Hello, I'm 50 years old male drama tutor - director Celal Perk. who is tidy, neat, friendly and respectful professional. I am looking for a rent room at quiet and peaceful house and flatmates same me for to stay long term.
Quiet person who relatively active socially who likes going to gym, going to movies or sitting home watching Cable or Netflix. Likes to socialise every so often if all our work commitments align but also knows the need for everyone's privacy and space. Loves animals, so if you have a furbaby, even better. Works part time, and always happy to help around the house and do the weekly chores that need to done and always cleans up after herself once the cooking has been completed.. Too old to party, so it won't be a party house. Don't have family here, so it would most likely be me heading to my friends place /or crashing at theirs 2 nights a week. Loves most sports and a big adrenaline junkie... Loves afl footy and if give the chance also likes the occasional sleep in of a morning.
'what doesn't' lol we're easy going and have respect for others, very clean and tidy, happy to help out where ever possible ! not to mention great sense of humour 😜 jokes aside if you have any questions just ask !!
Greetings to potential housemates! My name's Matt, I'm in the 30's club, not a huge party person as I rarely drink at all nowadays, but I'm always up for good fun and good times. I'm a musician (singer/guitarist) and that's my main thing apart from physical fitness and health, I try to train and practise daily if possible, but I'm not loud with the guitar, if I really need to rehearse I'll hire a space somewhere. As a housemate I'm generally a clean and tidy person who normally likes to keep themselves occupied, but also happy to socialise every now and again. I do cook a lot of fresh stuff and I absolutely love food, so I love to be in the kitchen and if we're organising a party or just a meal as housemates I'm game for some culinary creativity :) I'm not currently employed as I've been back in the U.K for a couple of months attending to family matters and I'm returning at the end of August, I have job prospects lined up in and around Melbourne, so I will be working full time within a short period of getting back. As long as I live with people who are clean and tidy, happy to do their fair share of house duties and don't party loud all the time when the rest of us are working, then I'm good. Apart from that I love life, tattoos and all types of art and creative lifestyle, comics and general geekery, travelling, exploring and meditation and that's about it. I'm happy to skype/video call people if they'd like to know a bit more about me.

* Ideally looking to start a new share house. Max 3 bedrooms but ideally 2 bedroom * Employed full time in the sheet metal industry in Campbellfield working 7-5 Tuesday to Friday * Quiet, reserved guy but not anti-social by any means * Lived by myself and with others in my 10 year stay in Melbourne. Clean & Tidy, considerate of other people's needs and privacy * Have all my own furniture, fridge, washing machine etc * Enjoy most sports and attend an AFL match most weekends and tend to watch the majority of others on TV. You could say a little sports crazy * A whiz at warming things up in the oven. Thats about as far my cooking skills extend. * Not looking for party house so ideally you wouldnt be that way inclined but do enjoy a beer or two on a friday/saturday night
I'm from South Korea, full time worker. But i work at night shift so i'm looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet place to stay during the day i can sleep. I'm easy going and clean and respect other people's privacy. I'm quite organized and like to clean stuff.
Only looking for short term until I’m able to get my own place so please keep this in mind for 6 months only. Used to live in Melbourne but as my father got sick I moved to Brisbane to care for him now that my father has passed away I’m looking to make fresh start back in Melbourne with my boy Jaiden who is 8. Looking to either study or work. Also I feel it’s rude seeing how some people are only open to accepting people who only work ? Don’t be quick to judge. If a person is working and yet blows all there money does that make them reliable to pay rent on time? I’m friendly bubbly and kind -respectful and tidy (but this depends on what you think tidy is I’m not ocd lol but if you are then it will be a problem ) I like to keep to myself but I don’t mind chatting depending on the person I’m not a loud person either and I don’t smoke I’m into my fitness as well. I mind my own business as well and I don’t like drama. Im 33 years old and my background is mixed Indian/English/Portuguese. My son is also very friendly and wouldn’t annoy others also. Contact me if your interested
