I'm fresh out of year 12 looking to make a move from little Tassie to Melbourne to work for the latter 6 months of the year before starting Uni in 2020. I am super easygoing and will appreciate any kind of flatmate, i.e if you're a talker, all good, but if you prefer your quiet, I'm easy with that too. I'm after a clean space, not fussy about size but a private room for myself and a few belongings. I don't mind sharing a bathroom/kitchen and other amenities. I am allergic to most animals so won't be able to live with pets. I love being active and exploring new places/things to do.
I'm very clean, easy going, like to enjoy a beer and like to full l chill at home also. I'm currently in Queensland looking to move down to Melbourne to be closer to my two children. Potentially if it's ok with my roommate I'd like to hand my kids overnight sometimes as well.
Hi I’m a easy going chick with a small-med size female dog. We’re a package deal. I need somewhere that’s pet friendly and the atmosphere is good and calm. I don’t work as I’m on a disability support pension. I have been for quite some time due to health problems but I’m not a cripple and can contribute to household chores and socialise occasionally. I get paid enough to cover the rent amount I’ve put on here. I have shared a few times so understand the etiquette of sharing and the duties it generally involves. I can keep to myself too abit and do head out to run errands, take my dog for a walk etc.. I’m 38 years olds and months off from 39. I hope to find something ASAP. A granny flat, bedsit, bungalow or anything with my own bathroom would be a plus.
Hi Gerry, I’m interested in renting the available unit in Boronia. I’m an easy going, creative person & always keep my home neat & tidy. Im always up for a quick chat but tend to keep to myself as I also enjoy my own space, balance is key! I have a 12 month old cat, Rigby, who is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and very well trained! He loves lazing around in the sun and is very friendly. He is toilet trained, curphewed and respects house rules like not to jump on kitchen benches, or to approach people when they’re eating. I am currently returning to work (administrative/receptionist) after taking time off for medical reasons. However, I do have the funds to pay bond, a couple months rent in advance plus any bills/extras necessary.
Hello, my name is Ashley, I get called Ash as well, I don't mind. I currently work at Eastland Shopping Center as a retail assistant. I also am currently studying Gemmology. I don't drive so I need to live near buses and mainly trains to get around. I have a cat called Lulu, she is almost 12 and we come as a package deal, no exceptions. Lulu sleeps 80% time and is an outside and inside cat. I myself am very easy going, I was brought up with manners and morals. I respect others and am constantly thinking about how to be courteous to others. I mainly keep to myself but do still like to make friends with others. I know how to keep things clean and tidy. I've lived in rentals my whole life so I know what I can and can't do e.g Can put up curtains, can't paint or put nails into walls. I am very trustworthy as I work in the real jewellery industry. I love a good laugh and would like to live in a home not a house.
My Name is Olivia I’m a 25 year old female originally from New Zealand been in melbourne for 3 years now and Absolutely love it. I'm looking to team up with one or two people to sign a lease together for 12 months or longer if we happen to love the place. I have a bubbly and energetic personality, I work full time in the city Monday to Friday. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I currently have all furniture for a house / apartment other than a washing machine / dryer or a dining table. I enjoy nights out but am also down for chilled nights in watching Netflix and eating junk food.
Hi there, I'm a full time physio working in aged care. I am currently based in Croydon but can be sent anywhere in the city dependent on where paperwork needs fixing. I don't drive so I prefer to be near public transport. I love to socialise but am often exhausted/mentally drained from work and end up sleeping in on weekends instead. More likely to brunch than go out these days. I'm looking for a place to live whilst I continue to save to buy a house so I can have my cat and dog back (they're at my parent's farm). My current housemate just informed me she's not renewing the lease without any warning (or discussing it with any of the other house members). Ideal housemates are happy to watch terrible tv (MAFS) with me at dinner sometimes but also do their own thing. I am well experienced with share housing and we will get along great as long as you; flush the toilet, don't get high every night, leave your *worn* underwear in the bathroom for a week, eat 1kg of my cheese/drink 1L of my milk without apology or replacement, or yell incessantly at your cat (all real examples of people I've lived with). Nerd in disguise, hufflepuff and theatre nut. LGTIAQ and all other possibilities friendly, won't judge you being vegan/religious as long as you don't try to convert me. My furniture includes bedroom set, book case, tea pot collection, some kitchen machinery (mix master/pressure cooker/cookie cutters), wine rack, and a very large TV (65").
- I make killer burritos - I have two very cute and sweet rabbits that are litter trained (I promise you’ll fall in love with them) - I’m a Capricorn lol - Super neat freak
I'm clean and tidy, pay my rent on time and am always up for a good chat. I also know boundaries though, so I know when people need their personal space. I'm employed full time so rent won't be an issue. I enjoy exercising, going out every now and then and watching Netflix, plus a bit of gaming every now and then.
I'm an artist. I love nature, painting and yoga. I'm a pretty relaxed person. I have an independent nature and like my own space, but also love cooking, sharing food and time with friends. Respectful of peoples' boundaries, clean and tidy person and organised with paying bills on time. Looking for a very quiet and light-filled room in a house that feels like a home. Prefer a stable rental agreement.
I'm currently studying Communications at Deakin and also have 2 jobs on the side, so I am often quite busy. I like a clean tidy place and am respectful for other people's things. I do love a good chat, laugh and drink, however most of the time during the week I prefer to chill out in my own space. Looking for somewhere really laid back with fun easy people.
I'm looking for a large room for rent in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, rent up to $170 ( willing to paid a little extra if needing to). Where I'm currently living the landlord wants the property back unfortunately. So has left me of needing a roof over my head & prefer long term atm. And must be stable a household, so I don't have move again. I do work 2 jobs & currently studying to be a personal trainer (soon starting my business). I'm 38yr old friendly, love to cook & even sit down for a drink or coffee to social. And I have do have a Cat (Miso 7yrs old), she is fully trained indoors & very quite. But mainly be in my room most of the time. And takes a while to get use to new ppl & is friendly. Also do pay rent & bills on time, won't be needing broadband (as I have my own wifi moblie). I can move straight way with my own bedroom furniture etc. Will keep the house clean, respect housemate privacy and hoping u do the same. I don't mind other pets as long there friendly with other animals. Looking between Croydon, Ringwood, Boroina, Mitcham, Nudawading, & surrounding ,ideally not to far from public transport either. or Looking to rent a property with another person that is reliable to pay rent and bills on time. And must b able to come to inspections with me to. Your name would be on the lease for the 12mths, until able to fully to cover the rent myself.

I clean my footy boots; - Gym & running; - Catching up with mates. I am a Christian, but won't impose my views on you, I will respect your way of life. What makes me a good housemate? - I am easy going and friendly and get along with most people; - I'm generally tidy and well organised, but a little bit messy in my own bedroom; - I am respectful of other people's privacy; - I generally clean up after myself because I like the house to be generally clean (I confess, I'm a little bit messy sometimes); - I am an open-minded person. I was the one who organised the flat and set standards for everyone. I got along with everyone (also with people from other flats).
I've got a trip to Shanghai start of June so hence the later date. I'm having a browse to see what I'm in for. I'm also house sitting all of April so could be May. I'm looking for a person(s) who have a similar lifestyle working fulltime and just generally get along with. I love a casual drink with friends and adore animals. I want to start getting into more cooking, as uber eats is very prominent in my life.
