People who know me well know I have zero tolerance for BS. I'm straight up with folks and treat others the way I expect others to treat me. I'm open, honest and hard working. I like to have a laugh and live on the edge occasionally. I have a bit of a weird sense of humour and an eclectic taste in music. Kinda me in a nutshell. I've been around a bit, travelled mostly in Asia and can speak Japanese. I'm a creative type and that's my reason for being. Designer by trade and I love what I do. Relaxed and Calm. Gives people there space and privacy. I like to have fun of course. I need the basics like a washer, dryer and fridge. Please not coin operated. Interests: Woodworking/ volleyball/ exploring Sydney. Need to be reasonably close to public transport. A place that feels safe, prefer to not be on the ground floor. I can't live with smokers or drug takers. Age open. I would like to have a friend visit a few times a month, which can be discussed. I've had a couple of places where i've had to use public rubbish bins instead of one from a property, eg when living above a shop, I don't want to do that anymore.
29 year old engaged couple with a 4 month old looking for a whole property with 2 or more bedrooms or granny flat. Partner works full time in the city and I'll be starting work from maternity leave in March. Looking around Upper North Shore, Epping, Hornsby and surrounding suburbs.
Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. Would also be happy to flat share as well. I’ve lived in my current property for 10 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Hey, I am a young professional (22) who has recently acquired a full time position in Gordon. I like to get out on the weekend and go to the beach, go to the zoo, go to cafes etc. I am clean and highly organised so I am looking for people who are similar that might have a spare room.
As a working professional with experience living in share accomodation, I know what makes the ideal housemate. A relaxed attitude towards life, clean, tidy, friendly and low-maintenance. I'm a people person, but enjoy quiet time and meditation too. On the weekends I am out and about, but my partying days are behind me. I love to read, surf, and drink coffee, and am inspired by music and the creative arts.

Hi! I work full time a Scam Analyst for a financial institution. Outside of work I volunteer for the Rural Fire Service and enjoy going to the gym, travelling as often as I can and getting involved in outdoor activities such as hiking. Hi, I'm looking for a place for myself and my extremely cute, non shedding, well behaved and loving 5.5 kilo toy Labradoodle, Lola. I am a nanny and tutor for young children. I shift between multiple families Monday to Thursday. I typically leave about 7:30ish and return home around 9:00pm. Most of my families have a child on the autistic spectrum or they face other obstacles in communicating. I love what I do because I feel like I make a diffence in the lives of the children I care for and give their parents much needed relief. I like to travel on school breaks. I just returned from a two week solo holiday to Tassie and it was simply amazing. I am pretty laid back and happy to go with the flow as long as I can get to sleep at night (Luckily, I can sleep through just about anything though 😁). Ideally, I'd like to live in a mostly or entire female place but I'm open to other situations too. What's most important is a peaceful place where housemates respect each other. Also, I'd prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own lovely bedroom furniture.
G'day the name is Jake and I have been working in Pennant Hills for a little over 2 years now and have been living in Newcastle for the last 6 months and am looking to move back. I do have a dog but she will stay in Newcastle unless there plans to be a long term stay. I tend to keep to myself but am friendly as I am in sales, very organized and like to stay tidy as possible.
I am friendly and easy to live with. I work full time as a primary school teacher and have a range of activities that keep me busy. That being said, I am an introvert so do enjoy having time at home. Non-smoker, not a party-animal. Looking for others who are similar. I am looking for a place to live, on return from an overseas trip (end Jan 2019). Either happy to move into an already established place, or looking for a team-up (I have appliances/furniture etc).
Hi! I'm Nicola. I'm 21 and work full time as a team coordinator in infrastructure/urban planning in North Sydney. My hours are generally 8.30-5/5.30. I am also studying urban planning part time (online/evenings/occasional Sunday) at macquarie university. I'm currently living in lane cove west with 1 other housemate though am looking to move closer to work/different neighborhood. In my spare time I am generally with friends/my boyfriend/visiting family. I love to discover new places, to keep active and travel when possible. I am busy and am out of the house a fair bit, but do enjoy my down time aswell. When I do have down time, I am generally reading/watching TV/cooking. I am very tidy and expect the same of my housemate in return within the common space. I am looking to move out in late February, though am flexible for earlier/later if I find the right fit.
Looking for 2 rooms and secure parking for my ute and tools. I'm a self-employed carpenter. I live very clean and tidy. I keep fit, healthy and love to surf when I get the time. I'm divorced and have my 2 kids (8 and 12) stay over every second weekend. I've lived the last 2.5 years in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Wahroonga and can continue to stay there, however I would like to live closer to the city or beaches. I come with some furniture so a house would be better.
