I'm a veteran of many share houses in my youth. I have learnt a lot in the process, especially the value of dependability and discretion. I expect the same from any other flatmate, a sense of fun and an open mind are icing on the cake. No dramas or stress please, I've had enough to fill a few lifetimes of this and I'm over it. I bring a lot of life experience, a seasoned travelling expat in my youth and a professional Community Support Worker specialising in Disability and Mental Health (with 7 years experience in the industry in group homes) who is just striking out with his own business doing same in-home for individuals under the NDIS. I'm currently also studying part-time with a view towards a Doctorate, whenever that happens. I cook (my mother trained in Paris at the Cordon Bleu and I did learn a few things) with a passion for ketogenic, LCHF, Paleo. I clean, and as a diagnosed Aspergers I tend to be a bit thorough. Computer nerd on the side. Aspiring Saxophone player. Amateur Taoist. I have a beloved female Jellicle black and white very shy Skitty Kitty who is strictly an indoor cat. Are we a good fit?
I appreciate a clean and tidy environment. In my downtime I like to exercise, play sport, watch the AFL or listen to music (I go to lots of concerts). I respect people's privacy and need for space, however would also like to live in an environment where housemates can have a chat or a drink or a meal. About to start university full time, hoping to move around July/August once I'm settled in that routine.
I'm a 19 year old writer and musician, currently studying and working at Western Sydney University. I love animals and the outdoors, and spend a lot of time working creatively and being with friends. I work 3-4 days a week, and like to come home and relax with some tv and tea. I'm tidy and extroverted, and a bit of a hippy. I grew up in some cool areas and am more than happy to share stories. Must be LGBT+ friendly as I'm gay.
I'm an easy going, neat and tidy, respectful guy. I always clean up after myself and respect other people's property and get along with everybody. I have a full-time job, no children or girlfriend, and just need a place to sleep and set my weight bench up.
I'm 24 years old, working as a Civil Engineer and have recently been put on a construction project in South Penrith. Currently living in Bondi, the commute for 7am starts is killing me! So I'm looking for a nice spot to live closer to my work. I moved to Sydney about 6 years ago from NZ, so I'm fairly established with friends in the city. I do love the outdoors and I am a pretty easy going person, so I'm excited for a change of scenery and pace of life.
I'm a dutch expat, currently working in the financial services industry. I'm a quiet non smoker and very light social drinker. 33 year old male, work in IT. Looking for a tidy and relaxed sharehouse with a spare unfurnished room in the lower Blue Mountains or greater Penrith area. I have all my own furniture and cook and clean up after myself. Happy to be social or doing my own thing. I'd also need a small bit of garage or shed storage for mountain bike/camping gear (approx 2x1 sq meters). Off-street parking is preferred. In my spare time I'm often outdoors Camping, 4wd'ing, Mountain Biking or Bushwalking.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
I'm Tobey, I'm 25 and Australian. I'm a trans guy with a 2 (almost 3) year old. We have 2 cats. My son and cats are house trained and are all friendly. For fun we do any number of things, from painting - going to a museum. I dabble in guitar and piano. My son has autism, but he's bright and bubbly most of the time. The cats are his best friends so they are always close by. We are looking for someone similar minded and willing to accept the autism way of life (the noises and quirky things he insists on doing... etc)
I am sociable, fun and respectful. I work full-time in the city in finance and am looking at studying to further my career next year. I keep to myself, but love getting to know new people and wouldn't mind hanging out with housemates every now and then. I'm clean and pull my weight. I have a small rescue dog. She's a border collie cross. She's a year old and has stayed the same size ever since I got her. She's a terrible guard dog because she's so friendly! She loves every person she meets and has to greet all dogs and people. She does have a tendency to chase cats... Contact me if you think we would suit as housemates!
Respect is my most important word. I love music but am very quiet most of the time. I have lived all round the world, am British but like to call Australia home. I write a lot and have very diverse interests. I seek a home, where I can bring my daughter to stay when the opportunity arises, rather than a place to live.

I have also just recently started a position as a personal trainer. Whilst working I am currently studying online, for a diploma in nutrition. I have a massive love for sports and fitness and have my whole life. I'm fun, friendly and outgoing, happy to hang out and meet new people or just to keep to myself and give space. I respect others personal space.
Hi my name is Cassie. I am a 21 year old currently working two jobs 6 days a week and studying Veterinary Nursing at Richmond Tafe. I am a friendly person who gets along with everyone and loves animals so is happy to live with pets also. I am a very social person and love to go out and have a fun night, when I'm not working weekends that is. I am not a messy person and am happy to help with everyday chores around the house. I also very respectful the personal space of others. I am looking to move out into a place with younger flatmates around my age.
- I am looking to move to the Parramatta/Penrith area for work. I am from a small town an hour south-west of Sydney. - I like to keep to myself, and spend most of my free time reading, writing and music. In the summer months I follow the Wanderers which takes up most of those weekends (and another reason I'd like to move here!) - I am a smoker, but I do not drink. But I am fine with those who do. - I am not one to go out a lot, and when I do it's not usually a late night. However when I am home on weekends, I do like to stay up into the early morning. - I have lived out of home before, but for a variety of reasons this did not work out. And after sorting out myself, I am looking to give it another go. - I am an open book, so if you want to know anything at all, please do not hesitate to ask!
