Mostly I am a pretty solitary person but I do love to hang out and chat, watch movies eat in company etc. I love kids and animals so neither of those would be a problem for me. As I will be pretty busy with university and am planning on getting a weekend job there is a good chance I will be out often.

Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17

Hi! My name's Ishan and I'm a student at UoN! I'm looking for a very short term stay of 4 weeks in Gosford. I am on placement there and will be at the clinic for most of the day. I enjoy good food, and generally having a good time just like anyone else.
I am a hard working, reliable, friendly person. I am very easy to get along with. I am an Aged Care Nurse working part time in a Nursing Village in Umina but on my off days/free time I enjoy playing video games and relaxing in front of the TV or talking to my long distance partner.
I'm fairly quiet, easy to get along with, tidy, never convicted of any serious crimes. I work in mental health so if you wanna come home and vent about your crazy day you can do so knowing I'm well equipped to handle whatever you bring. I come with a decent collection of movies and a PS4. I like to cook. Very cool with animals, despite having a manageable allergy to cats. I've never lived with one, but I like them so I assume it can be managed. If I've failed to mention anything you feel is crucial to know about someone you might want to live with, feel free to ask. I'm pretty honest and reliable.
Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
Greetings!! I am a working professional from India, neat and tidy, living in an organized way, working for IT Company and looking for an accommodation for myself. I would request you to share your contact details so that I can discuss further with you on this regards. I am also available on mobile On request I can also provide current landlord, and personal and professional reference. Thank you Regards, Anuj Srivastava
Looking for shared accomodation either on the Central Coast or in the Hornsby area. Currently working on a permanent part-time basis in Hornsby while studying at Ourimbah and living on the Peninsula. I am reliable, friendly and helpful.
Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. If I sound like someone that you can put up with then I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi my name is Annika. I am an early childhood teacher working in Hornsby but I am looking for a place on the coast. I work full-time during the week. I am pretty quiet, I like to spend my free time watching TV or reading. I am a non smoker. I have 6yo greyhound, she is super lazy and pretty easygoing as far as house mates goes. One short walk a day tuckers her out and she will sleep all day in a sunny spot.
I'm Holly, I'm 26, a non-smoker with no pets or children, working full-time on the Central Coast. Looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to settle for a 3-6 month lease to begin with. I'm tidy and easy to live with (I think!). I like to read, and an occasional glass of wine and movie sounds like a great night for me. I do come with some furniture, though it can be put in storage if accommodation is furnished. Feel free to contact me :) Holly
I am a casual school teacher. I have lived out of home for about 5 years; with different flatmates/family and I am currently living by myself. I have always lived on the Coast as well. I have to move out with my lease ending in May. Living alone is great but it gets far too expensive. I have my own car. I am clean and tidy and enjoy the quiet life (mainly because I am a teacher). I don't mind to cook/bake. I play guitar and sing/perform on stage and musicals. I also have necessities like fridge, washing machine, couch etc. I can pay up to $200, possibly a bit more if there is more space. Looking for female housemates only. I have no pets- I don't mind if the house has animals but I am mildly allergic to cats. Non smoker as I am asthmatic

Looking for a room to rent (preferably furnished) as soon as possible so I can easily get to and from work (where I'm currently living is 3 hours away). Budget is $200pw but can stretch that for the right house. Not only do I work full-time Monday-Friday 8-5, I also study at WSU so I will hardly be home. If you have anything available or any questions please feel free to message me! :)

American/Australian taking a gap year before going to uni in Aus, coming from the States, lifeguard, scubadiver, doing lots of hiking and activities, love animals, plan to work, volunteer, and study before uni, extremely respectful, understanding, super cool:)
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Full time worker. Clean and tidy. Easy to get along with and enjoy socialising and having a chat with housemates. I also enjoy having my own quiet time and happy to give other housemates their space. Happy to share monthly communal dinners.

Hi, I'm currently a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force located in Wagga, NSW. In May 17, I will be leaving my job and relocating to Sydney, NSW to take on a full time undergraduate degree studying PDHPE Secondary Health and Education at the University of Western Sydney, whilst working a casual job. Which leads me to looking for accommodation. Throughout my Defence career I have lived in various styles of shared accommodation and I have experienced all kinds of 'room mates'. I know how to live with others respectfully. As a working professional myself, I do understand the needs of other professionals, such as being mindful of noise when living with shift workers. I am hugely conscious of using shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, tidying up after myself and not leaving things out and I'm all for sharing the house chores. I definitely can say you'll never have to worry about me throwing a house party, I'm going to be pretty flat out studying, working and training most hours of the day. I'm a friendly and approachable person but I also know when people just need some time out straight after work. Other things I know that are important to sharing accommodation involve, paying rent on time, respecting peoples privacy, communication and just being aware of the fact that I'm living with others so respect them like I'd want them to respect me. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider me as a room mate. Klaryse
