)
Hey, I'm Charlie! I'm a 26 yr old student studying education and working two jobs, one as an event designer and 'setter-upperer' and the other as an SSO (teachers aide basically) in schools. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner, kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and potentially even a nice modern leather couch and a table tennis table (those are in the works!). I have lived in a share house previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out and veg in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or play some PlayStation. I play amateur league footy for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking or work so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! I drive my own car and have been raised to be a decent cook and love to cook for others so there's a good chance you'll benefit from that!
Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
I work in hospitality and tourism and work away a lot. I love camping and traveling when i can and really enjoy being social and want to live with people who arnt afraid to have a chat when we are all home as well as know what personal space is. Im clean, tidy and respectful and hope to live with someone similar. looking for a place with built ins and reasonably nice kicthen and bathroom as I love to cook! A good sense of humor and adventure is a must! Xx
Respectfull down to earth guy, i work full time as a production supervisor, I'm into my fitness but im not a gym junkie. I always pay my bills on time, clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Pretty outdoorsy kinda guy. Feel free to message me with any questions :)
I am a Uni student that loves a good chat and exercise, I play football and Basketball and love to socialise but also like my down time. At the moment I am living in Goolwa and I am commuting to Uni everyday. I work part-time in the city and also get paid for coaching. Love dogs and most animals, looking for a nice place in my budget and am excited to meet new people!
Looking for a place to call Home. Hey there, I'm quiet, easy going bloke, student of Civil Engineering at Tafe (Tonsley) so ideally I'd be interested in a place around that area, and not too far from the city as I work in a Cafe in the city. I'd prefer living with people in their 20's that I can socialize with, I'm generally pretty busy studying and working, not home much but I do like to socialize with my housemates on my free time, have a couple beers, go out and I'm also a dog person if you got a dog it's a bonus. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Also, contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
We have previously House shared before and loved it! We are two hard working people we generally keep ourselves to ourselves but we are also sociable and up for a laugh. We are moving from Perth to Adelaide for work and would like to have a base when we land and are flexible with length of stay as there won’t neccessarly be a rush to move out but within 4-12 months looking to get our own place.
We ( Me and My wife) are working professionals and will be moving to Adelaide. We are a young married couple seeking a furnished apartment in or near CBD area. We're new to Adelaide and looking forward to make this our home as well as meet new people. We love to keep yourself and surroundings clean and well organised.
