Hello! I'm looking to live with some relaxed fun people who are up for some good chats but also respect my space and privacy. I'm easy going and clean. Studying at both UQ and QUT so easy access to public transport is key to me. I come with my pet rat Bailey, he's quiet and friendly. I keep him in a free standing aviary so he's very compact and not intrusive :)
I am a student working part time. I'm a busy person, interested in art, languages, and outdoor activities. I'm clean and respectful person who enjoy learning about different cultures... I'm looking for a single room with double or queen bed. I have some kitchen stuff and furniture that I'd be happy to share. I love cats but don't have any pets now.

Hi, I'm Stacey, 23 and working full-time in the city. I am pretty quiet to live with and will mostly keep to myself. Looking for something closer to the city. Need to be close to public transport - a train station. I don't have any pets, don't smoke and go out if I want to party. Not in a hurry to find something but flexible with timing. Ideally looking for own bathroom and a smaller number of roommates. If there is anything you want to know, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hey, my name is Vanessa, I'm a second year uni student, looking for a friendly share house. Relaxed and easy to get along with looking for like-minded people.
Hello, we are a friendly and matured couple from Japan and Norway (29 - 31 years old). Since one of us will be graduating at the end of this year, we are looking for a clean and quiet place to live in a long term due to the expiry of current student accommodation contract. One of us is doing a first-year PhD and another is aiming to have a full-time job in Brisbane after graduation (will be applying for a TR visa). If we could rent two separate bedrooms at the same property, or a large ensuite master room where has direct bus access to the Griffith University Nathan campus, it would be ideal for us :)
I am clean, my belief is "you make the mess you clean it up" Don't know if it suits you but for now (i am looking for daytime work) i work at night tuesday to saturday 4pm to 12am for coles nightfill I am a gamer my hangout time with friends is more so spent online or out and about I am single heterosexual I have full respect for peoples property and expect the same in return Genuine nice guy Prefer living with females (lived with my mum and sister for a great many years just my preference is all) Very family orientated... love my family Had a bit of a bad run lately my.... ex broke up with me (of a year and a half) and we live together very awkwardly looking for a way out Unfortunately the bed i bought for us is king size so i need a sizable room Have always paid all and any bills that come in on time Bit of a recluse only a bit i still love to sit and chat the little bit is due to my working conditions (which as stated am trying to change) As checked off above i do not drink smoke drugs or even drink coffee (having trouble sleeping at the moment thinking of changing that last option)
Hello! I have freshly moved here from NSW and I am looking for a new place to settle into. I am going to be studying next year and working part-time as a lifeguard. I love to chill, have a couple beers on the weekend and hang out with mates. I am really looking forward to moving out and meeting some cool new people.
My name is Elka and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently a casual employee for the Australian Taxation Office, however I work guaranteed full-time/part-time hours. I am a creative, I make art, play music and sing. I write, too. I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer pretty much every evening, love being out and about, love making nice breakfasts at home and I also like to keep fit and active. I love talking to and getting to know people, roadtrips, going to little gigs and I don't mind a house party here and there but am definitely not a clubber. I start uni in February 2017 as well so I really will barely be home. I'm single but looking so might have a few dates over but I definitely maintain and respect privacy. Would love to find some housemates to have a drink with, actually be friends with, go on random drives with - just nice people who can actually contribute to a good lifestyle! I am looking for a reasonably sized bedroom with AIR-CONDITIONING and the rent MUST be bills included (as I can't handle unforeseeable costs.) A pool would be a plus! Curse these Australian summers.
We are part time students at the University of the Sunshine Coast and part time chefs in Brisbane. We will be working long hours, 5 days a week in Brisbane over the summer break at Westfield Garden City and need a place to sleep, shower, store our (minimal) luggage and a clean kitchen to make food in. We are very friendly and easy-going, but we mostly keep to ourselves and like to relax watching Netflix and playing Playstation in our spare time. We cook, clean and are very tidy and considerate. Ideally we'd like a room that also comes with a private bathroom (ensuite not necessary) and is within 10kms of Westfield Garden City. We are looking forward to being closer to work and making new friends in our temporary home. Please contact us if you feel that you can provide what we are looking for or if you're interested in teaming up to share a short term rental.
27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Although working, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I like to run, head on toadtrips out bush, great at cooking, currently do surf lifesaving on the Gold Coast, takes dance classes and despite being well-travelled to places like the US - have amazing stories to tell. Look forward to hearing from you!
Looking for: furnished room OR person/s seeking to form a share group Hi! I'm Monica. I've lived in Rockhampton for my entire 21 years of existence and making the big move to Brisbane in November. I am hoping to find some cool people to live with. Willing to move into a room or create/join a sharegroup to find a new home. Transferring from my job here to a full-time position in Brisbane, I will also be working on side projects in my spare time - but I always make sure to enjoy my down time too! My hobbies include adventuring outdoors, building relationships, learning new things, reading, writing and meditating. I love meeting new people, having a good time and a good laugh & am respectful of mine and others' need for space and alone time. You'll find I'm a pretty open minded person and super easy to get along with. Thanks for reading!
Hi, I'm a UQ student looking for accommodation in November. I've been on a lease at the same place for 3 years so I know how to look after a place. -Internet access required -Furnished prefered -Close to UQ St. Lucia Campus -Am studying B.A of Science - I am quite and am usually on my computer in my room or playing my xbox. I'm still sociable though! -I like to live in a clean and tidy space
Hi, My name is Nerissa and I am a single female, turning 40 in November and a smoker attempting to cut down and quit slow. I am an easy going, friendly person who likes to get along well with everyone at all times. I always clean up after myself and once organised I pride myself on my clean and beautiful surroundings. I am looking for a long term residence with a room I can call home within a secure environment and I would love to meet you please. If possible, may I also meet at the same time any other tenants I would be sharing your house with, while viewing the room you have available. Kind Regards, ✨Nerissa✨
I'm an adventurous outdoors person looking to live somewhere with easy going housemates. I am a PhD student at Griffith Uni with just over 2 years of my PhD to go. I have a gorgeous well behaved cat that comes with me who everyone falls in love with.
What I'm looking for: A room within a sharehouse with 1 other person, with my own private bathroom. It will be a fairly quiet, clean place that respects my privacy and sleep. The accommodation needs to be near transport that can easily access Westfield Carindale (either walkable distance, or has a direct bus). Cleaning up after yourself is a must-have trait. Bit about me: Female, early 30's, clean, tidy, and quiet. I work full-time (in graphic design and beauty industries); I work Saturday and Sunday during the day (my weekend is midweek Wednesday and Thursday) so you'd have the place to yourself during weekend days. I'm very considerate and respectful of others privacy. I'm friendly and social, but I do like a lot of my own space and privacy. I enjoy gardening, and have some herbs and tomato plants, enjoy daily exercise, along with drawing and playing guitar.
QUT Student, looking to move into a house with cool flatmates just after Christmas (flexible with date: earliest move in date is 20 November) Friendly, outgoing , fairly tidy and terrible at cooking. Look for long term accommodation
I'm about half way through my Pharmacy degree at QUT and working in a chemist. I am a lifelong vegetarian, and I am very clean, considerate and friendly. I also have two gorgeous little cats who I'm sure can't wait to give their new room mates lots of cuddles :)
Brisbane born, gentle giant, introvert (half the time) but with a good sense of humour. Med-High level of cleanliness/tidiness, dependent on who i'm living with, I tend to match my fellow roommate's standards. Dishwasher is a necessity though! Super honest and tolerant. Currently living with some people in Kenmore, and the couple just got married, so are moving out. Moved in with them 4yrs ago, and we are now great friends :) I work part time from home, with a small Mobile Phone repair business. I refurbish phones for sale, and repair customers devices. This means I will have customers visiting the place to drop off, but only once or twice a day on average. I have my own doorbell, and I work in my bedroom. My current housemates have not had any problems with this, and I try to minimise the imposition as much as possible. Near cost price phone repair for fellow housemates is offered in return. :) I play tennis regularly, and volunteer at the tennis club too. Also play volleyball & golf occasionally and like trivia nights. I like playing my PlayStation too when I've got a good game, but I've got my own screen for my room. I like board games, movies, having a beer and chatting occasionally. I love animals, especially dogs (I don't have a pet though).
I'm a Singaporean BA student studying at UQ who just wants to chill and do his own thing. Generally, I like to have my own space, but if I hit it off with someone, then it's a whole different ballgame. I like my quiet, but I enjoy my parties as well! Big football fan as well (the British kind, not the horribly complicated Australian footie sport). Don't mind the occasional PC or platform game as well. I speak terrible Mandarin, do NOT judge me(it's a hard language, too many updates..)

Hi there! I'm Korii and I'm a 26 year old female currently living in Perth. However I will be moving to Brisbane at the end of November for a new job, which I am super excited about! However this means I am now on the hunt for a place to live. :) I am very friendly, laid back and pretty respectful of people's need for space/privacy. I love good banter and bad jokes. :P As I work full time, I like to keep busy in the weekends - heading outside, keeping active, visiting and exploring new places and trying new things. I'm a huge sports fanatic - love my rugby union in particular. I'm also hoping to check out the Muay Thai/Kickboxing scene when I get to Brizzy. Would love to live with others who are like-minded, somewhat mature (but still likes to have a good time every now and then!), respectful and friendly. Definitely don't mind sharing a meal or two every now and then either - I find cooking a great way to relax over the weekends. Because I am moving from the other side of the country I would prefer a fully furnished bedroom, just to make it a little easier. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)

Hello everyone, I'm a 23 Brazilian guy living a new life and studying in Brisbane. I'm looking a nice and open to chat person to share a place with. I'm a easy going person, social and clean looking for a job and a nice place to stay. I'm looking a place to live at least 3 months.
We are both friendly and bubbly, easy to get a long with, very sociable, will like to have friends over. Taylor works full time as a medical receptionist and owns a labrador, so it is a MUST that you adore dogs. Shauna works as a nanny and is home during school hours.
I'm clean, can cook - love to bake! Pretty quiet but keen to meet great new people. Reliable source of income - paying rent/bills will be no issue. Lead a fairly busy lifestyle but am always keen to watch a movie and chat over wine/cheese.
I'm a 26yo software engineer working full time in east brisbane. I'm a sport and outdoor activities enthusiast. I do rock climbing with UQ sometimes in kangaroo point and sometimes indoor. I also started doing Muy Thai recently. So during the week i'm usually out till 7 or 8pm. I'm reasonably social and house trained, and i'm mainly looking for a place to call home where people are willing to communicate and maybe share a meal or drink whilst respecting each others privacy at the same time when it's needed. I'm into music and play guitar sometimes (I got my awesome headphone that i use when i wanna play, so you don't need to worry about the noise if it bothers you). Preferably looking or a place in West End with an undercover garage, but that's not a must.
22 year old single male, just recently moving to Brisbane from the sunshine coast. Looking for a room/place in the southern suburbs. I work full-time, I also have a weekend job back on the coast so I wont be home most weekends. I'm a student. I don't smoke, I barely drink, I'm exceptionally clean, and really easy going. I have a perfect rental history. I don't have pets or children but I do love both. Preferrably looking for a place by the 30/10 but can work around an earlier or later date
Enjoy having a good chat and chilling out, but also respect the privacy of others. I'm studying or working most of the time so I just want to come home to friendly faces and a comfortable environment. I also have a car so I would prefer a place with available parking.
I'm a down to earth, easy-going 25 year old guy who wants to meet some new people. I currently work for the council, full-time on the Gold Coast. I would love to find housemates I can get along with and have a good chat just as anyone does, but also enjoy the quiet times that I get to myself to just chill out. I'm looking in any suburb that's within the South Brisbane region. In my spare time I love to have a good laugh with mates, play games (video or board games, you name it) and sport (mainly volleyball). If you have a single room available above a bowling alley, and below another bowling alley, you have me sold since you are a Simpsons fan and we will get along just fine.
I'm a 21 year old Finnish-Australian starting my BA at UQ in Term 1, 2017. I'm very social and laidback, and hence expect to get along with pretty much everybody. I'm usually more than likely to be happy to go out and have a fun time, but also respect others' boundaries and privacy. I believe in fairness and sharedness when it comes to common chores, but I'm not too uptight and hate arguing. I've lived in shared accommodation before, and have always had a good time. You can contact me for either a room, or to teamup. Hope to hear from you, and have a good day!
Quiet, respectful, enjoy own space, Gamer I am a driveshaft builder/balancer and mechanic trade assistant and yardie by day. Grew up in the sticks of Cedar Vale. Love my dirt bikes, cars and fishing.
Hi, I will be graduating from UQ in December with a Bachelor of Engineering. So we, as a family are travelling to Brisbane to attend my graduation ceremony. Hey there future housemates! I'm moving up to Brisbane early next year (depending on finding a place) and so I'm looking for a room! Would prefer something in an existing share house with something big enough to fit a double/ queen bed. I'm clean and organised so keeping the place tidy is no problem for me I'm often the one picking up after others! I mostly keep to myself and will respect others' space but wouldn't mind a drink or two and a chat every now and then! I'm generally pretty laid back and relaxed (not about that drama) and looking for likeminded and social housemates. Ps: would be a bonus if I can have my family or friend stay in my room if they came to visit me from Adelaide! Please don't hesitate to message me for any questions or find me on Facebook! Thanks in advance!
