Hi my name is Chantelle I am 21 years old and looking for a place for myself and my golden retriever . I am currently working full-time and studying . I am a pretty chilled person to live with and I have had no problems with any of my previous housemates in the past . I am tidy and really don't mind chipping in doing chores and mowing the grass you don't even have to ask!!I I work full-time and go out here and there but enjoy relaxing at home . So if you have room for myself and my Golden I would love to hear from you .
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hi guys I'm a 33yr old tradie that is looking for somewhere to be my home during the week and the odd weekend. I have a wife and 2 young kids who live out west. All my work is based in Brisbane so I tend to live and work here then travel home almost every weekend. I'm originally from London am laid back and easy to get on with. Love going to the gym, good food and lots of coffee also never one to say no to a nice cold beer. Thanks for reading I'd love to hear from you if you think we'd get along.
I am planning to move to brisbane from a rural city and have full time employment in the arana hills plaza and am looking for a place to live to get myself settled into the area. I have lived in sharehousing before and know how to respect boundaries and how to communicate with flatmates. I will be predominantly working throughout the week but in my spare time i like to play games or just watch a tv show or hangout with friends.
Very quiet, very neat and tidy, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non smoker, non drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker. Recently returned from 9 years living working overseas. Single, not into pubs or clubs, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike. When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own. I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I’ve worked very, very hard the past 3 decades, currently taking a bit of a break and reassessing my next chapter, my main focus being on quality of life and focusing on my health and fitness. I’m not much of a cook though, so I live off healthy wraps, juices and fresh foods lol. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I do engage in conversation. I’ve mostly always only ever had my own place, my current circumstances simply don’t allow that due to closing up my business in a very corrupt 3rd world country and having my assets tied up overseas. That said, when I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment. Although not a deal breaker, would be a bonus to share with fellow mountain bikers to help motivate me get out more on the trails. Also keen to share with social road riders although aside from Mt Cootha laps, I prefer sticking to the bike path networks. My ideal location would be close to Mt Cootha, eg. Toowong, Bardon, Auchenflower, Milton etc. I do need a parking spot for my car. Not bothered if it’s off street or on street.
I'm an apprentice electrican I work Monday to Friday full time, I like to cook (mostly butter chicken from a packet mix) & I enjoy a trip to the valley every now & then, I spend most my time at my bfs house. Would Prefer to live with other younger people.
Currently looking to move closer into Brisbane due to work. I am 39, a non-smoker, and do enjoy the occasional drink. I am a relatively quite person and easy to get along with. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and enjoy cooking when I feel inspired.
I am a professional working in the city who works long hours and looking for a place close to the city so that I can ride to work. I'm neat & tidy and respect other people's privacy, but I do like to socialise with others when the time is right. I'm also easy going and always pay my rent on time.
I work full time as a house painter so I have a pretty regular routine. I love animals. And I also like to do social things on the weekend. I'm quite easy going and I'm always keen to hang out but I also like to keep to myself sometimes
Sam - Trade qualified Baker/pastry chef, musician, quiet and good hygiene. clean and tidy. very friendly Ronan - QUT Fashion student, part time jewellery salesman. Clean, quiet, good hygiene. Good conversationalist. very friendly
Hi, I am a full time nurse. I like to cook and bake (so hopefully you like baked treats). I am very neat and tidy and enjoy living in a clean environment and sharing the work evenly. I like to get out and about and keep active, but am also happy to relax with Netflix and some wine and cheese or a nice book. I am respectful of others space and belongings. I am dependable and organised with paying my bills etc. I am a social person and happy to hang out but I'm not looking for a party house. I have pretty much everything to furnish a house so all you would need is furniture for your bedroom. Looking to team up and find a place to share with two other people, move in late april/early may, looking to stay within 30 mins drive of Brisbane city. I have 2 beautiful Huskies that will give you lots of love and cuddles. They don’t bark and are well behaved. I will be looking for a house with a suitable yard/fencing etc.
I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat now and again and when to give others some space. I currently do the majority share of household cleaning and have learned to lead by example. Ideally, I would like a vegetarian household but not a deal breaker and I identify as a 'cat person'. I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove, work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events for Staging Connections, play music and do group meditation on Sunday evenings. I like to listen to live music, attend jam sessions around Brisbane and spend time at home getting into a good on-line TV series (currently into: The Handmaid's Tale). In the past I've organised a small Game Of Thrones night for three household members which was designed to bring people together; I made a veg' pizza, the other guy bought a six pack.
Hello! I just moved back to Brisbane after travelling in India for four months and I’m looking for a new home. I’m 24, I work and study as a yoga instructor and also part-time at a café. I will be going back to Uni in 2nd semester studying Anthropology, Spanish and Development. I practice yoga and meditation, love to travel, spend my time writing poetry & reading, dancing, hiking, nature and beach time and drink lots of tea. I’m super friendly, reliable and organised, considerate of personal space and quiet alone time when needed, though I love to have a good chat, share a meal and a wine and a movie together as well. Would love to meet to see if we fit together!
Whilst I love a wine and a good time, my house party days are long behind me and it would be ideal for me to be with like minded people. Most nights involve cooking dinner, socialising or chilling out. I work long but flexible hours so I can sometimes be at home until mid morning or home after dinner. I am an interiors addict which is an occupational hazard for me as a real estate agent lol but aside from wanting to live in nice, secure surrounds I am also very keen to live with someone who is at a more settled stage of their life. Not a bore though...very social and often out with friends. Not likely to fight over the remote as don’t watch a heap of tv except for the trash show. I’m super easy breezy and get along with everyone so I would like to think this could be a more permanent situation if we all get along but initially looking for 3-6 months. I love a Oh, I’m 37 and single (that sounds weird to say after having been with my last partner for 12 years!) and not at all looking to mingle lol just want a nice home environment that I can cal my own for awhile. Thanks for considering me :)
I'm very easy going, considerate of others their belongings and personal space I get a long with everyone and want to help out wherever I can. I'm reliable and responsible. I have a small domestic short hair cat, she is very well trained.
Hi there! I'm an easy going, friendly, considerate person that gets along with anyone. I'm just as happy quietly chilling out by myself as I am interacting and getting to know people - so I'm great to live with. I'm looking for a share place with not too many people because I'm not 19 anymore! Id prefer no crazy parties on school nights but there are always special occasions. I have a small cat, Meow, who is fully house trained and doesn't scratch furniture, very self content and loves meeting new people. I don't really have a preferred location at this stage but around the city or just north is preferred. Im looking forward to meeting new people and possibly sharing some new adventures!
Hey there, I'm Kate. I am a working professional, with multiple jobs as both an Exercise Physiologist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I work a fair bit, so am usually out of the house from 6am-7/8pm every week day, plus work Sat mornings too (I am looking to reduce these hours a little, soon!). I have some furniture I would like to bring with me, a king sized bed, standing desk/island, lifting platform & weights etc. I have a lot more furniture too, but nothing too precious. I also have a cat but he’s an easy dude to take care of. In my spare time I just train, hang out with mates, camping, the occasional night out, nights in too etc. I’m very friendly and would love to live in a house that I can socialise within... but I have a very social job, so sometimes I just need some quiet time :)
I am a full-time online student and looking for some accommodation that is within my student payments but am looking for a part-time job at the moment which I am aiming to get before I have to move. I'm almost 19 and I'm quiet unless I don't need to be. On the weekends you'll find me watching movies and chilling out but occasionally go out for drinks with friends. Not only am I respectful and clean after myself but I always make sure my rent is on time and that I am polite. I'm looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible so if you are interested, please message me :)
