Hi there! My names Jess. I work full time in the disability/mental health sector, which I am really passionate about. I love good food, good chats, a bit of outdoor adventure and I certainly don't mind a good Netflix binge now and then. I have a very sweet little dog. Her name is Luna, she is a jack russell cross mini foxy. She is very low key 95% of the time, except those exciting moments where she meets someone or you come home where she likes to show she is happy to see you. She does this by a good old tail wag and if you're lucky some zoomies. Everyone who has lived with her before becomes massively attached. She enjoys a good 18 hours of sleep a day so that she has plenty of energy for walkies, fetch and the beach. She doesn't bark and is completely house trained. The home would need to have a secure backyard and for you to be okay with Luna being inside when I am home. When I am not home she is happy to be outside. She has never damaged furniture or anything alike. I got onto those behaviours from the time she was a puppy so I've had no issues there. I am after a place that is drug free and not a party home. I don't drink (except copious amounts of tea and coffee and I promise I'm not a complete nana). I am not in a huge rush to find somewhere because I am definitely after the right place for Luna and I. I am also completely open to team ups! I love to live in a nice environment and for things to be peachy clean. I am not a fan of clutter but I do love to have plants around. If you think I'd be a nice fit for your place, send a message through and I'd love to meet you. I have certainly had a lot of experience with house sharing and I am quite aware of how to be a good house mate! The biggest thing for me is respect and consideration for the people I am living with, and I hope for the same in return. I have a great rental history and more than happy to provide you with references from property managers and other people I have lived with.
