Hey everyone, I'm a 27 year old female looking for a long-term share house with my boyfriend (24), that we can make a home, not just a crash pad. I'm in my second year at uni, studying my Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working as a nanny. Nick is a trainee arborist (& yes, he will do free tree work if needed). We enjoy getting outside, camping, hiking, photography, as well as sitting inside with a cuppa and a good book/Netflix, mostly Netflix though. I'll be out of the house a few nights a week with basketball, but do my best to keep quiet when coming home from late games. Nicks up really early in the mornings, so a party house wouldn't be a good fit for us, however, were definitely up for housemate dinners/drinks/board games etc. We'll (mostly me) keep tidy and will put in the effort to clean the house, and expect the same from housemates. We don't mind sharing a bathroom, but if there was a bedroom with an ensuite, we'll be even more interested! Definitely hit us up, if you think we'd get along, and happy to come over and meet potential housemates too :)
I am a 20 year old student moving from Canberra for a nursing degree at Monash starting in July. I can be a little quiet to start with, but once I get settled in and feel comfortable I'm generally easy-going. I like to keep my room and my house tidy, and more than happy to help out to keep things clean. I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, which makes me excited to move, but I'm also just as happy to spend the night in relaxing.
easy going people looking for a fresh place to live with no drama , clean , always pay bills on time like to keep to ourselfs but always up for a chat looking for a place around mid august prefer 6 to 12 months stay but flexible.
Very easy going happy with whatever as long as i can have people over every now and then with no issues very easy to live with clean up after myself dont really make any mess am barely ever home as i work 45 or so hours a week then hanging out with friends most nights Interests are, Camping 4WDING Motorbikes and pretty much anything with an engine love dogs so if you have a dog dont mind Looking to move to a place within month
I have been doing share accommodation for the past 15 years, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently staying at has got a new job in Canberra, so he wants to rent out the entire house while living and working in Canberra, so I need to find a new home as soon as possible. I am a non-smoker, so I do not want to live with any smokers. Just need an unfurnished bedroom and space to set up my computer desk and TV + I also need additional storage space outside of the house for all of my other belongings, being my fridge, washing machine, bike + a few boxes, so a garage or water-proof shed is required for everything that I do not need inside my room and the house, being restricted to only my queen size bed and my 55" TV and TV stand, which I do not want in my bedroom. My computer desk can stay in my room if it is big enough to also fit my queen size bed. I do not require a furnished bedroom, due to already owning everything that goes into my room. I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for more than 13 years now, I would like to change into a different industry. I only have a station wagon, so no van or truck, so I do not require much space to park my car, preferably off-street. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I would prefer to live with only one other flatmate, so being with the owner of the house such as I am doing currently would be preferable than being in a mass share house that is being rented. I will look after your property very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself. If everything is good for both of us I would like to move in immediately as the owner of my current residence starts his new interstate job very soon, so I need to find a new home urgently. I currently pay a total of $150 pw incl of all bills, so my total rent budget incl all bills is max $150 per week only. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and get to know each other. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a IT student. I am a clean, friendly, easy going person. I love playing games and watching movies and tv shows a lot and i enjoy gardening too. Looking to share a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house/apartment. Feel free to message me and ask me for information.
Hi there, I'm Emma, I'm 23 and hoping to move out of the family home for the first time in the next few months. I have just finished my Bachelor of Arts where I majored in creative writing and literature and am now taking a break from study, working part time as a medical receptionist in Kilsyth, until I return to do a Masters of Teaching next year. I'm not much of a partier but enjoy a casual drink or two on the weekends and love a good chat. I also enjoy watching netflix, playing guitar, craft and DIY, writing, reading and going out exploring. I am a quiet and tidy person, and am pet friendly. Looking to live in the eastern suburbs, Ringwood area would be ideal, preferably with female housemates in their 20s. Hope to hear from you!
I will be shifting to Melbourne from India in the 1st week of July to pursue my masters from Deakin University, looking for a room in Burwood area.Easy going individual with friendly nature and a sports and fitness enthusiast.Any leads will be appreciated.Thank You.
My name is Cam and I am studying at Monash University. I am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, quiet, spontaneous and non-party person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I can also consider short term accommodation. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. Also flexible with the duration and moving in dates.
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am a entertaining guy who likes to keep his place and car clean and tidy.i am studying full time and working on the side there fore I get very little time to interact with others.i am not a party guy but still loves to hangout once a while with beer or wine and chill on Netflix. Would love to socialise in morning breakfast but I start early and finish late. If this sounds like a flat mate you need then hit me a bing...
I'm Sam and I'm very easy going, relaxed and always up for a beer. I've been working full time in real estate sales over the last 5 years in outer east Melbourne. Generally I'll work 50-70 hours per week so I'm barely ever home. I spend most of my spare time out and about with friends enjoying a drink or a nice meal. When at home I'll usually be watching netflix or reading a book but always love to have a chat!

I work in the city, love to go out for a coffee/drink with friends, love to stay in and netflix or read a book- all sounds good! I am wanting a clean person who will be responsible for their own space, and someone who can have a quick chat when you come home but still have your own business and do your own thing. I have a super quite cat who sleeps all day (he is like a log), is shy but very friendly, and is happy to be outside or just on my bed all day. I am looking in different areas: Doncaster, Doncaster East, Caulfield, Caulfield North/South, am open to locations surrounding, we can discuss when we chat :)) look forward to meeting you:)
Hi potential flatmate. I'm Erin and I am 33. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have a very reliable income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. I always prioritise paying rent and bills on time. I also have a rental history. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
