My name is Josefa Espinoza, I'm 25 years old. I'm from Chile. I studied Business in my country. I've been studying english here 6 months. I will start to study marketing now. I'm a social person, Clean and tidy person. Crazy for the dogs, sorry. I love cooking, especially vegetarian food. I enjoy outdoor activities, gym, cooking with friends at home with a good glass of wine. Looking for live in a friendly atmosphere, not Just Flatmates.
Looking to move any time around 16th FEBRUARY 2018. Looking for a house share. Not looking to share with more than 2 people preferably one person. Or an apartment that has good storage spaces. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a CLOTHES DRYER for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Currently working two jobs, as a salesman and as a barista. I love exploring Sydney, and beaching. I also like to train in Wing Chun when I'm not working, or relaxing at home watching or movie or playing guitar. I'm also a pretty clean and tidy person, who can cook some pretty good food.
Hi All, I am transferring full time from Melbourne to work in Sydney starting in February! I am looking for a place to stay, preferably in the eastern suburbs and not too far from the CBD. After work I usually go to the gym and eat pretty healthily although I enjoy a glass of wine with dinner and relaxing. I would be looking for a housemate who would be happy to entertain and socialise and are also clean and tidy. Any questions feel free to message me!
Easy going, tidy working professionals who are happy for a few quiet drinks of a weekend. New to Sydney (from Perth) and looking to get to know the area and meet new people. Love sports and the beach - keen to get involved in social sports. We own a property in Perth and have lived in share houses before, happy to get involved in a communal house or keep to ourselves if necessary. Looking to live with 1 or 2 other people (ideally would like our own bathroom) and don’t mind locking in a long term lease if the place is right. Also ideally looking for a place and roommates that are pet friendly as we would like to bring our super friendly staffy cross Kobe (a yard or courtyard would be great) across from Perth. Looking for a place anywhere in the eastern Suburbs and close to the beach. Happy to sign onto a lease as well if necessary. Cheers Alex and Clare
Hi, I'm Kelly, born and raised in Sydney and I'm looking for a home for myself and my small dog Penny. I have been living by myself in Paddington for the past 2 years and we've also done the share house thing in the past and am open to finding some lovely people to share with again. I work in Finance in the CBD and study Interior Architecture at UNSW full time. Outside of uni semesters I work Mon-Fri standard hours, during semester I go to uni 2 days, work 2 days and work from home on Friday's. In my spare time I enjoy being active outside, taking my dog for a walk, going for a run or to the gym. I cook some nights but I'm not confident in cooking for others just yet. I enjoy a Netflix binge here and there, going to the movies, catching up with friends and exploring little pockets of Sydney. I am pretty quiet at home and tend to do my own thing but it would be nice to share a place with someone likeminded and have a snack/wine once and a while. If I have an assignment due I am sadly glued to my screen questioning why I left it until the night before... yet again! I'm looking for a home and not just a room to rent, room mates that are respectful and considerate of each others needs and schedules. I go out to socialise and come home to relax. I like to live in a tidy house but I'm not a clean freak by any means. My dog, Penny (10 yrs) is a Mini Fox terrier. Penny is fully trained, very quiet and has a lovely nature. While I'm out she is sleeping in a sunny spot. You wouldn't need to worry about feeding or walking her, she is 100% my responsibility. The other person would need to have a genuine love for dogs/animals and understand what comes with having a dog in the house (water dish on floor etc.) I have no specific move date, I'd just like to find the right home/person. In regards to possibly starting a place, I would prefer one other room mate (sorry, no couples) I have enough furniture to start us off (2 seater couch, 6 seater dining table, all kitchen utensils (minus the fridge) TV, book shelves, plants etc. I would be interested in getting a new couch so it's large enough for all room mates to lounge around on. Currently all of my belongings are in storage so we can decide what we do or don't need. Thanks :)

I'm a quiet girl, don’t like crowded and noisy places, and would like to keep the place i stay clean and neat. I have no interest in shared room. I love the beach life, love music, love a little booze. I'm really into open water diving lately so i'll mostly be out diving on the weekends. Also i am riding a motorcycle so i need a little space for me to securely store my motorcycle. If you think i am a great person to have around the house then leave me a message, preferably through phone number. Let's talk and see if we could help each other out somehow. Thank you for reading all this. Have a good one. Anh

Easy going, friendly professional that has successfully lived in shared houses/apartments for the last ten odd years. Enjoy getting outdoors, playing sports, cooking, dinner parties, weekends away and socializing. Work relatively long hours (currently transitioning from investment banking advisory to alternative asset management). Generally keep quite fit and healthy but always up for a beer and a laugh. Originally from South Africa. Considerate, reliable and clean. Ideal housemates would be friendly, working, considerate, clean. Always keen for a good time but not looking for an excessive party house. Most importantly, I ordinarily would not talk about myself this much! haha
I am independent and mature: 55+ Up for a chat but very respectful of others space. I work as a clinical nutritionist currently updating my qualifications to naturopathy. I love Natural Medicine and cooking. I previously worked as an event manager and professional organiser so I am ordered and very tidy. Janine

Hi there! I'm currently living in Bondi and addicted to the lifestyle. I'd love to stay. Ideally - I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security and an amazing flatmate. I've been looking for a while now and would really love to find something soon. Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home on a travel start up, however I'm very active, loves sports; good food, wine, restaurants bars, new friends etc. I tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I just arrived back from oseas. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. Im highly respectful of others space and privacy as i would like to mine. I love to wine dine and enjoy life with out any drama!!! "Im easy to live with as I get it..." I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
As I have a child I would prefer others who also have children or who are child friendly. We are very relaxed and try to keep everything neat and tidy. We like the outdoors and travel away once a month for the weekend,so you would have the place to yourselves. We don’t mind couples with or without kids.As long as they don’t mind having a seven year old around. We are looking in the Eastern Suburbs Vaucluse ,Rose Bay,Dover Heights,Bondi area. I have a regular income and will set up rent as a direct debit. So will always be reliable. I know the Eastern Suburbs well and am looking for a place to live while my daughter attends school here next year. If you have kids or not and would like to talk about the possibility of renting somewhere please contact me. Cheers Lara
In mid-February 2018, I am visiting Sydney for six months to work as a research fellow studying climate justice at UNSW. I'm looking for a place to stay, and I'm relatively flexible on my living situation, number of housemates, etc, as long as the place is not too far from UNSW, and closer to the ocean would be great but not required. About me: I grew up in South Africa, my parents are from Mauritius, and I am getting my PhD in the United States, so you could say I am a little international. I would be glad to spend time exploring and hanging out together with housemates, although I am pretty independent and glad to figure things out by myself too. I enjoy cooking and am happy to cook together and/or share cooking if you're keen. I am a good tidy housemate. I am relatively quiet, although I don't mind hanging out, having drinks together, or the occasional party. Housemates who enjoy snorkeling, diving, surfing, hiking or cycling are a plus. I will have a steady income during my stay, thanks to the Endeavour Scholarship, which is funding my research fellowship.
Hi, i’m Daniel 29 yo working full time in the city running my own start-up. Born and raised in Bondi i enjoy surfing, cooking and having a laugh over a beer or wine. I am clean, easy going, respectful and like to stay active and healthy. Prefer something long-term thats a home rather then a room. If you think we would be a good match get in touch : )

I work a lot and in my free-time I love being in nature, going to the gym, riding my motorbike, watching movies, reading books or having a drink and socialize. I like having my privacy but am also up for a anything whatsoever on the weekends. I eat vegan and I am also a certified personal trainer if u need any advice. I would love to live very close to the beach as I want to start free-diving and surfing. I want to live somewhere long term and create a place that I can call home, preferably with like minded people. ( meditation/business/yoga/health/fitness/education/travel/... are things that I'm interested in too ). If you have similar Ideas about life, or think you'd get along with me, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd love to team-up and get a new place together but am also keen to move into an existing place. Looking forward to hear from whoever. :) Marco
Clean, tidy and conservative professional man moving interstate to Sydney. I am looking for something in the eastern suburbs, furnished with secure car park. Been with current federal government employer for 10 years. Fit and healthy non smoker and social drinker. I am a private and friendly man who is always happy to talk and help out if required. I can commit to 6 months, maybe longer, just unsure at this stage.
