I'm previously from Singapore and spent the last 5 years in Melbourne, falling in love with the culture and its people. I'm really hygienic, organised and responsible. You can trust that I will keep the house clean and tidy for others' use, especially toilets, kitchens etc. Would definitely contribute to the running of the household and respect others' space. Loves to meet new people, explore places, the outdoors and music. Plays and watches soccer, follows tennis. Happy to whip up some recipes for the household and bonding activities when I'm not too busy. Working full-time in the health sector. Feel free to contact me!
I am a female in my thirties I am currently in the process of moving myself back up to Melbourne from Philip Island. I had recently taken a little time out of work leaving my job down the Island to study full time (online) giving me the freedom to be able to relocate myself back up in Melbourne which is where I truly want to be (I’m a Melbourne girl born and bred.) I have just started back working full time with a new job as a Customer Service Advisor for City Holdings in Mulgrave so I am now looking to find a place to live somewhere around that area. My previous work history has been in finance administration, banking and customer service so I am looking forward to something a little bit different heading in a new direction with lots of opportunity to learn new things. I am also still completing my online study for my Dip.in Business Administration, just reducing the work load now I’m back working full time. I am pretty laid back easy going person, extremely respectful of other people. I like meeting new people and learning about them and their experiences in life. I like to spend my spare time watching movies and catching up with family/friends and heading out for the occasional night on the town hitting the hit the dance floor with my besties. I am a Melbourne girl through and through I have been lucky enough to meet some amazing friends here who have now become my family. I count myself very lucky to be able to live in the greatest city in Australia maybe even the world. :)
Hi guys! If you're looking for someone to add a little something extra to your house, or wanting to get together to make an awesome house, I'm your girl! :) My name is Steff, I'm 26 years old, originally from country Victoria but have been living in Melbourne since 2011. I've lived in a share house (after uni) for the past 2.5 years with 4 housemates so I am very experienced at share house living! Unfortunately, the landlord in our current rental is wanting to move back in, and the rest of my housemates are moving elsewhere, so I'm back in the flatmate finding world. I'd say I'm pretty easy to get along with and enjoy house chats (and wine drinking) but am also perfectly content binge watching tv shows in my room. I work across a few casual jobs so am quite busy and am in and out a lot. Due to it being casual work I have some early mornings and some late nights but am very respectful of other people's schedules. The rest of my time outside of work is spent playing/umpiring/coaching netball and doing acting work. I'm looking to either team up with some like minded individuals and create a lovely house, or move into an already existing place! I would love to live in a house where I can have a solid conversation with my housemates rather than just living and existing with each other. I have a solid income and always pay rent and bills on time. I'm happy to share the workload around the house and contribute to any communal costs. I will have a great rental reference from my existing rental and if you want testaments from my current housemates I can probably ask for those as well haha If you think I'd be a good fit with you or for your house, let me know! Steff :)
My name is Jaden. I am 28 years old male from Taiwan (Mandarin/English speaker ) I am tidy, neat, very friendly and easy to get along with. I came to Australia for my internship, and I just finished it last month. Now, I want to rent a room, stay here few more months to experience more nice spots in Melbourne. In the same time, I am working part time around 4 days a week. I love listening to music. Most nights after work I like to just chill out and watch netflix.
Hi my names Emma, Im looking for a team up or share house. Ive rented before, here in victoria and interstate. I love yoga, meditation and the gym. I like to get creative so enjoy arts, drawing and painting. I work for a eco sustainable company, so i appriciate recycling & efficient electricity use. Not a big fan of tv or a big drinker but i will have one now and again. I like to prep my own meals rather then shared dinners. I am a nature girl, i love hiking on the weekends aswell as a wholesome brunch. If you have animals its no issue just please not in my room. Look forward to hearing from you
I am looking for a share house with one other person only. I keep to myself and I am very clean. I am looking for a environment where I can relax and feel at home. I am intelligent and very friendly but also very shy. I don't have many visitors, just my adult children once a month or so. I am happy to more than my share of housework. I spend time in my own room reading books or playing games. I love watching ABC and SBS and am interested in science and science fiction. I hope to find an older gentleman that I can feel comfortable with. I am 48 years old, mature, high IQ, high EQ, interested in all music, philosophy, literature and star trek. I am also very fun with a great sense of humour.
I am currently studying Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, Burwood. I work part-time at Chadstone Shopping Centre, so I am always quite busy. I'm a very sociable person and will happily have a conversation with anyone about anything. In regards to my living behaviours, I am extremely clean and do not like leaving any mess. I am a capable cook, and can live independently or happily share cooking/cleaning duties amongst roommates
I'm 28, single and working full time, based in the city, but I work from home a bit. I'm fairly laid back, like to spend time with friends and go to gym /yoga/pilates. I also go out on the weekends from time to time. I’m currently looking for a place in the Mitcham area and will hopefully have one locked down shortly. Then it’s just about finding the right person to share with! If I find someone sooner - even better ! My ideal housemate would be of similar age, also working full time. Someone who is laid back and easy to live with, tidy and respectful, and with a good (dry) sense of humour. Someone to have a drink and a meal with from time to time but is also happy doing their own thing. My No's are No pets (I love them but too hard to get on a lease). No kids. No couples. Soz fam.
Hi, we're a group of 3 friends from Malaysia, looking for a lovely and strategic 3-bedroom place to stay. We've just graduated and are preparing to enter the workforce. We've previously stayed together for the past 2 years. We are fun, easy-going and neat. We love food but we love clean and tidy houses even more. Cheers!
Hi guys my name is Elyse! The lease at my current place is just about up and I'm looking for a new place to call home! I'm a second year PR student at Deakin and work part time. I'm super tidy and quite a quiet house mate. Although I do enjoy socialising and meeting new people. I enjoy cooking and baking, going for walks and (honestly) I'm a bit of a nerd! I am originally from the country and do travel home occasionally.
Pretty ace housemate if I don't say so myself. I like to keep things clean and tidy, but am not a cleaning nazi. I'm very respectful, courteous and most importantly fun. I'm not moody, have no allergies, or things I can or cannot eat. I love to share the cooking, and the couch. I play lots of sport, including baseball on a regular basis (also a big NHL and AFL fan). In my spare time I like to catch up with mates, watch tv n movies, play games, and go on adventures. I work regular 9-5 hours in the city. Looking for long term place, with someone who is fun, friendly and respectful. Would like to be walking distance to train station (less than 20 min walk). 2-3 bedroom places preferred. I've got mostly bedroom stuff, but also a few kitchen things. Looking for a big bedroom.
Hoping to move any time between December - February. About us: - students (age 23-24) - gamers - book worms - LGBT+ - comes with cat - language nerds - non-smokers - drug free - friends (not a couple!) We're looking to team up with another person (ideally a young professional) to find a long-term rental in a 3BR place. We come with everything that a house requires as far as communal furnishings go so aren't looking for a pre-established sharehouse. Relatively flexible as far as location goes, but would prefer to be decently close to a train station. We'd like the house to have decent temperature control (evaporative cooling or air conditioning) and a dishwasher but are otherwise open. Both of us also have positive rental history (3 years each). Keen to meet up for coffee any time from November onwards with the aim of starting house inspections in December. Feel free to send us a message if you'd like to know more!
I am an Australian from Hobart. I have moved to Melbourne this year, and as I have stayed longer, I have found out much more about it. I think it is a great place to live in and reside, and accommodates for a very wide-range of people. I hope to live in and travel to a few other places as well. I am a quiet person who can live by those rules, and also as someone who likes their privacy, I can respect other people's privacy as well.
I am ash. I just graduated from Swinburne University in July 2017 and currently working full time in retail. I am friendly, clean, and a considerate housemate. I am a bookworm, usually spending my days off reading books at home or in the local library. I enjoy having a chat and a drink/meal with housemates, but also respect their time and personal space. If this sounds like the kind of housemate you're looking for please feel free to contact me.

I'm an Anthropology student at Deakin also studying Korean at Monash and I'll be graduating in May next year. I also work part-time at a supermarket (That means free out-of-date food, yay!). I like to be social and have a drink or two, but I'm also happy to have alone time. I study a lot and I work a lot, but I also like to go out drinking and would like to be able to have a friend over on the odd occasion (by no means a party animal, though). I'm respectful and tidy and I can get along with anyone. If there's anything more you'd like to know just send me a message!
I'm respectful of others and their belongings, I clean up after myself, I mainly just keep to myself and chill out in my room but would be more than happy to get to know you, have a laugh and chat I'm easy going and friendly
very easy going, have a gorgeous little dog that isn't any problems at all. Have all my own stuff (fridge, tv, couch, foxtel, washine machine etc). I'm very respectful and like to keep a clean house and rent is always paid on time. I work full time in a good job, love to walk the dog or get to the gym most nights and relax and enjoy the weekend! Love the Footy and snowboarding in the winter and beach days during the summer. Ready to move whenever the right place comes up
