Hey, I am a software engineer looking for an accommodation in Newcastle. I mostly keep to myself and not that much of a party guy. I like to read and play video games in my free time. I am looking for a house-share type of accommodation with an independent furnished room having air-conditioning and internet.
About to start studying radiography so I'm looking for a place not too far from the Uni. I love going to the beach, going to gigs and always up for meeting new people. I currently live in Coffs Harbour and am looking to move to Newcastle early to mid Feb.
Hey! I’m a 2nd year student at UoN looking for a place close to the uni. I’m looking for a 3 bedroom place with a friend so we need one more leg for the tripod. We’re both studying medicine and are super friendly and easygoing people. I love cooking, going to the gym, chilling out, going to the beach etc.
Hello! My name is Georgia. I am looking to live in Newcastle. I am currently living on the Central Coast. I am a 4th year university student studying a bachelor of Primary School Teaching (honours) at Callaghan. I have two part-time jobs. I am an educator in before and after school care. I also work in Charlestown Square in retail. I'm very hard working, love to socialise and always clean up after myself. I love to keep active, open to meeting new people and enjoy casual drinks. I am very trust-worthy, honest, love spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy to read, shop and cook. I am looking to relocate this month. I have reliable references and paper work filled out. Contact me if you are keen on organising an inspection time :)
Hey there! I'm Sarah, I'm an 18 year old student about to start Medicine at Newcastle uni. I'm a respectful, friendly person who puts in to the house work and likes to keep communication open. I've been living away from home for a year and like to think I've gotten decent at cooking - happy to cook dinner for a social meal and chat with housemates or leave you to your own thing, since I'll also be studying a lot. I play guitar and sing, and I'm very skilled at taking spiders outside so you'll never have to touch them again! Happy to live with all kinds of people, animals etc. Would prefer a non smoking place but I'm flexible. Don't have a car so access to public transport/the uni is a big plus.
Hey roomie! 🤓 I’m from Muswellbrook and I just got a job in the Newcastle area working for myself (stable income 😉), I leave early and come back late, your favourite type of room mate 😂 I love people and the beach 🏖, I’m pretty artistic person I do a lot of drawings and paintings 🖼 Honestly, I’m just looking for somewhere safe to sleep eat and live without doing 8 hours commute 😑 I’ve done a tenancy/rental course. 📝 I already know the ins and out legal and practical. I’ve lived alone since 15, very hygienic living style. I’ve had multiple room mates with me being on the lease, so I know what it’s like. 😭 I can get furniture if needed! Look I’m an open book if you have ANY inquiries just flick us a message hey!
Easy going, love a good trip to the beach, low maintenance kind of person. Originally from Wollongong, starting a degree in social work. Looking to move around mid-February, will have own car so would prefer parking space. Not the biggest party person but always up for a good time. Have a cat at home that my parents don't love, so would be amazing if I could bring him with me (but not 100% necessary)
Hey there :) I grew up in Adelaide, moved to Melbourne 5 years ago to study to become a Chiropractor and now I'm moving to Newcastle to begin my first job as a Chiro! I love the outdoors and you'll often find me at the beach either swimming or walking. I also get crazy excited about going to the farmers markets and cooking meals for my roomies and friends. I'm looking for a share house filled with clean and respectful individuals who enjoy each others company and hanging out :)
My name is Maria, I’m 21 years old. I have a great personality and super easy to get along with! Love being social when I can. Netflix, gym and dance are my hobbies. I work an average of 30-38 hours per week! Respectful of others personal space and privacy but also don’t want to just brush shoulders in the hallway! I’m a clean and tidy person and always down for a chat :) please get in contact if you or anyone you know have a place. Thanks! Looking to move in early next year or next convenient!
Neat, respectful and easy going. Happy to keep to myself and/or be social with others. I enjoy cooking and don’t mind doing the dishes! I am relatively quiet and enjoy my own company, so there’s no risk of any wild parties or anything of the sort happening. I do however like to chat to people and love having good people that I get along with around me if having me be a bit more of a social butterfly is preferred. I’m pretty chilled either way :) I do smoke, but no more than maybe five or less in any one day and would always do so outside in a well ventilated area, I also have a good habit of disposing of cigarette butts appropriately and promptly once finished. I am currently, and have been for the last seven years, working as an AIN, and often am working on a rotating roster, so shift work is inevitable. I am happy to move out of where I am now and into a new place ASAP! :) look forward to hopefully meeting nice people and living in a comfortable, relaxed and cosy feeling home Kindest regards, B.
Very easy going person working shift work 24/7 looking for a place for myself & my dog ,who whenever possible goes where I go. Socialise her as much as possible & is well -behaved. Have been told quite a good cook when get the chance & like to grow my own food .
Interested in relocating from current student sharehouse to nearby Mayfield. Studying a diploma at Newcastle Tafe. Am young looking and sociable, and I tend to be tidy, quiet and considerate, along with sharing in the house cleaning. My hobbies include short walks, yoga, choir, and going out socialising on Saturdays/weekends.
Hola, I'm Mitch. Moving back to Newcastle to study Engineering at UON. I have been in Brisbane with the Army/ Ambulance since I was 18. Super clean and tidy, can thank the Army for that. Also know CPR if anyone has too big of a night :D Looking for respectable, clean and driven housemates who are looking to make the house a home. Ill most likely be in my room studying if what they tell me about Engineering is true, but if your ever keen to do something, I've been told Ive got a rubber arm.
I'm Gemma. I'm 21 in July and moved to Newcastle two years ago from Dubbo for Uni. I'm studying a double degree in Law and Communications and work casually. I have lived on campus at the University the past two years and do have an offer to move back in, however I would love to find an alternative if possible as living on campus can get pretty hectic (and expensive) sometimes. I'm pretty easygoing and always up for a chat! In between a busy degree and work I enjoy some downtime binge watching Netflix or hanging out having a few drinks/playing board games with friends. I like going to the beach on my days off and I am usually pretty tidy, especially in common spaces. I also make a mean lasagna. Looking for a fun but relaxed house where the housemates can become friends and hang out but also respect each other's personal space when we want to nap or just relax on our own. Ps. Dog in the photo is my parent's dog, I won't be bringing any pets with me.
Hey, I'm a 25yo retail assistant/soon-to-be-again student just looking for a pretty chill house to move into or some easy-going people to team up with for a place. I work part-time, normally about 3 days a week, but also volunteer at a few local art galleries and will be starting my second BA this year at UNSW (commuting 1 day a week to start) so I'm out quite a bit. I stay pretty busy so I do like being able to come home to a kinda quiet place and having my space but still would love to move into a place with similar people that I could get along and hang out with. I'm tentatively looking for a place for 6 months right now just because if my study load/number of days I need to be in Sydney changes with later uni terms then I'll probably move down there later on. Message me if you have any more questions :)
Hi , I’m a 23yr old International Student from Kenya , currently working part time for a catering company . I love watching movies , going to the beach , hikes and the occasional drink after a hectic day.
Hi, my name is Emily and I am currently studying Primary Teaching at UoN. I am looking to find a place to live in Newcastle as I am from the country. I am flexible in regard to location as long as it is within a reasonable distance from the uni. Hoping to meet some new people and make some new friends but I am also respectful of personal space and enjoy my downtime. In my free time, I enjoy being creative, playing netball, reading and going to the beach among other things. I am very clean, respectful and easy to live with. Hoping to move in around early to mid-February and looking to share with females only.
Hi there, I'm quiet, easy-going, respectful and reliable. I enjoy cooking, listening to podcasts, and riding my pushbike around. I'm currently studying, and hope to finish my teaching degree this year. I've lived in Newcastle for about 7 years all up - I returned in 2017 after 12 years spent mainly overseas. My partying days are long behind me. I'm looking for a stable base of operations without having to worry about constant noise or a million people coming and going. Friendly housemates would make a nice change, though.
I'm moving from Melbourne to Newcastle and looking for a place to stay! I have been in share houses for the past 5 years, I am easy going and like to keep common areas clean. I work full time as an engineer and will be spending my weekends exploring Newcastle and NSW. Looking for housemates that are happy to hang out around the kitchen on a weeknight but also respect each others space. I am currently looking for two available bedrooms - one for myself and one for my friend who I would like to move in with. She is also an engineer moving to Newcastle.
I'm a final year nursing student at the University of Newcastle and work part-time shift work as an AIN. I love candles, baking, and binge watching tv shows. I'm the sort of person who enjoys company, but having lived in share houses for the last two years, I respect people's personal space as well.
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
Riley and I are a couple who will be studying our first year at uni in engineering and medcine. We are moving away from our home so we want a friendly environment to move into.
