I am a passionate graphic designer, wine (part of my job) lover, bad cook (excluding pierogi, which I guarantee will blow your socks away) and positive thinker. I have been living in Sydney for over 4 years now, and due to the lease expiry, it's time to find great new flatmates and space for myself. You will rather find me dining with friends than dancing at night clubs. I ride a motorbike, so we are kind of looking for a space to fit both of us ;)
From a small island called Jersey in the UK, I'm visiting Sydney for the second time after an amazing two months away in Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. My main goal over the next three months is to save money, live quietly, look after myself etc. Generally I’m a talkative guy with a good sense of humour. I’m clean and stick to a routine especially when I’m working, and particularly a big fan of a clean kitchen. Non smoker and occasional drinker. My visa is up 19 June, so I’m just looking for a chilled and clean place to base myself for the next three months whilst I work. Cheers!
Hey, I'm Bec. I work full-time as a scientist (so I'm very clean and tidy!) and change coordinator (super organised). I don't leave shoes, makeup, hair etc lying around lol. I am a chilled person who likes spending time outdoors, reading, going to the beach, hiking and netflixing. I like my own space & time but am also up for hanging out as well. I treat other people's belongings like I would my own. My move-in date is flexible, any time from now till May as I need to leave my current place by mid-May.
Hey - so Here's a bit about me: - Outgoing & Friendly - Work full time in marketing - based in the city and on a sponsorship VISA till 2021. - I'm clean & tidy - I've lived in shared houses for 12 years so would consider myself a great housemate. My job keeps me busy so I'm working during the week - but I'm never too busy for hanging out/catching up with friends on evenings & weekends. Hope to live with some fun, friendly housemates.
Hi! I'm Sophia, I'm 29 and from the UK. I'm searching for a relaxed and peaceful house share with a homely vibe. When I'm not socialising with my friends out over drinks, dinner, or at a gig, you will probably find me at the beach or watching netflix. More occasionally you might hear me saying I'm going to the gym, but this a rather new development! I work in a profession role so keep it chilled on the weekdays and chill at home, go to the gym or have a relaxed dinner with friends (although I might be led a stray for the odd mid week drink on occasion!). I'm lucky to have an awesome bunch of friends who might come round to visit occasionally, but would love to find likeminded housemates with whom I can develop a friendship! I'd like to think I'm a fun individual, outgoing, and always up for trying new things. I'd also like to think I'm quite funny and have a good sense of humour but others may say that is questionable! Other questionable activities include my cooking, which I will happily do for you sober or after a few wines, and like a fine wine is getting better with age! I'm friendly, easy going, considerate and respectful and hoping to find the same qualities in my future housemates :) Looking for an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture and have a queen sized bed. Lastly I like a clean home and would like to live with others that do their fair share of cleaning if we don't have a cleaner. Flexible on the move date as my beautiful friends are keeping me in spare rooms while I find the right place and can move anytime from now until may. Any questions feel free to ask :) Sophia
I’m 22 years old and have just moved to Sydney for work. I like going out for a few drinks and catching a game of sport but also love a quiet night in watching Netflix. Not looking to live with a stranger but also like my personal space. Looking for housemates who are fun and outgoing.
Architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Looking for room or whole property to rent. Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place as my current lease is ending at the end of Feb. Here's a super quick rundown of me, anything else you'd like to know - ask away 😊 - originally from Wales, lived in London for 5 years and then moved to Sydney in Sept 2016 - I have a Kiwi passport, so no visa constraints and no surprise departures! - I work in marketing, in Macquarie Park, generally pretty long hours - I play netball twice a week, and in winter on Saturdays too - I like to be clean and tidy, but also love a cosy, lived-in feel - I've lived in Kirribilli since I moved out to Australia - I have a good set of friends and meet up pretty often for dinner/drinks/walks - I love cooking a big feast and having friends for dinner, it probably happens at most every three months, but I'd always check with a flatmate and of course invite you - i'm generally on the go most of the time, but every so often I love a full day of doing absolutely nothing!
22 years old brazilian girl heading to Sydney in order to study International Trade at Greystone College. I really love going out, traveling, meeting new people, but at home I value a calm and CLEAN (especially kitchen/bathroom) ambiance. If you are not organized we would have some problems lol Along with studying, I intend to have a part-time job. Rooms 25 min max from CBD (by public transport) would be great. The stay length is about 9 months, but it can be shorter, too. No problem.
I currently work in Paddington full time in the corporate construction industry. I am also trying to start up my own business online with the eventual dream of being able to do contract (6 months) construction work and travel. As such, I am a busy person although I do love to pause my day and have a good chat. I love to listen to people's stories and learn about other cultures, lives and subjects that I don't necessarily have a personal interest in. I am often attending seemingly random events or activities. I am very clean and organised and think mutual respect is so important in shared accommodation. I have no issues with guests and believe the place you reside should be your home where you are comfortable to do as you please. The reason I am looking to move is my housemates (couple) are going to be moving into their own place.
I'm a Canadian PhD student moving to Sydney in May for a year and a bit. I love any sort of outdoor activity, and am really looking forward to living somewhere warm for a change! Not a smoker, and am a clean person.
I am Electrical engineer from Greece with European background. I have full time job and busy daily plan. I am tidy and clean person then I expect to find a similar one flatmate then share and enjoy our accommodiation. I like gym training , reading , cooking catch up with friends at home , etc
From Brisbane and recently started a new job in Sydney working night-shift in construction as an electrician. There's a high chance you wont see me around during the week. I like to keep fit, clean and easy going
26, looking for a place to live in Sydney for a year from April which is when my work begins. I am very clean, tidy, not a party girl and friendly :) I'm totally fine with occasionally having meals or hanging out together but also very much respect privacy. I visited Sydney last month to see my best friend and I loved it so much that I decided to work and live here for a while.
hi, i am Pauline, from France. I looking for a quiet place for relax after work. I work in full time near to The Rocks and I am hairdresser. it's will be for long term, I am calm and quiet person
Friendly, tidy, easygoing, mild mannered IT geek (with a cat). Social but not the kind of person to bring the party home with me. Just as happy to be going out for Sunday brekkie with friends, as I am chilling at home on the couch with A good movie. As mentioned, I have a rescue cat who can get a bit wary of other animals, but she is quite loving and friendly with people, for the best pet will keep herself to herself. I come with a house full of stuff! Big TV, fridge, washing machine, dishes, pans, microwave, dining table and a couple bookshelves if needed!
My name is Ali and I work full time coordinating medical evacuations. I am an American expat who has been here for over three years and my permanent residency application is still in processing ( eek!). I am a clean and polite roommate that comes with a clean and kind kitty called Grandpa. I am very vigilant about keeping the space clean since I have a cat that would be in the shared space. I come with my own vacuum cleaner that it tailored to cleaning up animal hairs :). I am happy to share a meal or drink but I will respect your space if you prefer not to. In my spare time, I enjoy all the normal things like watching movies, grabbing a drink, reading or spending time with friends. I also enjoy going to circus arts classes like flying trapeze at Sydney Trapeze School. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
Hello! I'm 27, from the states and have been in Aus for five years. I work at a non-profit in the CBD. I tend to gym before/after work throughout the week and am often out for dinner/drinks, going for a run or swim at the beach, catching up with friends or cooking and relaxing at home. I like to stay active on weekends and make the most of great weather :) I’m keen to keep my space clean and tidy - love meeting new people and making new friends and making the most of life. I adopted a beautiful cat, Laila, from the rspca (I got her when she was only a few weeks old - she’s just turned four yrs!) so we are a package deal... She mostly sleeps and lounges around - very social and friendly, so I’m looking for a place to accomodate the both of us :) I promise you’d love her! message me for any questions- thanks so much
