Hi Friends I am looking for friendly, clean and easygoing people to share a place in Parramatta. I am an IT professional working as a Business Analyst in Parramatta from 9-5. I am vegetarian, non-drinking and non-smoking guy - hence not a party person. I respect other peoples space and like to have a good chat as well.
Immigrating to Australia from India and I am looking for a job. I'm friendly and easy going, my living habits are neat and tidy. Always happy to help out around the house if the need be. Just looking for somewhere transport-convenient and isn't too expensive.
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get a 2 bedroom for $450-$550. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line to lessen the commute. I'm usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on Netflix with you. I have a boyfriend, who will most likely stay over around 4 nights a week, however will obviously pay for his share of the utilities etc. I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia
Hi Potentital Flatmates, My name is Layla, im a clean and tidy 25 year old professional who works in Stockbroking. Its a fast paced industry which is something i really enjoy, my work hours vary some, but normally its around the usual 9-5. I am a really bubby and friendly personality who lives a pretty chilled out lifestyle. im also incredidly easy going so living with me would be very easy. I do like to have a good chinwag so i am open to whatever level of communication/conversation you would like to have. My usual weekend activities include riding my motorbike with my mates (my bike is not loud) and spending time visiting my family. When i dont feel up to leaving the house i love to watch documentaries or random tv shows on netflix and youtube. Some of the qualities that are important in a flatmate is being neat and tidy of your own space. Being able to communicate well and understanding each others differences. Must be kind and respectful of peoples space. Hope to hear back from you soon :)
Hi everyone, I am looking for a room to rent that is close to train station preferably in these locations: Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Ashfield, Strathfield and Parramatta. I work full-time as forensic mental health nurse in Blacktown. I am tidy, easy going, sociable, and respectful.
Looking for a convenient place to live that is near work. Interested in smaller house shares/apartments (not too many people) and no party houses. I work full time/ Two jobs so I want a space that is relaxed and other house mates who are easy going and up for a chat.
I'm very easy to get along with, honest, clean, well-organised and quite social. I work full time as a credit risk manager in the sydney CBD. I'm a Christian and I'll be looking for a new church to go to. In my spare time I learn languages, read, play music and generally hang out with friends.
I am a single female and an accountant by profession, working part time and studying as well. I am pretty easy going person, very neat and tidy. I dont fuss about anything unless the matter is of any extreme.
- I work in Parramatta, so Parramatta/Granville area is preferred. - I work during the week, with weekends free. - Like to keep to myself, and spend most of my free time writing and reading. Also passionate about my music and films. - I do not drink, but I do smoke. Although I am trying to give up. I have given up when I've been places where smoking is a no-no. - During the summer months, I am following the Wanderers around. - I am not one to socialise much, and am a bit of a hermit. - I like to keep the place clean, so a mess isn't a problem. - If there is anything you want to know, I will be happy to answer. Just been told I have thirty days from today (21/8/2017) to move out. So the sooner the better. Budget up to $350/week. There may be flexibility with that.
Hi there :) My name is Jordyn and I am a 22 year old female. I am an absolute animal lover, whoever I end up with needs to be willing to accept my two rabbits and snake alongside me (don't worry, you won't even know the snake is there). The rabbits can either be confined to my room, a small courtyard or a balcony. They are very friendly and litter trained. I am studying to be a vet nurse and currently work at a well known dog rescue in Sydney. I am looking to move out in mid September this year. I do have a long term boyfriend who will also be hanging around occasionally (he is nice though, you'll like him). I am not fussed about the location as I am used to driving. I am social but I also do like my own space. I love wine and a good chat over dinner or Netflix :)
Hi Everyone!! I am looking for a long term home. I am interested in finding someone to team up with to find a place in the parramatta area. I work four days a week as a paralegal for a family law firm in North Sydney and I study law full time attending Western Sydney University! Work and uni are pretty much my life at the moment other than that i am pretty chill and enjoy unwinding and watching netflix or going out with friends. I am very tidy and sociable but also enjoy my space as I assume you would too! I am looking for a place long term and somewhere I can call home, not just a short term party house. I do not smoke and will only team up with females. Any other questions please message me :) !! EDIT: Looking to move in officially around October. Would be great if I could start moving my stuff in prior though.
Hi 👋 I'm looking to move in with females around their 20s. I'm friendly, outgoing and love to have a chat! I would like to move in with people I can get along with and have fun! Must be clean and respectful.
