I'm a law graduate from USYD. I will be working and studying at the college of law starting in August. I am very easy going, responsible and clean. I respect my flatmates' privacy but also like to socialise on occasion. I am really looking for a place to call home! Hope to meet you soon 😊
Hi there, we are a small family. Single mother of a 2.5 year old boy and 4 year old golden retriever who is house trained and a real gentleman (at this stage I am able to make other arrangements for my dog as its becoming difficult to find a place that is pet friendly) .I Work full time as a mobile dog groomer. My son attends childcare on weekdays and sees his dad every second weekend. I am looking for someone in a similar situation. Male or female, with or without pets. No party houses. Preferably long term. Looking for a quiet family environment that is clean, tidy and safe for children. I am a clean, tidy, reliable tenant. I have a good reference from current house mate. Unfortunately she is getting married and will be moving in with new partner. During the week I keep busy with my business, On weekends I am usually not home. Please get in touch if you would like to meet up and have a chat. Thanks :)
Hello! I'm a home owner & film student, currently in Byron & looking at returning to Sydney in late October. Ideally I'd love my own place but due to the current budget I'm open to hearing any ideas that might suit both our situations such as: furnished rentals, house-sitting, pet minding, caring for gardens, subletting, giving you a break from Airbnb or sharing with awesome, respectful people who value authenticity & you know, are just decent, kind folk. I'd LOVE to share a beautiful home in a beautiful area with one or two other people who have animals, who travel a lot - and my pet minding could lower my rental contribution. Open to ideas such as that! My ideal home is a private, clean & quiet one and I have excellent references. I love fires, baths, & pianos too but will leave that up to the gods. Also, I've written '$250' as my maximum rent as this is ideal, but of course I am aware that it's not the 90's & would be willing to discuss this further if something perfect came my way. Thanks for your time, MG
Hello, To my potential future room mate (s)! My name is Ayla! (La for short) I am currently a full time worker in hospitality and a professional dancer on the side. My current house lease ends in January 2018 and I'm hoping to transition to a new place by that time. I am easy going, tidy and positive. Some call me a hippy at heart, due to my easy going nature. I absolutely love the beach, eating yummy organic food and keeping active. I enjoy socializing occasionally which is also balanced out with time alone to watch tv, listen to Ziggy Alberts or read a good book. I have already had experience living out of home this year, so it is 100% guaranteed I am reliable and able to pay rent on time, can clean amazingly well and will always be respectful to others living in the house. I love meeting new people and I hope to be a part of not just a house....... but somewhere that feels truly like home :) P.s I can cook too ;) Hope to hear from you ! Ayla :)
Hi there! My name is Svenja and I'm from Germany. I'm the perfect flatmate because I'm open minded, ready for funny and serious conversations, I like to cook and to have a wine with my flatmates or just to relax and read a book. I like to have a clean and welcoming home. I like to go out and have a drink but my home shouldn't be a big party place because I've changing shifts. If you think I could fit in with you just txt me :)
I have lived in enough share houses to have figured out that it is important to be considerate, helpful and mature in order to make it work. As a flatmate I am upbeat and friendly; I'm honest and always true to my word. I am helpful and supportive. I believe in cleaning up after yourself rather than expecting others to do it for you :-)
Reliable. Fun Can workout a suitable nanny, housesitting, agreement depending on place. Ie if its entire place I'll , do things around the home either whilst you're away or look after kids & pets ! Yes its kinda a job, share arrangement if it suits your needs. If you need a pa/ concierge perhaps I'm the person for you !
Hello! I am from Brisbane originally and have just moved to Sydney after 4 years in London. I am 28, working full time in the city as a recruiter. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed place to live. I am quite clean and tidy, without being obsessive and love nothing more than fresh sheets and a clean kitchen. Looking for a non-party house with flatmates who don't mind a wine or four together every now and then.
Hi, I'm a friendly, reliable, quiet, clean and tidy veterinary nurse, who is in sydney from the UK working in veterinary practices. I have been offered a new job in double bay for the month of September so I need a short term private room to rent near by or a place with good access to public transport. I want to share with people who like to socialize but understand the importance of personal space too. I don't mind if you have pets for me the more the merrier. In my spare time i like outdoor adventures, hitting the gym, cocktails or two and good cup of tea with biscuits :)
Friendly & good natured, clean and respectful mature–aged graphic design student from Adelaide, South Australia. I would like to find a private room not far from the beach with other respectful and laid_back housemates. I am looking for a mid to long–term lease (min 3 months, ideally 6 – 12) with a budget of $170–$220 could go up to max $230 if the situation is worth it. (Please note: not interested in shared bedrooms thx!) I am a happy person who is easy to get along with, can cook well, am social but appreciate privacy and I have a lot of interests, so there is always something to talk about. I have a car, am pretty active and am generally quite focused on my studies and freelance graphic design/photography work. I am easygoing and tend to get along with most types of people. I have many years of experience living in share houses, have been head tenant and sub–let to others many times before so I know how to run a household smoothly and with respect to all those living there. I pull my weight, am a good laugh and am kind and considerate by nature. Hit me up, looking forward to hearing from you!
Easy going, always up for an adventure :) I work full-time as a Director of a tech start-up (used to work in law) and study full-time so I'm always busy but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine :) I'm extremely tidy and organised and enjoy reading, drawing/painting, playing ps4 and road trips. Message me if you would like to know more :)
Looking to move any time around mid October 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Young professional, working in city, from London :) I work long hours/ gym and beach allot. Full of life, lived around the world- laid back and respectful. Mature and easy going. Love the ozzy life style, love my outdoors adventures. Looking for mature flatmates who have a similar lifestyle :).
Hey there, I’m Sam but my friends call me Moose and I’m looking for a new place to call my home. I’m going to try my best to describe myself without sounding like I’m applying for the next season of the Bachelor.. So here it goes.. I grew up in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and have a strong and established friend group in here, so happy to live with someone who is independent with the same lifestyle. I’m very house proud and like to keep my home tidy and clean at all times and will always respect our common property. Although I do enjoy the occasional drink with friends, I’m not one to throw a massive house party. I work long hours in the city so I make sure I balance that out by going to yoga and enjoying my weekends out and about the Eastern Suburbs with good food and even better friends. I do smoke occasionally and only on the weekends, and only ever outside. Ideally, I would want to live with someone who is easy going, low maintenance and like-minded. So in a nut shell, If you’re after a hilarious roommate with a great energy and who could one day become a D-list Australian celebrity, look no further! I look forward to meeting with you, Sam (aka Moose).

Hi there! I'm currently living in Bonding now. I've just moved from the city & do like it here. I'd love to stay. Ideally - I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security and an amazing flatmate. I've been looking for a while now and would really love to find something soon. Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home however I'm very active, loves sports; good food, wine, restaurants bars, new friends etc. I tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I'm an exotic mixed nationality. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
**Not looking for share accommodation unless it is a private room / area with own bathroom / en-suite. Thank you. I am a marketing professional moving back from London to Sydney. I love Sydney’s parks and beaches and miss them dearly – hence, I am looking for a small home for a 6-9 month period that is open plan and is nearby Queens Park / Bondi Junction - all the other suburbs listed are also of interest. A modern granny flat or studio would be ideal as I am looking for a private space. I am tidy, quiet and am often running or at pilates mid-week after work and like to get out and about on the weekends. Thanks!
