I have been working full time as a software engineer in the city after graduating at the end of 2017. I'm a relatively relaxed guy and tend to keep to myself but I still enjoy hanging out with whoever I'm living with, whilst still being respectful of others space! I'm extremely clean and tidy, I love to cook and follow a healthy lifestyle, I'm a bit of a environment enthusiast, I love the beach, anything active, playing guitar, gaming and chilling out. Not really pet friendly due to allergies. I have been living in Hove in a share house with two friends since January 2018 and the lease is ending in December due to the house being demolished. I will be moving back in with my family temporarily over the Christmas period and come late January / early Feb I will be looking for a new place to live. My current housemates are going overseas, which leaves me looking for a place solo dolo. I'm cool with teamups! I have come to love this area (Brighton / Hove / Seacliffe) as its closer to the city but still relatively close to the beach, whilst still being near the Seaford train line. So anything around here with NBN/good net compatible houses are preferred!
Hey guys! My name is Ellie and I have lived out of home for the past 3 years. I am working part time in healthcare and studying nursing part time at Flinders. I am tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I love a good chat but appreciate the value of time alone too. As a bonus I come with a super cute kitty who is good value, even when she's sleeping too often, and who loves to keep you company. Please send me a message if you think I might be a good fit for you 😊
Hi! I am a 21 year old, studying psychology at Adelaide University hoping to go on and complete my masters in education. I work full time hours between 2 jobs so am pretty busy so would not be home much, but do love to socialise with a wine or a movie night! Am very clean and love having an organised houseful while being very respectful of privacy and having time alone too. I would love to be friends with my housemates and make the house my home! Message me for more information :)

G'day my name is Ben I'm a 22 year old Easy going reliable country bloke. I'm a quiet guy who is employed in the Security industry and also an Army Reservist. Currently working as a casual Security guard due to distance however will be able to pick up more hours when renting. What will make me a good flatmate is that I like to keep a clean house and I like to help out other people as much as I can when able to. I do enjoy going out and being social like everyone else but also enjoy my down time. I enjoy working out and wouldn't mind gym buddy.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
I am from Edinburgh, Scotland and just arrived in November. I like sport and going to the pub. Hoping to find work in Adelaide starting after Christmas. Not very picky on where I stay, a reasonable location and decent price are all I'm after.
Hello my name is Tyler I am looking for a safe and friendly place to live, close to the beach if possible but not essential. I am a student and work part time doing steel frame housing construction and landscape gardening. I am a relaxed and easy going person who has no criminal record or convictions with all paperwork available upon request. I do not smoke, I don't care if you smoke and drink. If I seem like a fit to you please get in touch with me via flatmates Cheers
We are a couple looking for somewhere nice clean and friendly to live! Both are students who work part time (full time hours) in hospitality meaning we are rarely home to get in anyone’s way
Hello! I’m Georgia. Twenty year old working part time as a 2IC In fashion retail. I am outgoing and easy to get along with. I always keep my house clean and tidy!! I have a 5 year old maltese-shitzu that will also need a home. He is extremely low maintenance, can be both an inside and outside dog depending on the house, but will always sleep inside. He’s always up for a cuddle and loves a game of fetch every now and then..! If I am not working, I will be doing yoga, playing netball, binge watching a new Netflix series, taking my dog for a walk, drinking a beer with some friends or spending some time with my partner. Hoping to find a place towards the end of January and 12+ Months would be preferable but am flexible. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
Uni student at Flinders (Masters Physiotherapy), go to the gym and train BJJ so will be out a bit, like to watch TV in spare time, like to keep things tidy, easy going and repectful of other people's space. Will be back in Adelaide around late February. If anyone is keen to look for a new share house together send me a message.
Hello, (: If you’re reading this, I don’t really know how to describe myself aha. I’m a down to earth guy, well mannered, friendly and considerate. I am quite the night owl, love that time, the worlds calm and peaceful. I enjoy having a few beers at home, listening to music and just chilling. I’m quite a homebody most the time, love binging movies and tv series, abit of a horror fan. although I can enjoy heading out to have a little party session from time to time, I mostly enjoy having a mate over for hangs. I tend to keep to myself a lot, can be the anxious over thinker sometimes, so I would need my housemates to know that just because im quiet or chilling in my room a lot, it has nothing to do with them and they haven’t done anything wrong. Can suck being a extroverted introvert sometimes aha. I think I’m fairly easy to live with, (although everyone has some annoying habits) . Being honest and trying to express your feelings about anything is important. If you would like to know anything more, please feel free to ask. (:
Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway moving to Adelaide to study at the University of Adelaide. I lived in Adelaide during my exchange two years ago, so I'm well used to the city. I'm an easygoing girl who's always looking to learn something new, meet new people and make great memories. I love going to gigs and hanging out with my friends, but am also a huge fan of quiet nights in watching netflix or listening to music. I play flute and guitar, so any future roommate should be comfortable with some repetitive rehearsing every now and then. Other than that I am pretty okay to live with, I know how to keep to myself and try to keep a clean and organised space. I am looking for someone who I can potentially become friends with, that I can talk to when I feel like it and whom I can have dinner with and watch movies with. But I have no problem keeping to myself if you'd prefer that.
I'm clean I don't get in people's way I'm also very outgoing but I will also keep to myself.. I currently don't have a job but on centreline because I will be studying in 2019 and I'm from adelaide but originally new South Wales I have three children who don't live with me and for fun I go out with friends every now and then but otherwise I stay home unless 8 have appointments and seeing my ch8ldr3
Hi I'm Lydia. I have just finished uni and will be working full time at FMC in 2019. Looking to live somewhere close by with 1-3 other young professionals or students. I'm a sociable person but like my quiet time too. In my spare i like to exercise, play tennis and spend time with friends.
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move December 2018 any time period but negotiable for 6 months.
Hi, my name is Aleasha, I am currently studying a bachelor of education/bachelor of science at Flinders University and also working part time at Westfield Marion and would like to find a room in a house close to these areas. I am flexible, easy to get along with and tidy. I like socialising but also value time to myself. I am studying full-time and put my studies first.
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other students or people around my age group (24-30). Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon. As i'll be on a pretty strict budget with full time university (and i mean 8AM-6PM most days) and hopefully a part time job on the weekend- I'm hoping to keep my budget for rent + bills (water, wifi, electricity ect) to $200 a week; (ie: $170 for room, $30 for bills). Ideally an ensuite or more than one bathroom would be preferred, but i'll just be happy to have a nice warm roof over my head. Want to make Adelaide my home, and hoping for a longer term rental if all things go well Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills Also- highly allergic to animals, so a house without them would be preferable :)
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works a different roster every week but mainly nights and weekends. Enjoys cooking, music, having mates around and watching the footy with a cold beer.
