Friendly, adaptable full time student looking for a place in between the beach and uni. Pretty neat and tidy, happy to help chip in with the chores and always down for some quiet drinks. Half Australian/Thai, I have spent a few years growing up in Singapore. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing and I love spending time in the surf.
Hi! I'm moving back to Newcastle to study teaching after several years abroad. I'm reliable, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy coffee, reading, watching movies & TV. Definitely not a party animal.
I'm a PhD student at UoN, looking for a furnished room in a clean house with an outdoors spot where I won't disturb anyone by smoking. I'm studying linguistics and currently I'm working on a language spoken in the Solomon Islands. I have lived in share arrangements in the past, together with people of different ages, from different backgrounds and with different interests and have always enjoyed it. I'm tidy and clean and like to share a home and not just the space. I'm respectful of everyone's habits and their personal space and appreciate a relaxed atmosphere. I'm looking for a place to stay and feel at home from now until at least April 2018. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
~ Sydney uni student starting an internship in Newcastle ~ I'm a uni student from Sydney moving to Newcastle for 6 months for an engineering internship. I'm from up the coast originally. For the last 4 years, I've been living in sharehouses and student accommodation in Sydney... meaning I'm well-versed in the art of: flatmate banter/holding on whilst the bathroom's in use/tetris to maximise fridge space/cleaning up after myself, and related skills :P Bit of a cliché, but I'm very easy-going and friendly. Looking for a place with decent people, possibly also young/students, with whom I can get along with. I generally cook for moi, motivated by my affinity for carbs and faint past as a stingy 1st yr student. Nevertheless, I don't shy from a chat/chill/chai with roomies. I like hanging out with friends, I go for a run here and there, and like listening to music (dw, no blasting out loud). I'll be working Mon-Fri, and chilling out some of the other time. I'm pretty clean. Never lived in Newcastle, but I'm looking forward to it! Go the Knights!
I am a thirty-year-old professional about to relocate from Adelaide to Newcastle for a new job. I would describe myself as being friendly, easy going, neat and tidy. I am considerate of privacy and respectful of others. My health and fitness is important to me; I am a non-smoker and a vegan. I enjoy walking and a bit of yoga. As a musician, I enjoy playing acoustic guitar in my spare time. I love the ocean, so spending some time at the beach is high on my list of things to do. Looking forward to finding a share housing with likeminded, friendly and easy going house mates to enjoy beautiful Newcastle with. Cheers! :)
I'm 19 and a student at university of Newcastle. Looking to move closer to uni. I work permanently and love animals. I'm super easy going, not too much of a party person and keep to myself a lot of the time ☺️
I'm a student at the University of Newcastle, studying a Bachelor of Arts. I am a quiet, reliable room mate who likes to watch movies/tv shows and play video/board games. I have two pets; a sassy bird named Ralph and a friendly dog named Perri. Finding a share house that has other pets as well would be wonderful, as I think Perri would love to have another animal to socialise with.
I am clean and quiet, i looking for the same in a house mate. No pets, I have allergies :( Kind and friendly and very considerate of others in the home. My wonderful house mate of several years is getting married soon, so for me its time to move on :) i prefer females i prefer to share with 1, 2 maximum I have shared with teenagers and young adults -both male and female.
I am a medical professional working full time. Looking for a place for the next 6-12 months. Happy to live anywhere in the Newcastle region. Will be moving in July, early August at the latest. What you will get: - a quiet housemate whom you may not see much of due to work and study (sometimes odd hours) - reliable payment of rent - happy to contribute my share of chores etc.
Hey there! My name is Lauren Emery and i am in need of a room for rent. I am a really chilled out person and absolutely love music. I am currently up on the gold coast as i had to move back to help out my parents but will be coming back down on the 5th or 12th of July and was hoping to jump straight into a room as i didn't really want to get a hotel in the meantime of looking for somewhere. I have a full time job that i will be starting as soon as i get down there in traffic control so work is not an issue for me. I do enjoy a drink or two when i get the chance and stuffing my face with amazing food, i also love my Xbox as i am a closet nerd (the cool kind haha.) I always pay rent in advance and always pay everything on time, I have a really good rental history just don't know if i would get approved on an application form as I am not working until I get down there. I love all animals so wouldn't mind a bit if you had a family pet, I have lived in shared houses before so I know how to be mindful of other people and respect your privacy as well. I am hoping to find more of a home where we don't hide in our rooms and ignore each other. I love meeting new people, going to new restaurants and everything! If you are interested in me moving in i would love to hear back from you! Cheers!
Hi everyone, I'm a busy PhD student (male/29yo) working 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week. I'm neat, clean and quite so looking for the same housemates. you probably won't see me at home as come back home around 7 or even sometimes 10pm. Please feel free to contact me (text is preferred) if you have have any questions.
Easy going, quiet, tidy couple, we never fight or carry on and are always friendly and up for a chat. Both of us are super keen on fishing so we spend alot of our spare time fishing or out and about on an adventure of some sorts. We have an older medium sized mixed breed dog who sleeps inside mainly due to health reasons and enjoys soaking up some sunshine in her free time and we also have an inside cat. Feel free to send me a message me if you have a room available that might suit us and want to meet up or if you are keen to team up to rent a place. :)

Hi! I'm 19 years old and currently studying Primary Teaching (2nd year) in Port Macquarie. Looking for a place in Newcastle as I'm relocating for Uni! I'm clean and down to earth, always at the beach in my spare time and not a partier but don't mind sharing a few drinks. Easily adaptable and happy to do the dishes!
I am a clean and tidy single male. Looking for long term accommodation if possible. I am easy going, friendly and sociable but respect others privacy. I am employed as a maintenance/handy man. I enjoy music among many other things.
Hello! I am Marissa, or Missa for short. I currently study at Callaghan and I'm a car-loving gamer and book freak. I'm a clean freak and an introvert so no wild parties from me, but I don't mind to join in with others at times. I don't really drink much but I'm happy to have a glass at times and I like to have one or two friends visit. I study a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, second year, and I love studying languages (currently in Japanese but also want to study Korean, too). My ideal locations are anywhere within a walk or bus ride from Callaghan campus excluding Jesmond. I prefer to keep costs to a minimum so my absolute maximum is $160/week including bills. If I had to say three main criteria for my perfect place it'd be safety (current place is in a dodgy suburb), avoiding Jesmond and off street parking is a must (my car is my baby). Overall, I'm clean and quiet usually, and I both like to hang out with housemates as well as time out to myself. I think I'm fairly easygoing. :) - Marissa
I am a very easy going person, I don't go out much but I'm always keen to chill with some friends . Currently doing my Masters in Business Administration and Human Resources so I'm pretty much a book worm. Also work part time which doesn't give me much time to socialise but I take every opportunity to make new friends .
