Currently I study with Swinburne Online, I am a Media and Communication student. I hope to also secure full time work. Soon to know of the outcome. So I will have a definite area in mind as my job applications have been for numerous areas. I am neat and considerate. I always try to help people when I can if they need it, as well as being quite a good vegan cook. I don’t mind pets if you have them. In my spare time when I am not studying or working, I enjoy playing games on my mobile with the sound off or headphones on, dressing up for historical festivals, and watching Netflix with a vegan snack. I grew up in Turramurra, and have travelled to SE Asia about 6 times at least. I am Buddhist and try to be respectful of others. I am looking for a quiet place, not deathly quiet, but it is preferable that at night it is fairly quiet from 8pm or so. I can’t stand blaring noise of the tv or video games as I study. As I am vegan, this lifestyle choice has to be respected. Some people have said they are ok in the past but tried to push their own dietary agenda rather than accepting my diet. Ideally, I would live in a vegan or vegetarian house.
Hello. I'm from Canberra and I'll be working full-time over at Sydney. I am a friendly, chill and clean housemate where I am very considerate of other housemates especially in common area. My hobbies include playing the electric guitar and a bit of gaming. I love to chat, grab a couple of drinks as well being able to respect people's own time and privacy. I am looking for a spacious room, ideally big enough to have a large table where I could place my desktop/gaming/music set up. Having my own bathroom is a preference but I am willing to be in a shared bathroom. Would also prefer a relatively soundproof room, but if the tenants are okay with me playing electric guitar during the day for an hour or so during weekends then it's all good (won't be playing guitar at night). Having a fast and stable internet connection is big plus for me as that is usually my main source of entertainment.
Warning: Long profile ahead! Hey there, I'm a 30 year old male looking for a place to stay in Sydney for the next two years (approximately, could be >2 years by a couple to a few months at this stage) as I am moving up from Melbourne for work. Will be working basically 9-5 at Macquarie Park. I consider myself to be courteous towards others, respectful of other people's private space, mature and pretty easy going. I enjoy being sociable but most of the time I tend to keep to myself when I'm at home, although that's definitely flexible (i.e. if you want to have a chat or hang out I'll probably be more than up for it!). I enjoy exercising, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, movies and a board games night every now and then. I'm not a big drinker and I don't smoke, I don't really party anymore either (grew out of it). Due to jiu jitsu I tend to do laundry often as I'll be washing my gi after every class and I'll be trying to go to class about 3-4 times a week. A space to dry my gis (such as on a patio) would be awesome! Basically just looking for a furnished room to stay in. All I really need is a bed, desk, chair and probably a wardrobe of some sort. I don't have many pots and pans etc. so if I could share with housemates that would be amazing (I make sure to clean everything properly when I do dishes). I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to cooking but I'm hoping to improve my skills over the coming months. I do make a decent coffee and don't mind making it for roommates if we sit down for a catch up chat (would help if you have an espresso machine but I will be bringing an Aeropress with me). My intent will be to meal prep on Sundays once I move up, so will need the use of a kitchen for a few hours each Sunday (flexible as to what time to use the kitchen, morning noon or night is all good with me!). I'm flexible in terms of the number of roommates as well as having a shared bathroom (although I guess it would be ideal if I had my own, no biggie if that isn't possible though). I'd like to have my own space in the pantry and fridge (a shelf or two would be amazing!), and I will be driving up in my car so a car park will be essential (street parking is okay as long as the neighbourhood is fine). Internet will be a must. Mature and respectful housemates is a must. Eastwood is my first preference of suburb. Budget is $300 per week max, although the cheaper the better (to an extent haha!). I will be in Sydney early April so would ideally like to meet in person first for a chat to see how things go. If you've read all this, thanks! Figured I should be as detailed as possible.
I am Electrical engineer from Greece with European background. I have full time job and busy daily plan. I am tidy and clean person then I expect to find a similar one flatmate then share and enjoy our accommodiation. I like gym training , reading , cooking catch up with friends at home , etc

Hi all! My partner Adam and I are looking for a granny flat/studio to rent. We are both full time workers. I myself, work as a cafe manager/head barista; Adam is an apprentice roof tiler. We enjoy our own privacy as well as understand and respect the privacy of those around us. We love to get out of the house of a weekend but would love a place that makes us excited to come home too. We hope to hear from you soon, cheers! 😊
I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with people around my age who aren't just looking for a roof over their head but actually want to be friends with their roommates. I would rather not live with just one couple as the third wheel =) I enjoy spending my free time split between relaxing at home and going out. I like to go shopping, to the movies, out for brunch or dinner and to markets. I love travelling and I'm obsessed with dogs (although I do not have a pet). Initially I would only like to rent somewhere for six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I'm flexible on the move date but I'd want at least a couple of weeks to organise everything. I would ideally like a room with a built-in wardrobe and possibly a private bathroom/ensuite in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
Hi, I'm Priyanka, 22 years old and I'm a postgraduate student at Macquarie University. I am looking for 2 rooms for my friend and I. We both like reading, eating and Netflix. We are quiet, clean and looking to make new friends.
22. Doing my masters. Looking for a neat and tidy place with fun loving and easy going mates. Have boderline OCD. Love to binge watch movies/series and can talk about anything under the sun.
Hi! We're a quiet easy going non-smoking couple. I'm working as a veterinary nurse in North Ryde and Ricardo is working in Double Bay. If we have time to spare we just relax and enjoy life or go crazy and spend the afternoon playing computer games together. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Li and Ric.
Hey! I’m my second year of a Bachelor of Law and International Studies at Macquarie Uni and working part time. I’m looking to move to a lil place closer to uni with someone around my age. I’m easygoing, clean and enjoy hanging out with other people but respect privacy and like having time to myself 🥰
Hello :) My name is Simon. I have recently completed my bachelor's degree and looking to move out of the university accommodation. I enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to music. I'm respectful of personal space and clean up after myself.
I'm a software engineer and will be migrating to Australia mid March.
I'm a first year education student at Macquarie University looking for accommodation close-ish to the uni. I play a bit of netball, do a bit of swimming and do a lot of study at the moment. I'm easy-going, neat and tidy, good fun and easy to live with. I have most of my own furniture so looking for mostly un-furnished rooms, maybe with a bed. I have my own car so parking is a must, and would prefer off-street.
Short term stay needed whilst myself and my boyfriend are job hunting. Easy going, friendly and respectful couple from the UK, like our own space but also keen to get to know friendly locals :-)
Hi! I am after an accommodation within the Sydney North Shore area. I am mainly looking for a private unfurnished room in a share house/unit preferably with ensuite; or a studio/granny flat. Also open to sharing with two others max. About me: I am a Virgo (shy, respectful, loyal). I am currently studying a masters degree. I enjoy art, I like to travel, go to gigs, take photos, and socialise every now and then. I am also Christian (Catholic) which means that I have respect for other people and I cherish every friendship or relationship I have. I believe that I would make a great housemate as I am mostly quiet but very friendly and considerate. I am also big on hygiene and I am always organised when it comes to my belongings, as well as my time. Please only reach out if you have a place on offer in one of the suburbs I'm looking at. Thanks :) ig: whosay_jose
