Hi I'm a 40yo professional working female who is social but respects peoples space. I enjoy cooking and relaxing and make the most out of my weekends. I'm not a party person my home is my santuary. I gam looking for a home not just a room. I'm looking for a flatmate that is looking for the same thing. I'm very easy going. I have a 6 to fully house trained cat Cleo who just lays in the sun all day and is no trouble at all, I would love to have her with me but if your property isn't pet friendly she can stay with my mum. If I sound like what you are lookiwng for then Pls drop me a message. Cheers Kylie
I’m easy-going and hard-working, but enjoy a good laugh and meal with friends. I have three jobs, exercise 3-4 times a week and socialise a lot so I won’t be around much but when I am I will do my share and endeavour to be a great roomie.
I'm 23 years old man from Japan and looking for a private room in a quiet house. I'm staying Australia as working holiday to learn English and staying until May 2019. If the room has AC or Fan, it would be helpful for me because I study in the room rest of my time. And I need good WiFi environment as well. Although I have listed some places, I don't have particular preference where to live.
Hi! I'm Evie. I am looking to move down to Sydney at the end of November/early December as I will be starting classes at the University of Sydney in early January. I have lived in a share house in Brisbane for almost a year so I have lots of experience in the etiquette of living with others (i.e. I clean up after myself, respect others space/privacy and do my share of the chores around the house). I am pretty introverted so I do like to keep to myself from time to time, but I am always happy to have a chat and make plans to hang out with my house mates if we're up for it! I am currently working in Brisbane until the end of November so I cannot move until at least the last week, but I am flexible and willing to wait for the right place. Please feel free to send me a message with some details about your listing and I'd be more than happy to organise a time to check it out when I am down in Sydney. Thank you!
Hola! Looking for a gal (or 2) to team-up for a place OR existing room in a flatshare. - I work close to full time in financial services and also study at MQU - I enjoy my alone time consisting of falling into the weirdest depths of youtube, spectating when others game on twitch, but also would enjoy having someone to de-brief with at the end of the day about bizarre workmates or to mung-out and watch Netflix with - I make good tacos and stir fry, and love baking (when I have the time..) - I come with a fridge, washing machine and netflix account (if required) - I have a deep appreciation for cleanliness (whoever makes a mess cleans the mess is my mantra) Message me if you want a clean, responsible and friendly gal to live with :)

Easy going professional. Clean, tidy, honest and reliable. Only need a place to stay two days out of every 8 days while I work in Sydney. I go home to Hunter Valley in between.
Chilled, Thoughtful. Looking for a place that I can say, "cool, i'm lucky to find this one." Maybe once or twice a week have friends over as long as flatmate approves. Can be creative in the kitchen and can do basic gardening. I need the basics, washing machine, dryer, secure property. I'm ok with moderate traffic noise. I work in the events industry, my hours can vary a little. Enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I have a few small boxes to store, mainly childhood memories so built in wardrobe would be good or similar Non smoker and will only live with non smokers, drug free. $270 is a maximum for me, to include bills. Extra keen on places with own bathroom or shared only with one. Epping-Eastwood area not suitable.

Hi Guys I am Neeraj currently working in Singapore and moving to Sydney in Feb 2019. I will be staying there making new friends, learning new things and searching for work too. Thanks.
Hi there, My name is Ange, I am 42 and work full time in Sydney. I also work another 2 part time jobs so I am a very busy gal! I am single and looking to move back to Sydney and share the cost of a lovely rental with a lovely flat mate. I am in search of a house primarily or townhouse that is neat, clean, newish - not old, very spacious and in a great location close to trains shops etc, but I also have my own car too. The ideal situation would be a half house or semi-duplex where both housemates have their own space and place but share the cost of the rental property, but since these are rare to find, I am also open to sharing a place too. I am looking for a place that has a double garage that I need to consume and happy to pay more rent for this. The locations I have selected include surrounding suburbs too, just thought I should point that out! :) I have a lot of clothes, shoes, handbags etc (typical woman lol), trying to cull these now and would need a large master bedroom with decent size ensuite and lots of wardrobe space to house the shoes and clothes!! I am currently living on the Central Coast but the house I am living in will put on the market to be sold very soon so needing to move out of here in the new year! I love shopping (although I try to avoid this these days) :), love going to the beach, learning, books, cooking, movies, bars and clubs sometimes (just for a dance), and I run my own business on the side too. I am outgoing, friendly, respectful of one's privacy and space, love cleaning and love pets, providing they are clean and do not smell. As mentioned above, I am happy to pay more rent for a huge bedroom and the garage as I really do need it. I am really looking for a like-minded female professional or two, that is clean, tidy, respectful of one's belongings, space, privacy and is friendly that works full-time. A non-smoker please too! :)
I am friendly and easy to live with. I work full time as a primary school teacher and have a range of activities that keep me busy. That being said, I am an introvert so do enjoy having time at home. Non-smoker, not a party-animal. Looking for others who are similar. I am looking for a place to live, on return from an overseas trip (end Jan 2019). Either happy to move into an already established place, or looking for a team-up (I have appliances/furniture etc).
I have been working as a research scientist in University of Adelaide for the past 4 years. Recently got a job in Sydney. I come from Delhi, India but have lived in Seoul, Lisbon, UK, Italy and Adelaide significant portion of my life. I enjoy reading, programming and playing any racket sport.
I'm a 36 year old, working Arborist. Love the outdoors, being active and travelling. From Sweden, have 2 amazing boys, just seperated from my husband and need a nice place were I can have my kids 50%of the time. Ideal place would be shared to level house so I can have one level for my self and the kids.
I'm from the Hills district area and work in disability. Looking for a flat pref in the city that is 10 mins walk (not drive please) from station, buses, gym and shops. I can’t drive. I would prefer to stay with a female (mixed flat or all-female).
I am clean, respectful, responsible and mature. I will keep to myself but always be cheerful and polite. I just need somewhere to sleep and shower basically. I am reliable with money , I may be young but I won’t let you down. Please consider me as a option, you won’t regret it
Working most of the time. Just need a place to be able to unwind and relax after work and the gym. Love a social drink and get together and always up for meeting new people and starting new adventures and making amazing memories :)
I am coming to Sydney from Perth for a secondment from my teaching job and as part of my LSL. I will live and work in Sydney for three months (Mid Jan - mid April) before travelling for the next three. I enjoy music, reading, films, theatre and going to art galleries. I love nature, particularly the beach and bush, and plan to explore the surrounding national parks and coastline during my time east. I’m a vegetarian and I live fairly quietly but enjoy socialising and meeting new people. I would like to live in a smoke free environment and would prefer to live with women.
I'm an energetic but easy-going 20-year-old balancing full-time work and study. In my spare time, I enjoy hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and chilling with my fur-baby (my 2-year-old, extremely cuddly, quiet, toilet trained and well-behaved chihuahua). I'd love to hang out with my flatmates and bond over some good wine and cheese every once in a while, but am also happy doing my own thing. I'm always willing to lend a hand, especially with cleaning and the like. I do drive, but ideally looking for somewhere near-ish public transport. Please shoot me a message if you think I may be a good fit in your home, or if you have any questions. Thanks!
Hello! ** Looking to move end of December early January. My names Geraldine but most call me Gel. I'm looking to move out of home and start doing ' adult life'. I work full time as a registered nurse. I like to cook and i'm happy to share a meal when others are happy to do so. Ideally i'd like to move in with people who are happy to socialise and share a drink some time. Of course I also appreciate my down time and like to watch a good telly show on my laptop in my spare time. I spend 1-2 nights at my boyfriends place and work shift work so I'm not always home. Ideally it would be nice to be able to have a friend over ever now and then. So best points about living with me - I'm easy to live with, tidy, can give nursing advice, can cook, keep to myself or happy to socialise, work full time shift work, out 2-3 nights a week visiting boyfriend or mum, share a mega cute dog with my boyfriend and you can pat him his you like (the dog lives with my boyfriend), enjoy trying new foods, likes camping and attempting to garden. I like to make my home a beautiful place and will put effort into it making it homely. I guess i'm looking for something long term but i'm flexible. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a very tidy, respectable person. I love to have fun in life and am looking for a place to build a steady home base. I love food, movies and the outdoors. I hope to hear from you soon!
We are fun loving couple. I am a good cook and my wife is living encyclopaedia. So we can have great conversations with our Flatmates. We don’t smoke and generally will keep to our work. We are currently in Sydney with an Airbnb. Would like to check out few homes. Thank you
