Hi, I'm a professional Nanny moving back to Melbourne. Im easy to get along with and don't like living in a mess. Not a big party person but do enjoy a few drinks with friends. Love kids and happy to share with someone who has children I am working in and around the city and am open to other areas especially if its on a tramline. I'm looking for a place from July to December/ January.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!

I also already have a fair bit of appliances like a washing machine, fridge and my own bedroom furniture but okay to sell them if they are not needed. Hi, I am looking to start or join a shared house. I am currently on disability pension but looking to get back to work soon. Have the basics for setting up a house (Fridge, Washing Machine, microwave, couch and recliner chairs, dining table, large screen tv etc. If you have similar then we can discuss what gets used/stored. Looking for someone or someone's who are generally quiet, non smokers and no pets. I like the occasional drink, party, BBQ but also like my quiet time. I do have a fairly rigid no drugs stance. Age is not an issue, so if you are older or younger it's not a problem with me. Eastern suburbs is the preferred location but other than that I am fairly flexible If you are interested then feel free to contact me to discuss.
We are looking to share with ideally one other person who is chilled and easy going. We are both Studying full-time and working part-time. Coming from Perth. We also have a small, well behaved dog.
I am an easy going, tidy 19 year old guy. I work full time in the disability industry and enjoy a few cheeky bevs on the weekend. I love socialising but also enjoy my own space.
A bit about us BELINDA I work as a part time/casual travelling salesperson, I also do pet sitting. I come with a cat, indoor/outdoor, 100% litter trained, friendly and docile, and two little guinea pigs who are outdoor in the one cage, neither have to come with me if you don't want pets in the house, they do have somewhere they can go MATT Currently looking for full time work, but has a fortnightly payment so he can pay rent and bills. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers, also trying to quit. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $100-150 a week not including bills, or $150-200 a week including bills. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd like to take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!
I am a friendly and very easy to get along with type of guy, discreet, minding my own business only. Clean and organised, I do my own cooking and always clean my mess afterwards. Full time employed in the Telecommunications industry. I am a white Latino born from European parents, already an Australian citizen, speak Spanish and English, University educated. I am looking to share with someone about my age, male or female. I am a social drinker, no smoker and not longer a party animal, payment of bills can be negotiated. I Prefer a quiet place with off street parking (does not have to be a LUG) and no pets, not too far from public transport. I do not have any health problems and can still take care of myself. If flatmates are under 40y.o., I don't think the arrangements would be suitable. Willing to move in the next four weeks.
Hi! I'm Ashlyn, I'm a 22yo law student at Monash and I work part-time in a Ringwood pub. I'm looking for a place to move as my current landlord is selling the property. I would like somewhere between Clayton and Ringwood, as these are the suburbs I travel between for work/uni. My budget is up to $180 including bills. I have a queen bed and a desk which the room would need to accomodate, so realistically the room must be at least 3m x 3m. I also have a couple of cool gadgets to bring, including a high quality blender, rice cooker and slow cooker. As I am generally pretty busy with work/uni, I don't have much spare time outside of sleep, however I also enjoy healthy eating & fitness, netflix, reading and nature. I like to have housemates who are friendly, down to hang out sometimes, but also respect having alone time. I am generally a tidy person, particularly in common areas as I think this is a big sign of respect. I prefer to clean things as I use them (dishes/bench tops etc), and use a rotating roster for vacuuming, mopping etc. Pets: As much as I love them, I am allergic to cats so can't live with any. I also love dogs, and can live with them happily. I do have a small reptile (named Koda) who lives in a tank on my desk, however if this is going to be a deal breaker I may be able to organise for him to live at my parents'. My current lease ends on Sept 25, so I am looking to move in early-mid September, however late August may be suitable for the right place. Ideally, I would be joining a pre-existing lease, as I am heading overseas on exchange in February and as such only require a 4-6 month stay. If I sound like a suitable candidate, message me here (please no texts/calls for first contact) and we can go from there!
Quiet and clean person, sociable. Majority of my time is spent outside the house at work, studying or socializing. I have a washing machine and fridge - these can easily be stored if there are others available. 1 small shy cat, will spend majority of time in my room. Willing to pay extra for the main room in the house with ensuite, this will benefit my cat and hours. I am very precise about having all bills paid on time, and great at shopping for quality at lesser prices. Looking for some sociable, clean people to share accommodation with. Have been living out of home for 2 years now.
Hi, I'm Cody. I am looking for a private room for rent anywhere in the eastern suburbs for myself and my little black cat Lucy (she really is little: https://puu.sh/wD09T/a9b42009f4.jpg ). I am an easy going 23 year old Male who is working full time. I am a non-smoker and am not into drugs (420 friendly however). I am hygienic, quiet, and easy to live with. Most of the time I'll either be out working or riding my motorbike. I get along well with people and would be fine with one housemate of either gender or multiple housemates as long as there is adequate space. I'm excited to move forward with my career and am looking for a place with a kitchen, parking spot, and laundry. I am a little flexible with rent price listed and move date, although the earlier the better. Thanks for looking :)
22 year old female looking for a house/room/granny flat - a place to call home! :) Have just finished uni and now working full time in a grad position. I have lived both by myself and in share houses before so would like to think I know how it all works by now :) I work pretty long hours most days so would be out of everyone's hair for most parts during the week. But would like nothing more than to come home to some friendly faces and maybe even share a bottle of wine if everyone is around. I'm reliable and easy going, would like to think I'm easy to get along with :) not a fan of drama or bad vibes. Just looking for some cool people to live with that like to have a laugh without being a party house. Ready to move anytime just need a couple of weeks notice to pack and move around working hours. Message me if you think I would suit your house or would like to know more :)

Hi, my name is Georgie a (recent) 50 year old Desktop Publisher working full time in Oakleigh South. I enjoy going to the movies, eating out, galleries etc. I'm also a bit old school when it comes to music as I enjoy mostly late 70's 80's (I know, tragic!) I'm looking for a unfurnished bedroom and extra large storage space that doesn't leak as I've set up house before with the usual major appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave etc) and some furniture. I have a healthy respect for people, their boundaries and their belongings and I would like to be treated in the same way. I enjoy a friendly chat over a nice cup of coffee, but there are times I keep to myself, especially if I've had a hard day at work. I am clean, tidy, can pick up after myself, responsible with the rent and bills being paid on time. I'm happy to do my fair share of cleaning when it comes to keeping the living quarters clean and I expect whoever I share with to do the same. Not a party animal, but I do like pets as long as they're properly controlled/behaved, by responsible owners. I'm also the type of person that would rather talk problems out rather than indulge in passive/aggressive behaviour, screaming matches, sulking or the silent treatment. Deal Maker or Breaker: I am a born again Christian but I am NOT a in your face Bible basher and I'm not a door mat. I also enjoy Christian Heavy Metal Music aka Stryper, POD etc If you like what you've seen so far, I would love to hear from you and see if we're a good fit. Cheers :)
