Hey everyone, I'm looking for a share place somewhere near the water if possible in Newcastle with places where I can exercise. I'm am extremely clean and tidy and I always clean up after myself. I have an excellent record of paying my rent and bills on time with referees to prove this. I'm am always friendly of respectful to everyone. I'm not so much into partying anymore but like a glass of wine and background tunes. My ideal person to share with is someone that is clean and cleans up after themselves easy going and not bossy or wants to take control.

I'm a young professional working full time Monday to Friday at Charly. I am friendly, outgoing with a relaxed easy going nature, reliable, tidy. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy watching movies, hanging out and going on adventures , going in town, movies, festivals, beach and spending time in the outdoors. I’m a full time hairdresser so when I come Home I just like to chill out and relax. On the weekends I like to go to the beach. I’m not a loud person, I stay to myself quite a bit because I’m around people all day at work, although I’m always up for a chat. I’m very trustworthy and honest and always pay my bills on time 😊
We are actively looking for a two bedroom, two bath apartment/house at the moment, and are looking for either a person or couple to share this with. We are very tidy, respectful and enjoy a good laugh :) Hi! I, Luke, am a recently graduated electrical engineer who is now working full time. Love the outdoors and having a look about new places, especially in my camper van and on the bike. I could move out with mates but I love making new ones and what’s a better way than living with them! Merran is a easy going Support Worker who likes to come home, have a chat and chill. She likes camping, ciders, beach time, picnics and a good movie/tv series.
I'm a friendly and sporty guy that loves to socialize. Known around the office as a nice guy that people love. I'm a Full-time professional working in NSW Government that has me busy next to my daily gym session. I can sometimes be quite, however i'm just very busy! Looking for a minimum 12 month arrangement close to Newcastle city (for work). Thanks :)
Hi there. Currently and for the last couple of years, I rent on my own after many years of share housing. However, for financial reasons, I'm considering looking to 'team up' on a new rental property preferably (mainly seeing as I've got a house worth of furnishings). I'm not in a desperate hurry to move and would only look to do so with the right housemate basically. About me; I work full time, play sport a couple of times a week, non-party animal, enjoy reading, listening to music and the beach in summer. I've been living in Newcastle just over five years now and don't mind playing tour guide if you're new to the city! Around the house, I'm easy going, tidy and respectful. I enjoy good company and conversation, but also enjoy a bit of quiet time too. Weekends are pretty quiet and laid back but in saying that, I like to get out of the house (not a lounge lizard). An ideal housemate would fit into similar criteria hopefully or at least think this sounds a bit like them. Similar age bracket too would be good. Let me know if that's you.
My name is Ryan, I’m a 27yo full time professional who works on the central coast. Recently moved to Newcastle for a change in scenery. I’m neat and tidy with furniture to fill a unit if required. I enjoy a laugh and watching the footy with a few beers. Keen to get involved in a few sports aswell. I commute down to Tuggerah on the train and cycle to work. So station access is a priority. Looking to rent a newish 2 bed place around Broadmedow, Hamilton or Honeysuckle.
I'm moving up from Canberra to study at UoN, so looking for somewhere to live. I'm not too concerned about the where, what matters to me is that I'm living with kind, chill and friendly people.
Hey, I'm Em. I'm social but I also enjoy my own company and respect other people's privacy. I'm very tidy and clean. I'm also a animal lover I have no issue with any. Little bit about me, I’m 36, professional, hard working and a traveller at heart. I'm originally from Queensland, but have spent the last three years in Sydney. In my downtime I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, travelling, binge watching a good TV series, volunteering at my local animal shelter and being active. But I also enjoy a few wines after a long week of work. I do spend time away mostly on the weekends either in Sydney, Brisbane or house/pet sitting around the place etc ** For room/house, I'm looking for short term from mid January 2018 for till possibly mid May 2018. The room to be furnished, parking available (either on or off street) $200 includes bill. Most of all, it feels like home :)
I'm a Corporate Communications professional and former journalist (I worked for both the Newcastle Herald and the Newcastle Star a long time ago). I recently moved to Newcastle on a five-year contract. I spend most weekends in Melbourne or Sydney. I tend to work very long hours and love reading or watching TV to relax. If and when I do get home early, I really enjoy cooking. I am am something of a BBQ master but am also quite capable of producing a great casserole in winter. Also enjoy the odd glass of good wine becuase life is too short to drink crap wine. I am easy going, laid back and house proud. Prefer a 12 month lease.
28 year old Kiwi gal looking for a friendly place to make my new home. I work full time at KOFM/Hit106.9. Like to balance my social time and down time - so I'm fun but not in your face about it all the time. I'm clean and respectful 😊

We are 3 northern English guys who have been in Australia for 2 years. Currently we are working at EDI Downer rail facility as mechanical engineers. On weekends, 1 or 2 of us may occasionally go back to Sydney as we have many friends there from the past 2 years. On weekends where we stay here in the Newcastle area, we all enjoy sport, the gym, and also the beach, all of us surf and enjoy outside activities and are very social, whilst also ensuring we have our own personal space!
We're a young working couple who've just moved down from Yamba! We're moving into a place on the 3rd of February and we're currently housesitting until the 17th of Jan so we'll need a place to stay in the 3 weeks or so in between. We've lived by ourselves but also in student accommodation with 19 people, so we're not that fussed about the type of housing as long as we're living with roomies who are easy to get along with like ourselves and not overly messy. We both surf and are out and about exploring the region a lot at the moment (wine and waves what more could you ask for?). We're both outgoing but also understand the need for space and are easy going and tidy. We're pretty flexible about which area of Newcastle we want to live (we're still getting to know the city), but close to the beach would be ideal! Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about us or have a room we can come and view. Johan and Alexandra
Hi I’m Tiksha, I’m 25 years old working at an architecture firm in town. I’m originally from the Central Coast and I’ve been living in a share house in for the past few years, looking to move right into town. I’m laidback, tidy and a social person and try to make the most of my weekends being out and about.
Hey there. My name's Kerensa, I'm 30 and a full time high school teacher (so work normal hours and have a steady income). I'm hoping to find a house where people are social and like to have a drink now and then and maybe play a boardgame or two. I also genuinely enjoy cleaning and gardening so will happily do my share :) My last share house had 9 people and it was fun but chaotic. Definitely hoping to share with only 1 or 2 others this time. Definitely looking at somewhere where I can walk to the beach. I'm happy to join up with someone looking to rent a place together. Also, i'm the blonde in the black top in the pic :)
Hi, I'm David and I'm a 28 year old exchange student from Canada. I'll be studying at U of N from February-June, 2018. I'm a 3rd year double major in Political Science (Honours) and Religious Studies. I take my studies very seriously and rarely drink or party, although I do enjoy a good meal, nice drive and time at the beach. I'm also into fitness, and healthy living. I'm a former homeowner and landlord and am a very clean and respectful person to live with. I'm looking forward to making new friends in Australia and I hope to speak with you soon!
Hi there! I'm a very easygoing guy from Sydney, moving up to the Newcastle area for a new job. I like to keep fit, playing AFL and training for a marathon at the moment. I also love to cook and am happy for house meals and pub nights. I'm tidy and happy to contribute to all the shared responsibilities of the house. Outside of work, I like playing video games and working on bicycles or motorbikes (space allowing!).

Hey everyone! I'm an easy going, extremely neat and social 19 year old, looking to move into the Newcastle area whenever best suited. I'm due to start studying at the UON City Precinct campus at the end of February and am hoping to move either into the city or close by, to hopefully land a job and get settled into the area before my starting date. I would love to be in a friendly and open environment, but also like my own personal space from time-to-time. I'll be studying full-time so hoping to find somewhere that I'll be able to have fun, but also focus on study when needed! Don't hesitate to send me a message if I'm suitable for what you're looking for x
I am an active professional looking for similar... I love a tidy home, cooking a nice meal and an occasional wine and chat. I’m new to Newcastle, but not looking for a best mate, but someone who is like minded and easy going.
I work full time as a retail manager. I love to have a chat and go out to dinner. I am neat and tidy and understand the need for personal space. I have a 6 year old Labrador retriever so would need a pet friendly house with a yard or to start a new house. My roster varies but I am normally out of the house by 7-730 but will be super quiet as not everyone is a morning person like me 😜
