Greetings. I am a friendly and sociable guy with a laid back attitude. I enjoy the beach, hockey, paintball and going out and meeting new people. I'm very clean and respectful of others property. I like to think I have a great sense of humour xD I was living in Newcastle for four years back in 2012 before moving to Melbourne. I am currently working but I'm keen on moving back to Newcastle to be closer to family and friends.
I have been house-sitting for a while but now looking for somewhere permanent... Hi, my name is Rhys, I am 36 years old and I've recently returned to Newcastle after living and working overseas and in Darwin for the last 5 years. I currently work full time 8-5, Mon-Fri in the environmental field. I'm a bit over the party scene but enjoy a few drinks occasionally. I like playing a bit of acoustic guitar and heading out to see the odd live gig. Also enjoy getting outdoors on hikes, heading to the beach and exploring around Newcastle. I'm looking for easy going, friendly, clean and respectful housemates who are also a little bit social and just all round cool folk.
Hey friends! I'm a full time student at UON and i work part-time in retail. Long term rental preferred. (At least 6months) not a big party person, being 30(ish) I’m more into red wine and cheese platters than beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard over a cob loaf and a cheeky night out once in a while. I don’t know that many people up here yet (moved up here from the central coast) so would love to find some friendly interactive housemates that share dinners and drinks from time to time and don’t just pass each other in the hallways. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selections are the dinners of champions. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, kinda hates everything, moreso than the usual cattitude (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house (Because noises are scary). not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I have recently moved from the Gold Coast to Newcastle for work. Moving to Newcastle I want to do it right and live right in the mix. I’m a calm dude and really easy to get along with. I value a clean home and some of my interests are reading/writing, skateboarding, eating delicious foods, camping, hiking. I’m an athletic guy and am also pretty into biomechanics. So I lead quite a healthy lifestyle.. To let my hair down I’ll have a cheeky beer but I’m not the type to be stumbling in at all hours of the morning wasted with a group of strangers. I’m on the level and respect others.. I do not smoke either, Best words to describe myself are Independent, mellow, kind
21 year old female looking for a home in the Newcastle/Maitland region, however I'm really flexible with surrounding areas. I have moved around a bit so I'm used to sharehouses and know how it all works! I am quiet and respectful and very focused on work, but I do love unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the night. Happy to sit around and socialise or do my own thing! At this point I am just looking at somewhere short term (2/3months) while I get settled into the area before I can get my own place. Also flexible with move in dates as long as I'm in by the end of July. Let me know what's out there!
Being really easy going and having an open mind means i'm always down for a chat, whether it be over a drink or dinner or even just in the hallway. My creative mind means, I can be a whole lot of fun and can bring light to any situation. Health and well being is my passion so I appreciate living an active lifestyle and making my own recipes. Additionally, I tend to be very organised and tidy, as I take pride in where I live. I'm a bit of a free spirit and enjoy meeting like minded individuals along the way. Lastly, I'm looking for a place to call home, where there is a sense of family rather than just a house. If you think I'd be the perfect fit for your home swing us a message! Cheers, Ash
ia artist (full time 9-5 mon-fri), down to earth, love to hang out but also like my own time as well, clean and tidy, single with no pets. I'm a fairly quiet person and not a party goer but still love to drink occasionally . I love plants but can't seem to keep me alive because I love them too much (over water them haha), I love to spend my time being creative either drawing or book binding, or hanging out with everyone playing board games.
Hi, I'm Jo and I work in Lake Macquarie as an Allied Health Professional and my partner Steve commutes to Sydney daily for work. We have just sold our home and we will be relocating interstate in mid August 2018. In the interim we are looking for short-term accommodation until we move. If you are looking for someone for less than 2 to 3 months we may consider that as well. We are a quiet, yet easy going and friendly couple. We both work long hours, are exceptionally tidy and we will respectfully treat your home as if it is our own. Thank you :)
Hey guys! My names Romie. I am moving down here from Brisbane. I am originally from Sydney so I do have a big social life in the big smoke. I am very social but also like my down time as I am currently in my second-year studying Nursing :-). Cannot. Emphasis. This. Enough. I am FANATIC about being clean!
We're a young couple that's been in a monogamous relationship for about four and half years, we're very friendly and super out going, we're kind and considerate and we always clean after ourselves, we're very responsible and we're also urgently looking to move out! :)

I like being sociable and am easy to get along with but I also like my own space and am respectful of others personal space.
Hey there. I've just moved up from Sydney for a new job and am looking for a place closer to work in Mayfield. I'm a easygoing, friendly, clean person who would make an excellent housemate. I'm working full time and am mostly pretty quiet, but am up for a drink, chat, netflix or gaming session when I'm home. Hope to see you soon!

Hi there! My boyfriend and I are interested in moving out of our current house at the end of our lease (27/7/18). I’m a nurse at Belmont hospital and Steven is a 2nd year apprentice chef in Merewether. We are hoping for somewhere with a bigger backyard and cheaper bills is always a bonus! We are both non smokers, quiet people and clean and tidy. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Hi, I'm Lily. I am currently studying Visual Arts at Hunter Street tafe, Newcastle. When I'm not studying, I am working part-time for a small business in Maitland. Although I am only 18, I work hard at all that I do. Therefore my bills will always be paid on time. I always enjoy hanging out with friends, making art and wholefoods cooking (I'll always clean up after myself). I'm a very independent but communal living person. I am tidy and friendly and I will respect your space. I would love to find a place to live in Newcastle East or around that area, where I can be close to friends, the beach and, Tafe!
I'm very neat and tidy. I've lived in shared apartments before so I'm accustomed to living with flatmates. I'm pretty chill most of the time; I like to avoid drama and I get along well with most people. I will be studying Psychology at Uni of Newcastle but I won't psychoanalyse you unless you ask me to. Really great at giving advice i.e. being the mom friend. I paint, I like to go hiking, and I enjoy the occasional night out on the town. If you like to party, you're in good hands - I host parties for a living. (If you hate parties, don't worry, I'll keep it out of the house.) My teachers say "I was a pleasure to have in class".
