My name is Cordelia and I am an architecture student from Aarhus, Denmark. This fall I´ll be on an exchange in Newcastle, studying arts. I´ve never been East of Europe before, so I can´t wait to experience your end of the world ((: Just a little about me; I love winter bathing and do so all year around. I have a dream of jumping on a boat and sail for half a year. I´ve begun learning Spanish (but oh that takes time!) and enjoy traveling very much. - oh, and I´m pretty good at baking buns! I’ve lived in a flat with roommates for several years already, and enjoy socializing after classes, but I do at the same time respect privately and a closed door 🙂 I look very much forward to hear from you and please feel free to ask any question 🙂 Have a great day!
Hi, My boyfriend Jake and I are looking to downsize from the house we are currently renting to a share house. We have decided to do this so that there is less yard maintenance and also for the social aspect of share housing. We are looking for pet friendly accommodation that would be suitable for our medium sized dog, Molly. A decent sized backyard would be needed. Ideally, we would like to find a share house, or a studio room, with friendly, easy-going housemates (ages 25-35). An ensuite would be an added bonus. We are both neat and tidy and I have lived in many share houses in the past. We don't go out much but are happy to have a few social drinks at home on weekends. We would prefer to have 1-2 other housemates, rather than a house with lots of people, and would prefer to live with like-minded professionals. I work shift work as a vet and work various days throughout the week and on weekends. Jake is a full-time carpenter who works Monday to Friday, and the odd Saturday here and there. I enjoy spending my time brunching, hanging out at the dog beach or going home to my parent's farm every few weekends to chill out and go horse riding. Jake enjoys soccer, fitness and occasionally having a few drinks with mates at the pub. Thanks, Jemma
I’m about to start at the university of Newcastle to eventually get a bachelor of occupational Therapy. I’m super friendly and easy going, I always love meeting new people, and traveling when I can. I am really tidy and actually strangley enjoy cleaning. I’m from Tamworth originally but have been in Wollongong for the last 6 months and in the UK two years before that.
I'm a current student at the University of Newcastle studying engineering. I spend most of my time either studying on campus or at the gym. I am easy to talk to, thrive in groups but also enjoy being alone. I'm respectful of privacy and like to keep my space clean.
Hello there! We are a friendly couple looking for a room to rent or potential team ups to find a new place. We both work full time Monday to Friday and don't do much after work besides watch tv and cook dinner and that is how our weekends are spent as well but aren’t afraid to party it up now and then. We do smoke but outside only of course. If we sound like your kind of house mates feel free to message me 😊
Hi ! We are a french couple. Ben is a mechanical engineer and I am a management student. We are easy going, tidy and respectful people, very social. We like to keep busy and are into sports. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. Laura & Ben
Hi there, I'm Kelly! I am a friendly, neat and tidy person. I'm a fulltime receptionist working in Newcastle looking to move out of my parents' house. I like getting to know people, but I will also respect your privacy if you respect mine. I love cats, and am sad to leave mine, so if you have a cat, then we will probs get along great! I like having my boyfriend over on weekends, as that's the only time I can see him. I like cooking for myself, watching movies, tv and musicals.
Am looking for a house mate or two to get a place with in Newcastle for Uni. I’m in my first year of studying a Bachelor of Law and Development Studies. Apart from my studies, I enjoy being outdoors whenever I can, going to the gym and letting my hair down on the occasional weekend. However, I also love my down time and will also respect yours. I’m always up for a chat, but in saying that will also respect your personal space. I am clean and tidy and easy to get along with. Hit me up if interested in being house mates!
I am a 30 YO PhD student at Newcastle university. I am currently in Melbourne for my PhD project but I am moving back up to Newcastle this weekend. I have been awarded Australian Scholarship covering all my living costs and tuition fees. Besides I teach at Newcastle university for extra income. I have the university scholarship letters, payslips and a very good recommendation letter from my last landlord in Newcastle. I am a quite person yet outgoing, respectful, clean and tidy.
Hi all, I'm looking for somewhere to live around merewether or cookes hill, Newcastle. I used to live in merewether a year ago and I'm keen to return! I currently work in hospitality, I'm a clean, friendly and sociable housemate. im looking for a room to rent, but would be open to teaming up with some fellow house hunters ☺️
Hey! We are both currently studying to become teachers and both work part time/casual. We are into anything outdoors, beach, walks/adventures but are also happy to lounge around the house on the odd lazy/rainy day and play some board games or settle in for some A+ Netflix show with some drinks and snacks. Neat and tidy and respect others privacy as we do enjoy ours. We are keen to find someone/a couple to find a space with so send me a message if this sounds like it suits what you are after :).
I’m a 28 yr old, full time accountant still studying commerce at uni. I have a beautiful 1 Yr old dog Bonnie that I absolutely adore. We love heading down to the dog beach on the weekend and curling up watching tv at night. I’m not one for partying but don’t mind the odd drink at home with a few friends. I’m a pretty good cook but don’t get a great deal of time for it. Looking for some like minded people to start a share house with, so let me know if this sounds like you!
We are a clean and tidy couple. We have a little ginger cat called Mr Noodles he’s a rad cat super friendly doesn’t scratch or bite. We are social and outgoing but more than happy to keep to ourselves. We both work full time with standard office hours.
Hi everyone! My name is Zahra, I'm 19yrs old and I've been living in Newcastle slightly over 1 year now. I'm looking for a new house to call home, preferably around or under $150 but up to $200 a week. I have a 1.5yr old cat with me as well, his name is Kitty. He's super friendly, really loves new people and will almost definitely want to cuddle with his new housemates! I have a reliable income from my job at a local fruit and veg shop in Newcastle that I work at Mon-Fri and have been living in various share-house arrangements since I graduated high school in 2015 so I have plenty of experience sharing a home with others. I am a friendly, introverted girl; I like spending my time on the weekends doing my own thing in my room or getting other odd jobs done out and about. Despite my age I don't enjoy going out to pubs so I'm not someone you'll have to worry about coming home drunk when everyone's asleep or being loud. I do enjoy having a drink here and there, just pubs/clubs aren't my thing, I'd rather have it in the comfort of my own home with people I know. I'm a very clean person, I like to keep things tidy and am certainly capable of cooking, cleaning and looking after myself and my cat. I do not drive so I'd like to be in a location close to my job in Newcastle. Please contact me if I sound like a suitable housemate or you're interested in teaming up for a new place! Looking to move A.S.A.P.
Hi my name is Riley, I moved to Newcastle from New Zealand a couple of years ago and I currently work as a Structural Engineer. I'm currently exploring options as my long term house mate has bought his own place and is moving out. It's important to me that I'm living with people who I can spend time with on weeknights and during the weekends, as opposed to just 'living' with people who never see eachother. I'd ideally like to live with working professionals who don't party all the time but who enjoy socialising and don't mind the odd drink on the weekend. I'm tidy, easy to get along with and respectful of other people's space and privacy. I'm very active and enjoy being outdoors, going to the gym and chilling the beach. Any questions let me know
