I'm looking for somewhere short-term and preferably furnished. I'm currently working in Deakin - I've worked here in a marketing role for 2 and a half years. I enjoy living in a busy house as I'm quite social. On weekends I'll be out and about or travelling to visit friends. Essential - walking distance to decent coffee :) Would prefer Inner North so I'm close to friends. I also work a couple of nights a week in a bar in Braddon so would be great to walk to and from work if I can. I love animals so a pet would be amazing!
I’m a quiet, clean and respectful girl who is looking for somewhere to live. I work two jobs as a bartender so work odd hours but am respectful of others when coming home late. I enjoy personal space and time but also love socialising with others and am keen to make new friends.
Hi potential housemate family I am taking the jump and moving to join the 38% of Canberrans working in the public service and am looking for a place to call home. I am a coffee-powered, karate kicking, art and music enthusiast with a love of trivia and history. Home is where the heart is and for me that has always been in the people I meet. If you love a good laugh around the dining room table over wine and cards, healthy Nextflix binge sessions and cosy silences curled up around a book, please adopt this fledgling Brisbanite into your home. Cheers Paris :)

Hi, I'm Jess :) I will be moving from Brisbane to Canberra at the start of 2018 to work as an APS Graduate (so my move date is flexible- anytime around the new year). I will most likely be working at the airport offices and I don't drive so I would like too live somewhere close to public transport. I am have just finished my Civil Engineering degree and I have two kitties, Bean and Sprout, who love each other more than they love me. I am happy to share with a couple, as long as the two of you are already living together harmoniously. Mainly looking for a "teamup" where we can all decide on a lovely place to live. Other APS grads would be ideal :)
I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne for work. Good things about me: * fairly good cook; specialties include pizza and crepes * laid back, great sense of humour * clean and tidy * into rock climbing, reading, board games, and poking fun at US politics Not so good thing about me: * ridiculous winter pjs (e.g. bright pink checkered flannies) * horrible shower singing voice I'm keen on moving into existing share home with another 1-4 people, and am open to teaming up with other Canberra newbies to find new rental properties. Hit me up!
I am a 21 year old postgrad student at ANU pursuing MS Finance degree. I am a non-smoker and knows to respect privacy of other people. I am very social, outgoing and a simple person. I am basically from India and shall be moving to Canberra on Feb 10th. My max budget is 200AUD pw and I am in bad need of an accommodation. THank you in advance and I am looking forward to have a great time in Canberra.
Hey y'all I'm a student looking for a sweet room in a queer friendly, woke share house :) A bit about myself, I'm originally from Melbourne but moved to Canby two years ago, I have lots of experience in living in different share houses. I'm always up for a cider and chat, but if anyone wants to have their own time you wont hear a peep from me. I also don't mind a little bit of mess now and again. I work at 2 bars on the weekend and have Centrelink so have no trouble paying rent on time. Plz keep me in mind if something pops into your cybers!
Hi, I am Terry. I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne work full time. I grew up in Melbourne and have family in Melbourne. I am easy going and friendly, enjoy doing workout in the GYM, out door sport and meet friends.
Hi, I’m Ashleigh and I’m 26. I work full time in the private sector and will be studying part time this year. I like to keep fit and active. I enjoy hiking, walking around the lake, and I play baseball socially. On the weekends I’m usually down the coast camping/fishing somewhere with friends. I grew up in Canberra, I’m a local, and have some family here too. I’m easy going and friendly. I do enjoy some down time, with a glass of wine and occasionally watch a Netflix TV series. I also enjoying cooking, every now and then! My current flatmate is moving overseas, and the owner of the apartment is moving back, so I need to find a new place by Feb 😊
I am a 32 year old Public Servant who is originally from Sydney but moved to Canberra 5 years ago for work. I have previously lived in shared houses and am well-trained :) I am really easygoing and in my spare time like to go to the Gym, locate new venues for weekend brunch, go hiking or play board games. I am also a bit of a history buff :) Looking to move closer to work in the city—ideally looking for inner north suburbs of Canberra and a 6-12 month lease
Hey! My name is Leah and I'm a second year student at the ANU. I've lived independently for a year now so I know the etiquette of a sharehouse quite well, I've always paid my rent on time and generally a very busy reliable person. I love having people over but I will definitely respect privacy and the needs of others if I am sharing a house. In my weekly schedule, I am volunteering, working part time and studying full time so I won't be around too much.
Hullo! My name is Allan and I'm the Publisher of local entertainment guide BMA Magazine, so I'm happy to share information and tickets with potential flatmates. I'm a second generation Canberran yet spent eight formative years in England in my youth, so have a slight British twang to my accent. I love pina coladas and getting caught in the rain... Actually that's a lie. I prefer being safe and dry, comedy, board games, films, reading, and Other Stuff Humans Do. I can lend a sympathetic ear/shoulder, or give people their space, and have been told my sense of humour is passable.
