$250/week•22 year old male
Hi! I'm an easy-going, respectful, friendly, and organised 22-year old who's lived in Melbourne for the last 4 years. I've stayed in the same place for the 4 years and now feel like it's time for a change! I graduated with my Bachelor's in Sport Management from Deakin last year. I work from home as an independent graphic designer, so I would be home a lot. I'm also an active triathlete who trains a lot. Very much into all things sport, health, fitness, and business. I do like space and time to myself but would also love to hang out, share meals with the people I live with. Preferably 2-4 other housemates/friends (18-25y.o). Rent somewhere around $200-$250/week. Looking to move in the next month or so. Location wise: I'm not too fussed. Ideally, hoping for a Coles/Woolies walking distance and a swimming pool within ~5kms. More so looking for the right people rather than location. Feel free to message me if you think you have a place that matches what I've mentioned above. Open to teamups as well! :) * When you send a message, please include a little bit about the current housemates - age, genders, nationalities, etc. Please don't contact if the housemates are over 25y.o. or if the house has only 1 or 2 rooms in total. Thanks! *

$250/week•29 year old female
Hey All 😊 I am currently looking for someone to start looking at houses with to both call our own.. I thought about going down the path of share accommodation but really more looking at my own place. I am currently living by myself but looking to move out and find someone to move out with so I can afford to drop down to a 3 day working week and study for my dream job - to work for Parks Victoria. Tad bit hard (if not impossible) to afford to do that when living alone... I have lived in share accommodation and with other people before but decided I wanted more stability in my own place. I currently work full time in a job ive been in for two years. I have a cat, she is a Bengal so quite vocal but a good girl. Im ok with other pets except for dogs as dont think my furbaby would be too pleased. I am relatively tidy, by relatively I mean tidy but not full OCD. I do like to keep to myself and do my own thing.. when the COVID situation doesn't stop me I go out hiking any chance I can. I am looking for a place around the $1,800 a month mark max with a bath, a dishwasher, ample cupboard space, a nice kitchen and separate living areas.. once again, i like my privacy and have a no drama policy. Im not by any means antisocial but I have become used to living alone and like the quiet life of chilling in my own space and want to live in a place where both people are comfortable just to be themselves. Can talk here and there and get along well but still do our own things. I have all my own furniture to fill a house. The only downside to me is that I am crap at waking up in the morning and my alarm usually goes on for a bit but otherwise I'm a pretty normal person. If youd like to know more please message me.

We are a couple, looking for a cosy and tidy place to live in. We both work Full-time and therefore are busy bees during the weekdays. We’re clean, tidy and respect people’s space. Currently looking to move out as our current accommodation is no longer suited to our new work commitments and therefore will not be renewing the lease (ending in August).

I'm Thomas, I'm a 25 year old real estate agent looking for a new place! I work full time so I'm not at home a lot, but when I do get some spare time I'm usually at the gym, watching sports or cooking up a storm. I'm a super chilled person, very easy going and definitely appreciate a healthy balance of socialising and me-time. Having said that, I do love a drink every now and then! I'm a pretty neat and tidy person because, as you can imagine, being in real estate I've seen some very poorly kept homes and some great examples of what not to be like
