I'm an easy going, happy to talk shit, and slightly dopey aerospace engineering student. I am a window cleaner when I'm not at uni, so the windows will (probably) be nicely kept. Preferred price is around $170 per week, maximum $220 including bills/internet. The lower the cost the better though! ;) For the next two years i'll be studying at RMIT Bundoora. So i could be down for a lease which is that long. Just got to find the right home! I'm hoping to make a few new friends, knuckle down to focus on my study, and live in a lighthearted and chilled environment. I play indoor soccer every week, and am always keen to play sports, or throw a Frisbee. Or just be out-doors to have a gander.
Hi, I'm James! I'm a 21 year old student studying international relations at Melbourne Uni. I work casually in retail, study full-time and also love volunteering! I had an amazing 6 months on exchange in Paris last year, staying with 3 other roommates in a nice apartment. Now back in Melb, I'm looking for some awesome new people to share a place with. I'm really clean and organised, and respect my roommates. Always up for a laugh or a shared dinner. I'm looking for a place centrally located near the city, or in a major urban centre like Caulfield or Box Hill. I'm only interested in apartments, and preferably recently renovated or built. Young roommates (under-25) only! Thanks! :)
Hi my name is JJ and I work full time in Mitcham. As I don't own a car I need a place within walking distance to the 907 bus stop. I'm a quiet and tidy person but is always up for a nice chat. I enjoy watching sport (AFL, cricket and tennis) and I occasionally go to the football on the weekend. I also enjoy relaxing on the couch catching up on my TV's and Movies. I own a huge collection of movies and TV shows on my hard drive so it will take me years to get through them all. Thanks for reading and have a lovely day.
Hi, I work full time as a technician in and around the city, 7:00-3:30 are my typical hours. I grew up in the country and moved to Melbourne 5 years ago for work. I'm a quiet, easy going, friendly and tidy person. I don't mind keeping to myself but enjoy socialising, cooking communal meals and having a few drinks over the weekend. I own a cat, she is toilet trained, well behaved and friendly.
I'm 22, from Melbourne. Commercial Pilot, though currently undergoing further studies. I'm easy going and respect the space I live in. I love to maintain a clean environment and workspace. I've lived out of home for 3 years and familiar with sharehouses. I love cooking various foods, travelling, playing and listening to music, animals (I have a Labrador, who won't be with me), catching up with mates and anything Aviation or Automotive related! I would rather a room that is furnished or semi-furnished, though it wouldn't be a major issue if it isn't. I also own a car which will require parking of some sort. -Looking for either short term or long term- Feel free to message me if you have a listing that would be suitable!
I'm a very busy person, between sport, work, church and a social life, I'm out quite a bit. I love to be social, have a drink and go for a bit of a disco. Also love a chilled night at home with netflix, or friday night footy. Looking to live with people around my age who are friendly and don't mind inviting me into your social hangs at home if I'm around.
Hi there, I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but flexible. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work in the city 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to parklands, bike tracks. Any questions, please ask. Cheers, Andrea. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to use. I have other furniture also, happy to share or if storage is available that would be great!
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, I work part time 5 days a week for a beverage shop, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking and watching my fave series on Netflix. I'm looking for a private room to move in April :) Thanks, Alex
In need of a place with a pool. I run my own pool service and maintenance business and need a pool to regularly test my stuff on. My business is 7 weeks old and i'm BACK IN THE BLACK! BAM! With me in the house the pool will always be perfect. Im a nerd and a handyman, ambitious and a million miles an hour as well as able to relax and have a beer. I bring lots of tools and skills as well as telescopes, puzzles and guitars. I really need a decent mix of people. Ideally 3+ me and mixed in order to have a decent home social life and cheaper rent. I am not looking for a party house, but social is important. I don't hide in my room and I would like to live with people that also don't. I am well house trained. I shower and clean. I can even do dishes! I'm not ocd about cleanliness, but a bit messy and a fallout zone are very different. I have travelled enough now and spent enough time being a kid to be content with settling in the local area to work on my business, which comes with a whole set of new challenges. Looking for my new share family. Matt
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
Down to earth, easy going, tidy and respectful. Born and bred in Australia. Enjoy my privacy but also like to share meals and stuff. I have a small dog, she's lovely to live with, super clean so don't worry about that. I enjoy spending time in nature, eating clean healthy meals, gym, chilling out binge watching shows, hanging out with my dog. Looking for a like minded female to share rent in a two bedroom apartment or a modern house.
Easygoing. Healthy. Quiet. Gamer. I work in a laundry. Have 2 motorbikes and a mountain bike. Yes I go riding. Also a duel cab ute Saving to buy a unit with garage. I prefer to park off street. And a safe place for my bikes. At this stage I have no idea which suburb I want to move to. Somewhere near a trail track and a public pool. Also I'm an adult I must be able to bring home a woman. Not to live but you know what I mean, U know!! :)
Friendly, considerate, good sense of humour, clean and very organised. I'm self employed, work from home and work a lot, which is favourable for those that like their own space. Looking for a large room with ensuite / own bathroom and off street parking. I also have all my own furniture but happy to place most pieces into storage pending discussion. Look forward to meeting with you. Mon
- Working in real estate full time. - gym in the morning - Done some travel, lived in London. - Have always been more inclined to keep to myself but I do enjoy being in the company of other people - Red wine, Ribs, walking, beach - clean and somewhat OCD, Its not unusual for me to spend my RDO Cleaning but I really appreciate cooperation - my bf is like a skin tag that you can't cut off. He will watch the cricket/football/sport with you and I will complain or use the time to annoy my dog who I need to now describe. Blue American staffy called Riley He is strong, will be very excited to see you and will probably love you more than me. He's naughty (stands on tables when unattended) but also very lazy, his tail is a whip - watch your wine/beer. Don't leave your undies out... I hope I haven't scared you all off.
Hi, I'm a 24 yr old male who's recently finished sports journalism at uni and am hoping to get a job in the field. I currently work at crown around 5 days a week. I love all things sports, am layed back and enjoy the occasional afternoon bevo. I've lived with both females and males in the past so I'm not fussed as to who I live with. My current lease ends on the 4th of February and I'm happy to move into something that's available now.
I'm clean, quiet and respectful. Oh, and I love to cook! I'm a full-time Master of Teaching student at the moment and also work as an accountant and private tutor. Looking to share with probably just one or two other people. Male or female, no massive party animals though!
Looking for a place short term while in Melbourne from Adelaide. I start work early around 8am so early riser. Prefer to cook during the week. Not a partied but don't mind the odd drink or two. Neat and tidy person.
Im Kat! 23 y/o female who is going back to study at RMIT in Bundoora, but working 2 jobs part time. Bubbly personality, outgoing but respectful of the people and the house I live. Also very clean- not just saying that, I really am! Wanting to be in a house with people who are outgoing, like-minded and respectful. I'm easy to get along with, that's a given. Let me know if your looking for someone like me :)
I am clean, tidy, friendly, easy going and open minded and honest. I clean up after myself and like to make sure my bills are always paid on time and i am working full time. I can be a bit of a homebody but that is also part of why i am looking to house share so i can meet new friends and have a meal or drink with after work or at the end of the week. I am looking for a housemate that i can laugh, cry, be silly and socialize with, not someone to pass by in the hall way.
Hey there! My husband and I are planning to move to Melbourne. But before we make the full transition, we would like to test the waters a little bit. We are planning to live in Melbourne for 6 months to a year to see if we get the jobs we are after and the things we want our future to root into. We are friendly, full of life people. Having said that, not really the party people. We have a kitty. His name is Biscuit. He is very friendly and clean boy. An indoor cat. We cant give him up so he has to stay with us. He doesn't bite, in fact would smother u with hugs. We have had him ever since he was a kitten. So would really appreciate some one who would let us keep him. Please give me a buzz if you are cool to keep us as ur paying guest. :) Cheers! Happy New Year! :)
Country girl from a little place in Northern Victoria called Echuca, quit my job as a press photographer and moved to Melbourne 16 months ago to have a bit of fun. I'm a kids fitness coach so I'm very approachable and easy to get along with, i love my fitness, and when I'm not running around with kids I'm running a retail store. Currently studying my second degree, not afraid to have a few drinks, and I'm a great laugh.
Hi there😊 What I would like to find: -house or property to share with easygoing male or female (no neat freaks) -enough room for me to have some of my furniture around. Have my own bed and bedroom furniture I would need a wardrobe. -off street parking -I have a very small dog who is an inside/outside pet & very well behaved & is house trained. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. I am an easygoing person clean and tidy. I enjoy my own time & and peace and quiet but don't mind a bit of socialisation or chit chat now and then. I'm an animal lover and into horse riding and horses in general , enjoy low maintenance gardening. I would want long term arrangement as I am so over moving. It would be nice to share with someone around the same age but not essential. I don't mind sharing with a smoker if it's only outside, I keep quitting but am currently back on it but will be quitting again.
Hi my name is Es, I'm a kiwi and im looking for a place to rent near the Eltham area. Im clean, tidy and have a really laid back easy going personality. I work full time and wanting to move ASAP.

I am really tidy and even more reliable even down to not eating your treats (I'd feel too guilty and fess up straight away ) Feel free to message me :)
I'm easy going, very clean and neat and tidy, easy to get along with. Make friends easily. Currently working full time at Coles The Glen. In my spare time I'm either at the gym or my boyfriends. So I'm really not home that often :)
I'm currently living in Bendigo but have just been offered full time work in Collingwood, so I'm hoping to relocate to Melbourne in the new year! I'm very clean and really good at cooking pasta based dishes! I love my quiet time but I'm still always down for a chat! I occasionally go out with my friends but won't be coming in and out of the house at strange hours and being overall disruptive. Unsure what else to add but would love to hear from you and potentially arrange something!

Annie, 20 years old, first time moving out. Hoping to relocate in order to find more suited work experience for my uni course. Also keen to make a change and gain a little more independence. I am pretty easy going and really do value being clean. I would love to meet some friendly housemates who don't mind having a laugh and a chat from time to time but of course I understand the importance of having your own space.
So I'm Kate - 23 year old who has just finished off an honours degree in literature (so my book collection is pretty rad), and I'm looking for a new place with friendly housemates to call home! I'm currently working as a lifeguard and manager at YMCA centres in a few locations which basically adds up to a part-time job, my hours can be a bit varied but not ridiculously. Why am I great to live with? My interests are extremely diverse - baking, cooking, netball, literature, history, 90s tv shows, boardgames, trivia, hiking, and swimming to name a few. I am a pretty active person, open to new experiences and different perspectives, have a gorgeously friendly border collie that is included in the package and is an absolute sweetheart, I am very reliable and - not to blow my own trumpet - but I'm a pretty fun person to have around.
Clean, quiet and considerate Mid forties and away most weekends to the country Working full time all week and only need a bed bathroom for midweek work commitments so very easy tenant to share with
I'm a student at La Trobe University, know how to contain my mess to my own room and can provide some quality puns. I'm a crap cook but I can make a yummy Spaghetti Bolognaise

Hi everyone, I am between leases and looking for a place to live near my work in Kew East, I don't have a car so I'm looking for somewhere close to PT. I'm aiming to get my own apartment in the next month or two so I'd like somewhere to stay for the time being - I'm guessing 4-8 weeks? I'm looking for a furnished room (just a bed and a few drawers will be fine!) as my stuff is in storage and I don't want to move it all twice. A bit about me, I'm 39, from Melbourne, I'm a low maintenance, considerate house mate - I work full time so like quite, early nights and not a party animal (anymore!) I just like chilling on the weekend. I love cooking (I'm a veg but have no probs at all with carnivore housemates!) Love music, I play a few instruments, like having a beer with mates on the weekend. I've sharehoused a lot over the years so understand how to live respectfully of others. I like a house where we do our own thing and have space - doing stuff together occasionally as it happens not as a must ie like cooking together when it suits rather than it being expected each night. I'm a smoker. I don't have any pets and I'd prefer a pet free house.
Hi, I'm a 26yr old single grad nurse looking for a self contained unit/apartment/house with an ensuite or a private bathroom. I'm flexible with furnishing and I have my own furniture and household items.

I'm new to Melbourne, the plan is work here for 6 months, and then I'll be heading overseas to Asia and Europe for a year or two. So I'm currently quite excitable and my future. I have been living in houseshares for the past 4 years and enjoy keeping a tidy house and a relaxed atmosphere among my housemates. I vastly prefer to clean up after myself and think of myself as a very conscientious person. I'm not a party animal, nor a recluse. I'm commited to my own thing, which currently is language study as well as being a gamer, enjoingy D&D, learning languages, going for a drive to new areas, discussing anything and everything. Biggest Bonus: I am very self-dependant. Adore Animals. And love learning new things.
Hi, I'm Georgia :) I am 19 years old and am a full-time student looking for accomodation at an affordable price. I study at Deakin (Burwood), and am currently looking for a casual job here in Melbourne (I have one back in Tassie that I work at when I am back for holidays). I dance a few nights of the week also. I am from Tasmania and moved to Melbourne at the start of 2016 for university. I am studying Exercise and Sport Science and will be in my third year in 2017. I will be heading back to Tassie soon for the Christmas/summer break, but will be back mid February and am flexible as to when I can move from my current place (in Eltham). Looking for a place in between Deakin (Burwood) and the city. Not too far from either. Loved living in Abbotsford earlier in the year, and will look at surrounding suburbs.
Hi I am an easy going working female who respects other peoples privacy and goes about my day stress free. Not the type to live in anyones pocket as I am an independent person. I'm happy to have a chat as I consider myself friendly, clean, reliable, respectable, look after myself so soon learn what works for all. I always pay my bills on time including rent. I don't smoke or drink just tea. I enjoy seeing a movie, out for a meal, yoga and outdoors to clear my head after work. Grew up in country Vic so when I see a platypus on a walk it's a thrill, reminder of the bush. If any of my blog resonates drop me a line. Thank you for your time.
Hi there, I am going to move to Melbourne in Mid January 2017, so I am looking for spacious furnished bedroom ( Idealy have built in bathroom and shower inside the room). if this has bed sides tables, study desk and other stuff , would be fantastic, as I am going to bring my cloths and books. No other furniture. I am looking for a place to call it home, NOT just share expenses and live under one roof. I am very social, friendly character who love to maintain integrity and be respectful and I expect same in return from new flatmates. I am looking for a long term stay more than 6 months... would extended if the conditions is great.
