I’m moving from Sydney to Newcastle to study at the University for a semester, looking for somewhere that’s easy to get to uni from but also easy to get to Sydney. I’ll be going back to Sydney to stay with my GF most weekends so will probably only be around 4 nights a week. I’m quiet, considerate and tidy, looking for somewhere I can relax, study and play video games. Need a furnished room with a bed and desk.
We're both really easy going and friendly. Love a chat or a casual drink but not big party people. Both 28, working full-time and have lived in shared accommodation previously so are respectful and tidy. We have a dog named Lillie who's super quiet and friendly, as well as good with other dogs. She's a very squishy American Bulldog, isn't needy or hypo, just loves a cuddle and to sit in the same room with you. We are relocating from Sydney so keen to meet other friendly people. Heath will still be working from Sydney as he'll be staying in his current role. We're looking for a place that's okay having him stay Friday to Monday and I (Kaitlyn) would live at the house full-time.
Hi there, Am a Student at the University of Newcastle currently in the process of getting my masters of professional accounting degree, i also work full time as a Nurse with Anglican care. I am friendly, easy going and a respectful housemate.I have big respect for someone else's belongings, I keep my space and things clean and I am not a loud person. For fun, I like knowing new places, doing new stuff, hanging out with friends (and why not making new ones?) i am an adventurous person. I am very tidy and dont even mind doing some house cleaning chores if needed to help out around the house. Interests include swimming at the ocean bath / long walks which helps me relax and meditate, I enjoy gaming (own a PS4) especially adventure games.
I am easy going. I do not drink or party but i still like to be social. I work as a nurse and i have just graduated from uon. Looking to rent a modern appartment in newcastle area preferred unfurnished. Please msg me for a teamup.
Hello! I’m moving to Newcastle for a year abroad. I’m from Sweden but I’ve been studying in Dundee, Scotland for the past two years. I’d love to find a place to live with fun people and a good location. I can be independent but I’m almost always up for doing something or going out. In my year here I’d love to explore Australia some more, improve my surfing and just have a good time.
Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. We can't be friends unless we can call each other c*** and a**hole. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
I work full time at the University of Newcastle (8+ hours a day). I have a PhD in chemical engineering and I research on energy utilization. I am very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. I will stay in Melbourne most of the weekends.
I am a first year UoN student studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science! I love the gym, animals & food! I’m originally from Forster. I’m a pretty easy going person as well!
Hi, I’m currently working permanent part-time at Max Brenner (free chocolate) and I will be starting my second job on the 30th of July as trainee at the eye specialist in Kotara. I really enjoy watching movies on my days off, I spend weekends catching up with friends because I don’t get to do that through the week. I moved to Newcastle about 4 months ago and I am currently boarding with my uncle and Aunty. But need to move out very soon as i want to not live with relatives. Easiest way of contacting me is on my mobile or email Madaline Harvey
We are a nice Brazilian couple, who is looking for a quiet and happy place to live, but we enjoy party time. We love to make friends! Allan is studying a PhD at UON and I am looking for a a full-time job.
Very easy going. Busy working part-time and studying at UON. Third year studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology Honours. Like to go out for dinner, have a drink and socialise on the weekends. Also like some down time and personal space. Extremely respectful, neat and tidy. I enjoy going for walks and hikes, working out at the gym, health and fitness, spiritual person (don't mind a bit of yoga and meditation every now and then), cooking (vegetarian and vegan), reading, and enjoy doing art in my down time. Live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle but also like to indulge now and then. Would love to meet some like minded people who I can potentially become great friends with! Much prefer a community and friendly home rather then a share house! Currently living on the Central Coast and looking to move closer to uni for the next few years and for a nice change. Unfortunately unable to move out until the start of August as I am having a surgery at the beginning of July and will need to be at home to recover for the month before I am able to move out.
I'm a current student at the University of Newcastle studying engineering. I spend most of my time either studying on campus or at the gym. I am easy to talk to, thrive in groups but also enjoy being alone. I'm respectful of privacy and like to keep my space clean.
What can I say about myself ... too many to list and all great things. After all, I've known myself all my life. Fabulous personality Could be a comedian So clean you'd think I was a professional cleaner As ugly as sin, so your gfriend / befriend will never be jeolous Social but not up in your biz Of course there's more, but I don't want to ruin the surprise of me :-)
Hi There! I've just sold my house and am looking for somewhere for 6 months or so whilst I finish my degree. I currently work two jobs and am completing a degree and train and play sport a couple of times a week so I live a busy lifestyle. I am able to move really from anytime as settlement has already happened on my property and I'm staying with family as I look for something suitable. If this sounds like an arrangement that possibly interests you, let me know and I'd be happy to come and look and we could meet and discuss. Apologies if I don't reply straight away as I live a very hectic schedule! Cheers, Josh
Scotty, 20 from Lambton, I’m a pub & club guard and also work in a pub casually as my second job. My usual routine is starting work in the arvo / night, I finish and get home in the early hours of the morning anywhere from 1:30 to 4 but I’m a very respectful person I wouldn’t make noise when I do get home! I’m on top of my tidiness & cleanliness!! I’m not a fan of mess lol, non smoker but doesn’t bother me if I live with smokers. When I’m not working I’m either usually catching up on my sleep and watch a bit of Netflix or being social catching up with mates for a feed and a beer or similar. I have a easy going attitude friendly and genuine person.
I am an easy going student looking for a place while at uni (3rd year psyc). I work part time, usually weekends at BWS (so discounts :P) and infrequently travel to Sydney. I cook and clean (a clean kitchen and bathroom is always nice). I am quiet and am respectful of others' space and belongings; and would prefer a place where we all get along and enjoy a laugh together.
Friendly, respectable young guy looking for work wanting to rent a room in the Newcastle area. Responsible, reliable, clean and tidy, can cook, share bills, respect privacy, always willing to help others.
I’m a 26 year old Youth Worker who loves to surf, play soccer, make art, read, go on adventure and just have a good time. Tidy and responsible but friendly and fun.
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.

I am a 2nd year apprentice hairdresser working in newcastle. I have a 4 month old ragdoll kitten named Calvin, he is fully toilet trained and absolutely adorable. I’m a clean friendly person who loves to have a conversation but also loves time to myself, I understand boundaries and the need to do household chores and keep things clean equally, I’m currently studying at the University of Newcastle and working part time about 25-37 hours a week. Happy to meet before deciding anything looking for something Asap so get in touch :)
Along with being a very tidy person, I’m super respectful and would be to the space. I’m not loud and I am always considerate of others. I am currently undergoing my bachelors degree online.
Hello! I'm a 25 year old female PhD student at the University of Newcastle, working at HMRI/John Hunter Hospital. I love to cook and appreciate cleanliness. I'm currently living at home and looking to move out. Ideally, it would be in a house of people with whom i could be friends. I will be in Newcastle for the foreseeable future so longer term stays would be preferable. I have a scholarship until march 2019 so reasonable rent isn't an issue. I'm looking to spend $200pw (including bills and internet) absolute maximum and preferably with a private bathroom but not a necessity. I have a car so somewhere to park would also be ideal. I'm not a party person, a chill night with wine, cheese and netflix suits me fine and I'm happy to keep to myself. I'm a feminist and environmentally conscious so I would prefer to live with similarlly minded people. If I sound like someone you might want to rent a room to (or you have a property in which I could live), please message me!
