Hello. A bit about me: *I'm a 24 year old female, I have an indoor trained male cat who is 2 years old. *I have lived in a shared house and therefore am used to how it works, respecting people, their privacy and maintaining a home. *I am looking for a new shared house to join or even just one person to move in with who is animal friendly, clean, respectful, cool to sometimes chill with and has an understanding of internet usage and lag in terms of games. *My hobbies include playing PC games, chilling out, seeing my partner, playing board games, cooking, listening to and making music and just having a good time but am not a party go-er. *I am not a smoker and do not drink. *I don't currently work but receive reliable Centrelink payments so rent and bills will always be paid on time. *I take myself as a clean, quiet, respectful individual who just wants to have a good life wherever that may be. I hope to hear from anyone who thinks I would make a good fit in their shared home. Cheers.
I am a very neat and tidy person who loves to hang out with people .Currenlty doing masters from deakin and working part-time in eastland shopping centre. I am someone who loves meeting new people and getting to know about different cultures. I am a very easy going person and an animal lover. I am someone who like spending quality time with others but also respects other persons privacy.
Hi readers! I'm a 28yro Australian woman looking for some affordable accommodation for myself and my cat. She is toilet trained and would probably be ok with a gentle little dog. I work 4 days a week in Dandenong South and volunteer 1 day a week in Lower Plenty as a part of my online studies. I do not drink, smoke or party, and I am looking for females housemates only. I have been renting in busy Doncaster East for quite a number of years now and I am ready to move somewhere much more quiet and peaceful. I appreciate an even balance between chilling with housemates and hanging out in my room on my own. As I am not overly interested in social gatherings, I hope to find like-minded housemate/s. I like food [of course!], nature/outdoors, and spending time with my boyfriend. I hope to hear from someone soon!
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
Hello :o) I am a gentle, respectful and friendly nurse, working 4 days/week in Wantirna. I am looking to find a mature, friendly, clean housemate, who enjoys being social but also values their own time and space, and can respect mine. I am a non-smoker and don't really drink, living with a non-smoker is essential for me. I love singing, music, movies, swimming, being creative, bushwalking and cooking. I enjoy having friends and family over on occasion for coffee or dinner. I love yoga and creating beautiful, harmonious spaces for living. I don't have a lot of furniture, open to decorating together. I mainly work shifts during the week with some weekends and occasional night duty work, where quiet during the day is required. I would like to find someone with whom to check out 2BR units in the Belgrave/Ferntree Gully areas, preferably willing to sign a lease with me, pay half the bond and would like to stay at least 1 year. My budget is around $700/month. Please message me if you would like to find out more :o)

Hi I am looking to start a share house in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am fairly flexible on where and the places stated in my listing are only suggestions, not rigid choices. I have lived in share houses before, so I know how things work. I am currently on an extended health break and am on a disability pension though hoping to get back to some kind of work in the not to distant future. I am looking for another person or persons to rent a house with on an equal share basis. I have no problems financially with paying rent or bills on time. I am generally a quiet person and am respectful of other peoples personal space. I am not a party person but do enjoy socialising (and yes, the occasional BBQ or a good party is ok) My preferences are: No smoking in the house No animals (birds or fish are OK) No Kids (unless visiting) NO DRUGS! I am looking to get a house with 3 or more bedrooms and with shed space for storage of bits and pieces (garden and camping equipment and some other odds and ends) I am prepared so look after the outdoor area such as mowing and gardening. I am also willing to do my share of the house duties such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing etc.. If you are interested please feel free to contact me at any time

Hey everyone :) 26yo guy moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I am full-time Nursing student Working part time mostly during weekends Quiet , easy going and respectful Prefer clean and tidy space to live in Looking for accomodation closer to public transport prefer in between ringwood and blackburn. Interested in teamup.
Friendly, trustworthy and relaxed 30 yr old professional. Grew up in NZ but recently moved to Melbourne and working 40hours a week as a Surveyor in Wantirna. Very easy to live with - super chill and always clean and tidy, respectful of others space and preferences and I don't mind doing my share of the household chores. I enjoy the outdoors/hiking, gym, video games, make and listen to music, love board games and poker. I would like to adopt a rescue kitten so looking for somewhere ok with pets. I have lived with and get on well with people of all cultures and backgrounds, and have had a lot of experience living in a shared space environment. I have both a personal and work car which is a bit tricky, so ideally somewhere with a bit of parking would be cool.
Currently living on the wrong side of Melbourne and keen for a saner daily commute. Mature gent but still madly in love with life who enjoys learning from others' experience and points of view. My great passion is Cultural Security and i'm often working on Community Development, but for now its the grand mix of gardening and charity projects. Well used to living together in CALD communities and love the opportunity to learn a new language, dish, dance, philosophy and/or spirituality. As you might gather, i'm a bit of a “culture vulture“, I'll even respect Westerners'! ;-) love music in all it's forms accross the continents and eras, folk tales the same as well as games, especially watching their trails and evolutions accross the globe accross the millennia. Feel free to ask me regarding any of your concerns and/or interests, and best wishes in cultivating your household environment :-)

Hey there! My husband and I are planning to move to Melbourne. But before we make the full transition, we would like to test the waters a little bit. We are planning to live in Melbourne for 6 months to a year to see if we get the jobs we are after and the things we want our future to root into. We are friendly, full of life people. Having said that, not really the party people. We have a kitty. His name is Biscuit. He is very friendly and clean boy. An indoor cat. We cant give him up so he has to stay with us. He doesn't bite, in fact would smother u with hugs. We have had him ever since he was a kitten. So would really appreciate some one who would let us keep him. Please give me a buzz if you are cool to keep us as ur paying guest. :) Cheers! Happy New Year! :)
