Hi! I’m Ash, a bubbly & friendly 25yr old gal. I work pretty long hours Monday to Friday in sales & marketing & also currently studying via correspondence to become a personal trainer. I love the beach, adventures & meeting new people & spend most of my time at work or the gym. I am great to live with because I am super respectful, honest & understand privacy, personal space, being clean & am reliable with bills :) Hope to hear from you!
I'm a 29 year old professional who has recently returned to Australia after living in Madagascar for three years. I'm house proud, and am definitely an advocate of the 'tidy house, tidy mind' lifestyle. While I definitely need my downtime, ideally I will find a house with friends who relax with a wine or coffee and a chat. I take care of my health and want to live around people who are the same. I'll be new to the Newcastle area so definitely keen to make friends and explore the region! I enjoy cooking, camping, reading, yoga and beach times.
Hi everyone! Patrick and I are both quite the nerds. We both enjoy gaming on PCs and Patrick also enjoys gaming on his console. So we wouldn't be in anyones hair unless you game of course :P I do like to cook, mainly prepping on a Sunday for the week ahead, so you will mostly only run into me in the kitchen. We do enjoy a couple of drink every so often, but overall don't party, and do not smoke. Looking for an apartment with either another person or another couple, so the house isn't too crowded. We would also like to have our own bathroom if possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us :)
Working f/t. I am a non smoker, who treats a property with respect. I have most furniture I would need, and a fridge. Looking for my own space, am sick of sharing my home with inconsiderate liars that invade my privacy. Want to adopt a rescue dog (much better company to come home to)
I'm a 4th year medical student new to Newcastle looking for somewhere to live during the remainder of the semester. I'm originally from Sydney but I've lived in sharehouses in Armidale for the past 3years and I was recently living in Sweden for 6months. I am on placement at the John Hunter Hospital and generally spend most of the day there throughout the week. I'm very active and I go to the gym regularly. I also play volleyball and football (soccer) socially. I am easy-going and very neat and tidy. I tend to keep myself especially with studying but I'm always keen to get around a bit of banter, sport and trashy reality TV shows.
Hey, I'm a 23 year old female, have been living alone for the last 3 years but to save money I'm looking to move in to an already made home or meet another girl willing to find a new place to make home. I'm keen to make friends with my roommate, and hang out over trashy tv or a few drinks but also can respect privacy and like my alone time too. I work full time in a law firm in Newcastle, so either looking to live close to work or in Charlestown as I don't drive. I am a girl that does like to have fun on the weekends when I can though, so if you want to join me on some fun times message me :)
I am a 23 year old female, currently on a working holiday visa from England, working full time at Urth Fitness on Watt Street. I moved to Australia in December, from travelling Asia 4 months prior. Before my travels, I completed my masters degree at university. I am a very active person who loves to play sport and gym, and spend time at the beach on my days off. I love to socialise with friends, with a glass of wine or 2, but I also like down time as well. You can definitely win me over with a nice cup of Yorkshire tea.
I'm quiet, keep to myself, fun and good to talk to and get along with. I'm clean and currently looking for work as well as studying unfortunately where I'm currently living I have to be out by October due to renovations happening.
I am currently looking to move out of home and preferably closer to in town as that is where i work full time as a mechanic. I keep fit by attending the gym almost every afternoon. I also work most Saturdays. Although I am only 18 i can assure you that i am not only responsible but also capable of looking after and respecting both the household and the housemates.
Hi I'm Steven! I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Newcastle. I recently moved here from Scotland to study and am looking for a share house close to Callaghan campus. I am a very friendly person, always up for a chat but I will also respect your privacy! I love to socialise so would be looking for flatmates who would be keen to go for the odd drink or to share the odd meal with!
Hey im Daniel, IVe recently moved home after 5 years living interstate and am looking for a nice place to rent close to the heart of it. Im pretty much your standard young bloke enjoy a few beers, hitting the gym and anything outdoors. Ive rented for around 8 years in share houses so im fully accustom to respecting different people their views and their space. I also have 2 dogs it would be amazing if i could bring them along too.
My name is Charlotte Alemao (27 yrs), I am moving to Newcastle, Australia from Goa, India to complete my PhD in immunology at Hunter Medical research centre. I ain't-a fussy roommate, love giving space and a stickler for house rules if there are any. Love the beach and a self-proclaimed great chef and I am very into sports. Allergic to dairy products especially albumin (eggs), pet dander (cats and dogs unfortunately although I do love them, I am not a monster!). I can blend in like a chameleon (haha! my spirit animal :)). I love the beach as my hometown is filled with them its only natural! A total coast girl!
I have just recently move to Australia from the Philippines where I studied and I am now working full time as a Customer Support for a bank. I love breakfasts. I am always up for a good time, and some adventures. I have a serious oreo addiction. But most importantly, I'm very easy going, laid back and tidy, I like to keep things clean and organised. I am very respectable of others' privacy.
21 year old moving to the Newcastle area. Looking for a room to rent at a maximum price of $200 including bills and maybe wifi until I get more settled in, also a room with no furniture as I have my own. Only looking at a maximum 6 months. A bit about - I’m easy going, enjoy spending time with friends and also love going to the beach as I am from the country. I love meeting new people and going out now and again. I like things clean and tidy. I’m a non smoker and can’t really live with pets inside especially cats as i am allergic to some animal furs (massive pain in the butt as I do love animals). If you would like to know anything else or think I would suit your home, let me know.
Just looking to get out of my place after a break up (bad memories and such), I work full time as a chef so I’m out of the house most of the time. I’m pretty tidy and I keep to myself. Looking for a room to rent or a possible team up
Hello! We are a couple in our mid-twenties from Sydney who will be moving to Newcastle/Hunter Region. I am studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science in Sydney and work part-time, and will be transferring to the University of Newcastle, Callaghan campus and would prefer accommodation within 10-15 minutes from campus and near public transport. My partner currently works full-time, and enjoys the outdoors, but likes his down time as well. We are quiet people, neat and tidy, we won't mind sharing the house chores or having a chat :). Our preferred accommodation would be in a flat or house sharing with 1 or 2 others at the most, preferably in a quiet household, a 1 bedroom granny flat, unit or the like with off-street parking.
I'm 33, working full time, clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle. I much prefer nights in watching movies over nights out these days but do still enjoy the occasional night out every now and then! Interested In living with people close to my age in and around the Newcastle area - who are easy going and don't take life too seriously! Ideally I’m looking for somewhere with air conditioning and a garage. Also keen to team up with someone to find a nice place! Msg me if you think we would make good housemates.
Hi! This is Bec and Lani :) We are two friendly and down to earth ladies looking for a new place to call home. We are both young professionals working full time as a registered nurse and teacher. We are both quite social but also enjoy our own space and downtime. We are responsible, cleanly, tidy and respectful of others and their belongings. We enjoy outdoor activities, travelling, movie nights, cheese and wine, and other social events. We're are looking for similar housemate/s. Disregard the advertised date. Our current lease ends October 10th and we are looking to move in the week or two prior. Please contact us if you feel you might be suitable :)
Hellooooo I am currently looking for people to team up with and find a place. I am currently living with two gals and have for the last 5 years or so and has worked really well so hoping for something similar to that :) I am currently in hamilton south so hoping for somewhere around there also cooks hill, merewether, the junction etc. I have over 5 years rental history and have all furniture (except for a dining room table) so all you would need is furniture for your room :) I am looking for a household that is similar to my current one. We are all friends rather then housemates and regularly do family dinners (currently bachie night lol yes I love the bachelor). It is nice to be able to have a wine or food together but also respect each others alone time. I am currently working part-time and studying at uni full-time. I also gym most mornings so during the week I am usually pretty busy. When I'm not at uni or work I am hanging out with friends, eating out (I am a major foodie), at the beach or having a drink! I also have a 7 month old staffy who is fully toilet trained who would be moving with me :) Anyway enough with the essay if you think we would live well together send me a message we can organise to get coffee or something :)
Hi :) I have been living in share houses for 6 years now, and I'm really sick of having my stuff stolen and damaged so I'd really love my own place, or even to share with just one other like-minded and lovely lady. I work in medical administration and I am in between studying different medical degrees. I am creative and would love some space to paint but that's not the biggest necessity. I'm friendly and social but also keep to myself a lot and love my sleep. Won't lie, I'm a huge nerd and also a huge environmentalist. I just really care about a lot of things aha. I'm generally really quiet and polite and clean and I like to keep things relaxed. I have been professionally renting through real estate for over 2 years now, at 2 different locations, so I have a good rental history, and I know how to look after a property and respect other people and their belongings. I'm really aiming to get my own place, but I definitely want out of where I'm currently living by the end of the lease in October so I am open to moving into an already established house. I'd only like to live with one other person though and I'd love for us to get along well and have a lovely homey environment. If you have a full property, granny flat, or just a spare room in a nice house I'd love to hear from you :)
Hey there :) Just moved to Newcastle from Brisbane for work. I am 23 and am pretty chilled out, always happy to meet new people but also like my own space sometimes. I am neat and tidy and have lived on my own for the last few years. I would love to teamup and get an awesome terrace share house with a few people somewhere closer to the CBD, if you're interested get in touch!
From Victoria seeking a change of scenery and lifestyle. Pretty chill and try to keep everything as clean as I can. Have been labouring for the past 18 months and have saved up some money, but it is now time to find a career path. Looking to get back into my fitness and Im gonna learn to surf.
