Hi, I am a female Monash student looking for a shared house or apartment that is very near Monash Clayton (***walking distance) and is reasonably priced. I prefer student only and female only flat. Prefer non-smoking, no(or not too much) party flat. Currently I am in melbourne, but I will be away for a holiday on June 27 and return on July 21, which is the date I shall start renting. I am quiet, clean and also very easygoing. It would be great if I could play games and have fun with my flatmates together. Message me if you have rooms available.
hey sam here, so i'm hoping to meet some new people to make a fun, enjoyable, respectful household with.I can be a bit of a goofball at times while at others i can be really reserved and keep to myself. I am a massive carlton football club fan, so if a games on ill either be glued to the tv or at the game live. i play soccer casually, love a good movie: Braveheart, Hacksaw Ridge, Unbroken, The Lion King and Babe would be my top 5. while my fav tv series would be Game of thrones and The Big Bang Theory currently. im not a big party animal but dont mind the idea of having a few drinks at home or at a pub over a game of 8ball. ive never missed a bill or rent payment as im very good with my money and budget so thats never an issue. i consider myself a responsible guy and happy to chip in with cleaning around the house when required. if you think we would get along shoot me a message :)

I am studying at Monash University. I'm looking to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live with easy going housemates. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up and looking to move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
Hi there! I’m Kat. I’m a 26 year old female (straight) looking for a place to call home. I’m currently employed full time, and in my spare time I love to paint/draw and cook. I’m super clean and respectful of others - and LGBTQ+ friendly. I have just come out of a long term relationship so looking for friendly people and a comfortable home. I have a 4 year old cat, she’s low maintenance and will be coming with me. I love a bit of socialising here and there but also want to have some quiet nights at home, so not looking for a party household. I don’t smoke, and sometimes like a glass of wine or whisky. I can also cook, and love cooking for others. Please message me if you feel like I might be the right fit for you!

I'm a 26 year old international student from the US studying for my professional law degree in Australia at Melbourne Law School. - I love being quiet and leaving people alone so not only would I be absolutely obligated to keep my living space tidy for my own mental well-being, but I am all about having personal space and respecting the assignment of chores and individual boundaries. - I also have a habit of disinfecting potentially bacteria-ridden locations/items on my person and around my living space (phone, laptop keyboard, doorknobs, toilet seats, faucets, etc.) in case that's a bother. - My friend, Ha, is 21 years old and studying psychology at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She's a polite and careful person who keeps to herself and greatly respects others' spaces. - We're both easy to communicate with and responsible about shared spaces--trust that we also hate leaving a mess in a shared space and will gladly keep things clean for you. We do like to stay up late studying or talking sometimes, but we're always careful to keep the noise level to a quiet murmur.
