Hello! I'm 31, from Melbourne and am moving to Perth at the end of February to study a Masters. I work in the community sector as a youth worker and have a background in public health. I love music (electronic for the most part but also soul, jazz and a touch of good disco!), good food, cycling about town, picnic-ing, camping, op-shopping and tinkering about on my sewing machine. In regards to housemate etiquette, i am well-trained after share-housing for years and years. I clean the house thoroughly (+ I come with a cordless Dyson vacuum!), I am mindful of noise in the early/late hours, I will be studying so will be relatively low key, I don't have pets or loads of stuff - I come with only what I can squeeze into a pretty small car! I've lived in my current share house for over 3 years now and it works because we all do our own thing but make time for chats, laughs and hugs when needed. I'm looking for a similar dynamic. I will be in Perth the first week of Feb and am hoping to come and check out some places before catching the train over for good on 22nd February. Pick me!
I am 24 year old female, looking to move out of home as I have just started working as a physiotherapist I am friendly, easy to get along with and all about keeping things equal. As I am single girl I tend to go out a bit and do enjoy having quiet drinks at home but I won’t be disrespectful in anyway and would always give my house mate heads up on what is going on I like to chill but at same time I am more than happy to keep to myself. Very respectful for others and will always fill my roommate with what I will be doing so I am not dysrupting them in any way. Preferably would like my own bathroom :)
30 Year old Irish female, living permanently in Perth. Looking for a large room Double or Queen preferably en-suite or bathroom for own use. **Would prefer bills included in rent & ideally a house share with only 1 or 2 other people, not a large house share** I am immaculately clean and treat a house like it's my own. I clean as i go and would like to live in a house with housemates who are similar in cleanliness/ respect for other housemates I am quite active and exercise most mornings before work Interested in sports and meet up with friends on weekends. I tend not to drink at home but don't mind the occasional beer/wine to unwind after work Looking for a quiet house to chill and relax after work I have an early start midweek so tend to be in bed early most nights. Looking for a quiet house in a quiet location with friendly housemates Non smoker, non drug user If you think i may be a suitable housemate for you please message me and we can arrange a viewing. Based on my budget and thinking of my work situation my location ideally would be Nollamara/Yokine/ Tuart Hill area or closeby. Not negotiable on rent as 160 is my budget, thanks :)
I'm an easygoing, social and respectable person and I have shared homes with many other people from all walks of life. I am a media professional with a full-time job located near Perth airport. As I am new to the city (I am originally from Sydney), I am looking for a place in a nice location that is furnished. I would prefer to live with people in similar circumstances. In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, exercise and go outdoors for rockclimbing and bushwalking.
Use to living with others, therefor respectful. Moving back to Perth in February and looking for a comfortable place to live with some cool housemates. Will start working full time as soon as I arrive so don’t need to worry about waiting for me to find a job. Night shifts however so will need people who are cool with coming home late. Send me a message if you have anymore questions!
I’m a 40 yr old single female who loves my vegan baking. Not a strict vegan or vego, I go with what I feel. I’ve been share housing since 2011 and have a great rental record. Love my quiet space but also sharing dinners etc. A non-smoker, hardly drink either and looking for a space to call home.
Irish couple. We both work full time and train most evenings. We are friendly and chatty but also like to have our own time and live a busy life style. We would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max. Not into party houses. One of us works in Jandakot so need to be near enough the Kwinana Freeway. We will need two parking spots also. We would like our own bathroom and would consider a furnished apartment with flexibility with length of stay/ lease :-) We like to keep our place clean and tidy :-)
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. We're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
Hey! I'm Darren, a PhD student at Curtin University, and I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I like to keep a clean and quiet house, so I'm pretty good to live with. I also cook a lot, which I think is a bonus for anyone looking for a good flatmate. I'm looking for flatmates who are chill and easygoing, but I'm usually down for a night out if I have the right company. It'd be awesome to have flatmates whom I can also call my friends!
Recently moved back to Perth after living in Vancouver, Canada for a few years. Looking to move into a place with fun, outgoing people who are keen to have a few drinks and a laugh but can also respect when downtime is needed. I love my music and can’t get enough of sports. Feel free to hit me up if you are interested in looking for a place together or have a spare room you are ready to rent out Cheers x
Hi all! First off, thank-you so much for looking at this listing. My name is Subhash and I am looking for a place to stay around Curtin University along with my friend Mrunmayee. We are looking for two rooms separately with 2 weeks bond each and an affordable rent as we are uni students. A bit about us, we are from India(though completely different parts) and we love conversing. Mrunmayee can cook great meals like the best curry(not me I suck) and we are always looking to host lunch together. We are genuinely friendly and tidy people. We make sure everything is clean and as it is. I do have a car so a garage would be helpful as well. But wont mind other options. If you would like to see us, do not hesitate to contact me. Thank-you once again!
We are two professional people (female friends not a couple) from different countries who are very responsible and tidy; easy going, enjoy laughter, good food but also our quiet times. We are not party people but enjoy the odd glass of wine socially and don't smoke. One of us works full time, the other is a student who works part time. We are looking for TWO ROOMS in a share house close to train station and bus. Prefer a house instead of a flat: North Perth, Highgate, Leederville or anywhere very central to Perth City - North side.
Hi, I'm easy going, respectful, independent, reliable and clean! Looking for ideally female owner + me. I love animals, Yoga, enjoying healthy life style. Looking forward to hear from you🌼😊
Hello future housemate(s). Hope you're having a good day. My name is Heenay. I am a student at Curtin University studying Accounting. Very friendly and out going. Huge Liverpool fan. *I'm looking to do house chores and cleaning for accommodation as I am currently unemployed. Struggling at the moment. Need help. Just looking for nice, clean and friendly people to live with.
Moving to Perth in early to mid February to start combined PhD/Masters in Psych at UWA! Looking for nice accomodation around the campus, ideally within biking distance. Me as a housemate: Super easy going, very clean & tidy + conscientious with chores, pay my rent on time, very personable and love a good in-depth chat about almost anything; all that good stuff. Main hobbies include playing music (Brazilian-style guitar is a fave), running, beach and bushwalking. Please get in touch!
Hi! I'm Denise Currently sharing with a friend on her ‘urban farm’ but am finding the lifestyle and location a bit too much of a stretch. Keen to be closer to my old inner city hood as I really miss the lifestyle and convenience of being within close proximity to everything! Looking to rent/share for a period of 6 to12 months with the long-term view of getting my own place. My ideal share home would come with all the mod cons/creature comforts and location lifestyle perks. Preference for a room with an ensuite. I’m flexible with moving dates and with a furnished, semi or unfurnished room. Also, happy to discuss potential team-ups as I have a fair amount of furniture/household items in storage, which I can provide for communal use. As a housemate, you'll find me respectful, dependable, clean and tidy. Having cohabitated for the majority of my adult life, I have shared a home with individuals, as part of as well as with a couple. Prior to my current place, I lived with two single guys in their mid/late thirties for a couple of years. I am a marketing consultant and plan to undertake some part-time study/professional development this year. Outside of work commitments, I'm fairly social and spend my weekends/some weeknights enjoying meals/drinks/movies etc. out with friends. I also try (with varying degrees of success) to get to a gym class 2-3 times a week. When home, I enjoy cooking a meal and some quality couch time. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Looking to live with someone(s) who share some common interests but also have their own social life and activities - so we can interact/enjoy a laugh but also have a healthy respect each other's personal space. Let’s chat if you think we’d be great potential housemates. Hope to hear from you soon! Many thanks Denise
Hello! I am putting the feelers out to find a new place to live; preferably in the Highgate/City or surrounding areas. My existing lease is up in mid March so I may be a bit early on the uptake but I figure if I can find the right place I may be able to break lease a bit earlier. Rather that than be out on my ear without any options! About me; I am a professional and work in Subiaco full time. I like to keep active so generally go to the gym/run/swim from work so am out of the house usually from 7-7ish. I'm English and have been in Perth for 5 years. I am generally laid back and clean. I am pretty social and easy to get on with. Have lived in shared houses before so know the ropes and am respectful of others time/space/property. Looking to share with people who are like minded, social and aren't room hiders or property Nazi's. Mt Lawley is the usual stomping ground so if a house mate likes a beer/wine at the Queens for example, then all the better! Likes: Eating, drinking, sport, nights out, nights in, music, beer etc etc Dislikes: Drama, thrash metal, pettiness, drama. Any questions just ask :)
I am a student studying in Perth 3 days a week. I have a white rag doll cat named Loki but he stays outside mostly during the day and sleeps with me at night so he won't be trouble. I'm happy to contribute to all chores and enjoy my alone time but also like chatting or watching movies together from time to time. I'm hoping to gain employment for most of my free days so I won't be around too much. I have a car and am overall very self maintaining and independent.
I’m an easy going clean housemate who enjoys mountain biking and the outdoors and also socialising with friends. I’m not a party animal but do enjoy meeting friends out for dinner/drinks on the weekend. I work as an engineer in the city Monday to Friday often working late nights.
I am a working professional in the Technology Field and am male and 34 years old. I love playing tennis and hanging out with friends. I am a simple person and am very easy to live with having house shared for many many years now. I also enjoy travelling a lot.
Looking for a place as I've just come back from working overseas and am studying a dip ed this year. I'm pretty active, love the beach, health/fitness and live music. Very relaxed and easy to get on with :)
