From mid August 2018 I am looking for 12-16 month, comfortable, clean fully furnished accommodation. Would definitely request my own bathroom. Happy to bring my own bed and general room furniture, however no house-hold items. My current home will be pulled down and rebuild which will take up to 16 month. I am a mature widowed female, Easy going, very good humored, however I like a clean and tidy warm/cool house. Will let you do your thing, I will do mine, quite often away for weekends, Don't mind a dog or a cat, providing they are clean and obedient if a dog.
Hi I am studying at Monash University. I am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, quiet, spontaneous and non-party person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I can also consider short term accommodation. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house. Also flexible with the duration and moving in dates.
Looking for a fresh start. I am very neat and tidy. Enjoy a clean house! Working part time to full time hours in retail. Originally from Geelong, moved to Melbourne about 2 years ago. Am a home body but still enjoy a night out. Very respectful and responsible. Anything else you’d like to know, feel free to ask!
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
Lover of life. Positive. Easy going & relaxed. Clean and tidy. Respectful. Low maintenance. Young at heart. Vegan. Health conscious. Gym yoga. Work in health care. Love my job. Play the didgeridoo. Spiritual. Closet hippie 😀. Single. No pets. Open minded and adventurous.
Hi :). I'm a 23 year old Norwegian guy moving to Melbourne for my Master's degree at Monash University, campus clayton. I'm tidy and easy to live with. I have lived in three different shared apartments previously during my bachelor's degree, which makes me used to living with new people. When I'm not studying I'm often at the gym or hanging out with friends. I'm also vegan. I have an airbnb from 4. july until 11. july and would like to find something with a move in date in early/middle of june, but on the 1. august at the latest. I am flexible about the length of stay, but would like to stay at least until nov/dec, and up until 2 years from move in date. I prefer something within walking distance of clayton campus but are also open to other places if there are good bus connections.
I am an Indian Student, looking for safe and reliable accommodation preferably walkable distance to Monash University, Caulfield Campus or public transports. Like my privacy but also socialise and keen to make new friends. Hit me up for neat and tidy person who can also cook.
Hi guys, My name's Trang, and I work full-time in healthcare sector at 2 different clinics and ideally would like to find somewhere in between. I'm pretty easy going and get along well with everyone, clean and responsible as I have lived in shared house before. Love watching Friends, enjoy running and travelling :) I'm looking for a room but also interested in teaming up. Hoping to find somewhere long term. If you have any questions let me know. Cheers
Thank you for looking at my listing! About me - I'm 19 years old, single and a student working a full time job! I'm studying a dual Cert. IV & Cert. III currently :) I own a dog (microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and trained) he's a border collie/staffy and is 17 months old. I'm very social, I'm usually out seeing friends a lot or going to local gigs, but when I'm at home I love my quiet time. I can interact with new people and have no hassle with it! I'd definitely love to make friends with my flatemates! I love music, mostly all genres! (Especially the 70s right now) I'm hoping at the end of the year I get somewhere with music myself! I can sing and can play both piano and bass. I've been also wanting to learn drums really bad. I collect vinyl, love going hunting for them. I do a lot of arts and crafts as well. I watch a lot of drag queens, creators content, anime and Netflix. What it'll be like to live with me - I'll be respectful of the home and of every flatmate too! I'm sweet, smart and definitely can put my hand up for my mistakes. I'm honest and quiet as well. I love a clean home, will do anything I can to ensure I'm tidy and that the house stays perfect! I'm flexible and can deal with changes too. Thank you so much to take the time to read my listing! I hope I hear from you soon. :)
Hi My name is Georgina. I'm currently studying at Deakin as a part time student, so I divide my time between Geelong and Burwood. Im pretty quiet and laid back so won't be a hassle. I am super easy to get along with, respectful of other peoples' space and always clean up after myself. Love to give a helping hand anywhere I can.
I am quiet and yet sociable. Can keep to myself or mix in, whatever is required. I am a good cook and clean and tidy. I am on a disability pension so would prefer a room with no or not too many stairs. Looking for an unfurnished room in the eastern suburbs. Currently living in a private rental but just can't afford the rent here any more as it keeps going up. I would prefer to be in a house or granny flat with mature people. Please note that I am a smoker but happy to smoke outside. TIA
I'm quiet, clean and considerate as a person and housemate, I am an introvert and like to stay to myself and always clean up after doing the cooking, laundry etc so i am not noticed around the house much. Most of my hobbies are online such as sports forums, youtube, chats with friends and I enjoy doing the weekly shopping and cooking for myself and keeping organised. I am retired early (I look young for my age) and have the appropriate savings/investments which means I am reliable with payments.
Hi my name is Max. I come with a male cat by the name of Cosmo. Love to spend my weekends motorcycle riding or catching up with friends. I work a 9-5 job and will be home most weeknights when I don't have anything on. Pretty laid back personality, Like to take things as they come and enjoy a laugh. Cosmo is mainly an outdoor cat however he may come into my room when it is a cold night out. I'm happy to share cleaning and highly reliable when it comes to Rent and Bills. I do prefer a garage to lock up my Motorbike when not riding. Looking for more of a shared house with mature professionals. More than happy to live in a mixed share house as that is where I have come from.
My children and I are easy to get along with, friendly and mostly easy-going. We like keeping a tidy house & even the kids like cleaning! Our dog is very friendly and both the cat and the dog are house-trained. We'll be moving from Sale, Victoria to the Bayswater area where I'm looking to commence study. We spend a lot of time outdoors in nice weather and enjoy exploring our neighbourhood. We're looking for another female to share a house with so the cost of living in Bayswater area is more easy to manage.
Hi! I am looking for a new share-house to call home. I'm studying cooking and would love to share my knowledge with housemates, as well as test out my cooking skills with you! I have previously completed study in musical theatre and have been working in hospitality for 4 years. My hobbies include singing (within reasonable hours & quietly as to not disturb my housemates), playing football and gaming. I'm looking for a chill household with friendly people. I'm respectful of other people's space and privacy and will always be tidy in communal areas. I will of course pay rent in advance for the first month upfront as well as bond. AND if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/dryer/microwave/toaster/etc I'll buy a new one when I move in as my contribution to the house. Look forward to hearing from you.
